You don't need to mind t-bagging though it's really annoying when the survivors won't escape until you hit them at the exit gatesI actually do this sometimes, but not to be rude or insulting. I do it so the killer can get some last minute points before the game ends. I didn't think it was seen as annoying, guess i'll stop doing it haha.

Yep this is on the list since SWF became a thing. It wasn't part of the initial game but survivors kept leaving lobbies trying to match up with their friends. So DbD was bullied into adding it, and they added it as "back alley surgery" as you can get. So you have to deal with how it works the way it is.Of course you'll be hard pressed to find a Killer that wants SWF in the game so 1/2 the pop could care less.
Think of it as a small time buffer for you and your friends to regroup up and possibly skip the lobby of the Killer that just dodged you anyways.
Ahh, I see. I know that SWF is disliked to say the least, but I've never played with more than one other person so I hope my contribution to the "annoying swf group" dilemma is minimal haha. Thanks for the answer!

@Fre_Shavacado0
you're doing great, and did NOTHING wrong by making this post. I don't see why certain people would want to argue about this? All you said was that you noticed some hostility and we should try our best to keep the forums a safe and positive space to voice thoughts ideas, and opinions. That sounds like a great idea to me. -

They will get to it eventually but it's just not a pressing issue to take care of now.I totally agree. Just wanted to put it out there in case no one else has!

Interesting! Yeah I've heard/read things about how killers who enjoy killing (Freddy, Amanda, Micheal, Leatherface) don't take any convincing or coercing. However, the spikes and hooks sticking out of The Trapper, The Nurse being suffocated by a pillow case, and The Doctor's mouth and eyelids stapled open are all forms of Entity torture.

It's said that they "aren't enjoying themselves" and some of them have to be coerced into killing. I believe that in-between trials- The Entity it torturing them to keep them in line. (sorry if this has already been said!)It hasn't been said yet. Yeah by the description of Leatherface's mark add-ons, Billy's mark add-ons and NOED, the Entity doesn't exactly treat them to some down time in-between trials.
It's curious to me that Leatherface would get it though, considering his entire existence, in the movie and in DBD lore, is loyal, willful subservience.

"Death is not an escape." If they found away to successfully commit suicide, I fully believe they'd just wake up at the campfire.

1st perk is amazingI don't like the 2nd and 3rd perks
Yeah, I came up with this a while ago and just decided to post it. Re-reading it I agree with you, the perks could be better.

sUrE wE cAn MaKE ThOSe nUmbeRs BALANced. You're being dramatic it obviously wasn't my intention to make survivors faster than killers. There's a nice way to say things.
@MeowLux said:
Can we make those numbers balanced? Like seriously? 35% more movement speed? You know that survivors run at 100% speed whilst killers move at 115%. So you're asking that survivors are faster than killers. Why not add "kills the killer when they get pallet stunned" to add in that extra balance. -
sure

An unhooked survivor will get a notification if the person that unhooked them is using We'll Make It. The same notification that appears when in range of someone using Leader, Vigil, Streetwise, ETC.Yes we know, but you have to be knowledgeable enough about the game, or just not an idiot in general to know what that symbol means.
-
Oh, I see. I didn't realize the extent/severity of the issue. Thanks for explaining!

Maybe let them explain before rushing to report the game???? If you enjoyed playing the game- why jump to conclusions and report it when they haven't had a chance to speak on this issue? This spyware has probably been in the game since release. BHVR had two years to remove it and they didn't. This wasn't an accident and they're not sorry, they're just scared because they got caught.
BHVR are the bosses of this community and act like egomaniacs when confronted by regular players - arbitrary and overzealous bans, condescending replies and ignoring legitimate issues. They can afford to act this way because the complaints won't significantly affect their income.
BHVR will listen to Steam. They HAVE to. Steam can pressure them in ways we can't. If they're innocent, they have nothing to worry about.

This was annoying to read.

Meg in the beginning, but I fell in love with the new Feng Min cosmetics so I play her now.
-
I don't do it because I thinks it's insulting. They do it to rub it in the killer's face that they were able to escape. It's like saying "easy game". I think it's easy for people to forget that there's a real person with a brain and feelings playing the killer so they don't care about being rude.
-
Lightweight, Vigil, Wake Up!, and Sole Survivor are some of my favorite perks to use.
-
Unpopular opinion: I like her voice! Idk why, but I do. Reminds me of Laurie.
-
The killer and survivor don't usually relate to one another so heavily. Like when Spark of Madness was released- we got Feng Min and The Doctor- they're COMPLETELY unrelated. Don't get me wrong, I think it'd be AWESOME if the survivor and killer had some deeper lore connection that you're suggesting, but based on what we've gotten previously it doesn't seem very likely.
-
Favorite is by far The Game- my friend and I have so much fun playing there. Least favorite is Lery's Memorial Institute.
-
I love the idea of her being a "trickster". Here are my perk ideas!!
Decoy - You have more than a few tricks up your sleeve. During a chase, when close to a vault location, press the "activate ability" button to trigger a false notification. This effect can be activated every 40/35/30 seconds.
Bait-and-Switch - You put yourself in harms way so that others can push on. When unhooking a survivor in the killer's terror radius, the unhooked survivor receives a speed boost and leaves no scratch marks for 4/5/6 seconds. However, you receive a penalty to your speed for 2/3/4 seconds or until you receive a hit from the killer.
Redirect - Retrace your steps to throw them off your scent. While sprinting, press the "activate ability" button to scramble your scratch marks- making you much harder to track. This effect can be activated every 60/55/50 seconds.
-
I found this on twitter first and retweeted it!! that's so amazing- you're amazing!
-
Agreed! Perhaps having bloody versions of the cosmetics available in the store- which are only accessible to characters of the required prestige?
-
I agree, but I also think having a diverse cast of killers would be interesting. I'd be on board with whatever they decide to give us.

If they ever go alien/outer space... that would turn me off big time.Keep it semi realistic. They don't need to come up with any creatures or anything stupid. There's something very terrifying about having a "person" or humanoid looking at you and trying to get you.
