Seriously, bug fixes get delayed, archive changes get delayed, bonus events get delayed, but those Christmas sweaters we can buy for $2.50 will sure as heck be out when planned

All they need is Chapter 14 to be released then they hide them and roll them out every Wednesday.
They're planned far ahead not something they have to fix due to feedback unless they release bugged like Classic Ghostface.

Classic Ghost Face released in mid chapter so he won't be fixed until next Tuesday when chapter 14 releases.
Ghost Face was fixed on the ptb on pc weeks ago.

Yep. They delay things for convenience. It's easier too release everything in one patch, instead of making multiple patches for different content. Skins are money so of course they'll release on time.
The sweaters? No.
Only Oni and Yui get skins Tuesday but thats because they're new.
Wednesday the following week will likely be the first wave of ch 14 cosmetics.
Why do people think like this? lmao.
They've had a system in place for well over a year for releasing skins, it obviously works, why would there ever be a delayed skin for a system that's been working for so long, as an added note just incase you weren't aware, the archive system is only a month old so yea, when you change things to do with a new system it's likely going to cause more delays.
A different department handles the cosmetics and they're already in the files when a new chapter or mid-chapter is released. All the devs have to do is just unlock them.
I mean I'm annoyed when stuff gets delayed but I'm pretty they have the system to release cosmetics down pat by now. The Archives are new so it's not a fair comparison.
For me, it's just weird how no cosmetic has been delayed ever, but updates are constantly delayed. Even cosmetics tied too events come out on time, but the event itself gets delayed.
All cosmetics are in the game files already. As has been mentioned here; we know what costumes will be released up until the Mid Chapter patch in the new year and as they are ready there is no reason for there to be any delays.
THE FIRST LEVEL 3 TOME was released on Wednesday. After an outcry, the Team responded within 24hours to say that they heard us and would address it tomorrow. They responded with a list of changes that they felt were in keeping with increasing diffciulty, but also, were reasonable in line with the community's concerns. Although they missed their release for their first set of changes to a Tome level already in action, were it not for the fact that we are now at the weekend, i have no doubt that we would be looking at resolution within another 24hours. Considering we have only had this level of the first Tome for a little over 48hours now, to be looking at serving the community this fast is commendable.
Seriously guys, we're getting the changes, just ease up a little. I guess the real shame is that the downtime for the gaming public is also the Dev teams downtime as well!
Please remember, this is the first Tome and there will be teething troubles!

Designers of outfits have practically nothing to do with the code.
Then they get implemented the same way as any other outfit.
Again, the incorrect Ghostface model was released for his original costume... they said they’ll fix it and release the correct one, but when? We’ve already paid for it that should be a priority over new things they plan on releasing.
Like you said, the outfit is already a file in the game. Swap the correct one back in, please tell me how you can defend. BHVR in this?

No reason to contact them, they’ve stated officially that the wrong version got released and they would correct it... but no ETA. Everyone so quick to say, “well bug team isn’t the same as the cosmetic team,” tell me why the cosmetic team isn’t responsible for fixing an already released, already paid for costume BEFORE releasing new stuff

There's nothing special about this, it's not "check in the code what's wrong".
I'm not familiar with the problem, but if it is "They simply released the wrong one", then it seems like a simple fix to me.
When did they say that, btw? That they'd correct it.
Its already fixed it has been fixed for weeks it was on the PTB.

I understand bugs but this is the kind of thjng that supposedly a whole different team handles, just cosmetic is right? Ghostface outfit should have been fixed before the new pig was released... again people have already paid for GF
