You have to get a double pip.
Moris will not help you do that
Double pip? Im pretty sure it's not supposed to be like that. Also I got 4k with and without a mori and still nothing, but I don't remember if it was a double pip in the match without the mori.
You have to go by the emblem system now. Just getting the 4k is not enough for merciless anymore
You have to get the Merciless Killer match result. Mori's will hinder you in terms of getting that. You also have to be using their 3 teachable perks (so for oni you have to use Zanshin Tactics, Blood Echo and Nemesis.)
I would make sure you are rank 13 - 15 when going for the adepts as it's much easier to pip at those ranks..
I tried to adept some killers in red ranks and it's pretty much impossible.
Wow i can't count the times i 4k and i don't get double pips. Emblems system really sucks. It must be super hard to get expert killer achievements now.
Yep i know i got 4 kills in my first match with the oni with his 3 perks and without a mori but sadly didn't get the achievement so i didn't double pip probably. And the other tries i did it was with a mori.
Yep ill have to do that im in rank 9 and it's getting hard to catch the last survivor so i can imagine how difficult would be in red ranks. Thanks.

Its easier on some killers than others... Killers like Plague dont pip as much as killers like Legion, due to how the emblem system treats their powers.
When was the last time you played the game? Its been a long long time since the conditions to get the adept achievement changed
At rank 15 most of the adepts felt like a breeze to me and I'm not all that great of a killer. Beating up on potatoes is pretty much your only option to get killer adepts since you get gen rushed vs survivors with half a brain when playing certain killers and their perks
Win your chases, get lots of hits, and try to get 8-10 hooks while keeping gens down as much as possible. You can still get merciless if 1 survivor escapes.. you just need two IR and two gold emblems to double pip so it's much easier.
Hawkins is the best map to get killer adepts imo because you can end chases quick there and the gens are harder to find
Yea i agree with that, expert plague is another killer achievement i never got. Clearly the emblem system is far from being perfect.
I just two tapped when I got Plague adept. Didn't even try to get anyone sick once.
I did it on Hawkins so it was actually pretty easy
They're talking about reworking the matchmaker and all that, so we might see some changes to how some killers get rewarded. I know its TECHNICALLY possible to get 12 hooks without winning any "chases" for the chaser emblem. Thats just dumb.

Funny thing that the game doesn't reward you for killing survivors fast, you have to be "merciful" to get double pip.. The double pip victory should be changed to "merciful killer" instead of merciless. Even in the emblem system the game is survivor biased 😆

Adept Oni took me like 3 days to get (about 12 hours playtime) it's not one of the easier ones.

You have to get a Merciless Victory as a killer to get their achievement, it doesn't necessarily mean that if you get a 4k you'll get it. You also have to keep in mind the other emblems like gatekeeper, etc.
You have the get a merciless killer title/double pip. It’s the rules quit accusing this false narrative
It’s weird for me ever since ghost face my first game I play with the three perks and no add ons I’ve gotten adept first try. So ghost face Demogorgon and Oni all first try is very satisfying. Prob the best time is when they immediately come out so you have an amazing chance of outplaying the survivors just watch enough gameplay and master the basics before you play the killer, it’s been working for me.
Btw it’s ADEPT NOT EXPERT please stop calling it expert. There are very little expert killer players.

I will agree the emblem system is a huge hinderance for Adepts. With Plague, a couple fountains destroys one of her emblems, gatekeeper who? I don’t think her vomit causes points for the injury emblem... damn bro. Good luck with the Adept Oni though!

It was just getting a 4 k long ago and in my opinion it should be like that again, because the emblem system sucks. And as i said before, you only double pip in this game if you leave the survivor a chance... killing them too fast won't give you a double pip because of the chaser emblem. There are great flaws in the emblem system.
To get Adept the survivors, knowingly or not, have to play ball, if they kill themselves on the hook, bye bye Adept.
Yea and bye bye if they dc too. Im getting people that dc often even with the punishment. Adept/Expert achievements shouldn't be attached to emblems. Or not to untill the emblem system works properly with all the killers power and chase potencial.
