Follow up question, since most of my Killers have at least Tier 2 and I've run into two FDs in the past month, does Tier 1 destroy items that already have no charges?

Tier one removes no charges and so doesn't thanos any items.
@Doddle28 who is right then? I think after last update items do NOT disintegrate
I believe @aGoodOldRub is correct, all Franklin's Demise does is remove an item's charges. Since items no longer disappear if they lose all their charges, that means at worst, Franklin's will render items unusable for the rest of the match, but won't actually remove the item from the game.

Would make FD even less of a counter to keys as it was before...

Excellent! so what we got here is another strong shadow nerf...

what items?
Yes they do. Items below 10% charges cease to exist.

No, items do not magically disappear anymore they will stay but have no charges which gets replenished if you escape and bring it back into a game.

Thanks, frand.

Yep, but I'm pretty sure it's the case nonetheless.
From the item change it might be that @aGoodOldRub is indeed correct, my bad.
However T1 definitely doesn't remove charges.

Not supposed to.
Not so much a shadow nerf as an indirect nerf, but yes.
