Type of bug/technical issue: Client or Game. Description of the bug: When loading into the game in GeForce Now, I get a popup error: The application was unable to start correctly (0x0000142). Click OK to close the application. After that, the game eventually loads, starts loading save data, and then it not only crashes the game, but the virtual PC running it. I don't know what happened after update and if it's an issue with the new lobby but my GPU is going nuts in the lobby. Games are fine but if I leave the lobby running for 10+ minutes, temps and GPU is rising to crazy levels. Capping fps didn't help at all.2 comments 671 views last activity

Whenever you try to hook a survivor their model will flicker back and forth before resting on hook. It is very irritating visually with the constant flicks you see throughout the match everytime you go to hook a survivor. As a steam pc player it isn't that uncommon that experience a bug or two, like a window you can't vault or something similar. But these were interesting. All survivors were playing on steam as well. I played the new killer Dracula on the RPD East wing map. Hello :) Just encountered an issue when playing against Dracula. Not sure if this only happens to Dracula, or other killers as well. Never had this happen before the update. After they downed me, they weren't able to pick me up. I couldn't recover and survivors weren't able to heal me either. Could just be a visual bug but the perk icon indicating the effect is active appears and starts going on cooldown right when you begin your song. Half its duration is used up before you even finish playing1 comments 21 views last activity

hello I found two new bugs with Dracula on launch 1)wolf pounce there a slight chance the wolf pounce will bug out and not do the second pounce causing the wolf to bug out until the pounce is over 2)bat teleport. When i teleport as the bat the screen goes black but sometimes the effect of the screen bugs out and doesn't show correctly during teleport not sure how to recreate this bug the effect0 comments 31 views last activity

I began recording after about a minute. For roughly a minute, I could not heal my teammate. The prompt would come up, my Nancy would begin the healing animation for a split second, then stop and start over and over again (see video). I play on the Xbox Series X and I've noticed frequent drops in framerate since the recent update. It's most noticeable on indoor maps and/or indoor sections of maps (main house on Garden of Joy). The performance issues have been occurring every match since the Vecna update. I've tried reinstalling the game without any improvement. -Edit- Added video of the lag. I saved the person and they escaped with me before it was a safe hook in endgame collapse, however when we escaped it came up as completed. When I went to claim it, it reset and I didn't get the challenge bloodpoints of entry. However I know I did it cause I got the rift fragments. I just played a match as Dracula on Dead dawg saloon , and when I downed a Feng Min, I couldn't pick her up. There was no prompt whatsoever, no matter how often I tried. She actually crawled into that specific position that is shown in the video AFTER I already tried to pick her up on the flat ground. I'm gutted about this as it made the game look so much better. In the Nvidia app it thinks the game is no longer supported. There is a bug with the latest app that means RTX HDR doesn't work on games not detected by it. DBD is detected anyway. This isn't app related though as I had my app locked to the previous version that worked for all games I tried. You did something with this game update0 comments 431 views last activity

This sound effect has been in here for at least a year and happens on almost every killers but it's very rare and also random. P.S. I found out that this was when flashbang is fully recharged. I am on PC and this has happened twice now. Basically when a surv is injured and they jump in a locker when my jailer is chasing them and they get downed in a locker their body glitches under the locker and i can't pick them up, it only gives me the option to search the locker. Claudette's Fae cosmetic almost completely covers up the charms she has. This glitch happen on the 27 of August 2024 and I could not pick up the new survivor after I normally put him into the dying state, it would start the pick up animation but doesn't finish it would just cancel it self after starting, this has only occurred once this game, I don't know how to reproduce it could be something after he vaulted I don't know. when healing someone and another person tried to heal me at the same time, it made it so that we couldnt heal eatchother, killer couldnt pick me up untill i started self healing and after being downed again it took away killers ability to pick me up and ability for me to heal myself.
