Billy should have a cooldown if he cancels his chainsaw just like Leatherface does
I hoped for this change in the PTB.
Billy can just immediately cancel his chainsaw and M1 a survivor, Leatherface can't, he get's a slight cooldown. To me, this cooldown would balance Billy a lot more. Baiting a survivor into a M1 without any downsides is just insanely strong as him.
Of course in exchange to a better overheat mechanic.

Feathering his chainsaw is already cranking up his heat buildup which seems to go down REALLY slowly.

No, what you meant was, Bubba should not have a cooldown when cancelling his chainsaw. I agree.
Billy has been beaten severely with the nerf bat. Leave the poor guy alone...
From what I've seen, when you cancel the chainsaw it continues to overheat until the gauge runs out, which is at least as fair as a cooldown.
Of course in exchange for a better overheat mechanic.
