Until we get any leaks or hints that say otherwise I'm gonna assume next chapter is licensed because we already got 2 og chapters in a row.

I would be okay with that but I want at least 2 licensed chapters before going back to the pariahs, entity cult, etc because it's kinda better from a business standpoint also I hope that not all og chapters next year are focused on the pariahs

Its a big licence without legal issues, the devs just grabbed a video game horror licence, RE Resistance is basically dead. It just seems like something to naturally follow up Silent Hill.

I have a feeling he'll be coming in March though. Cote mentioned REALLY liking the concept after talking about Hellraiser, so something similar to that is expected, but it's also possible that he was referring to the concept that just entered development (something we won't see until next year).
Where did you hear that the Next chapter is not licensed?
