The OP has beaten this dead horse so much by now, it's a wonder they're not on a PETA most wanted list.

The devs knows to ignore Sluzzy’s posts so it doesn’t matter

Sorry that you have to waste 2 seconds of your life to break a wall which makes the Loop useless. The Main Buildings with Breakable Walls mostly did not have anything left after the rework. You will not lose a game when you have to break 1 Wall.

And in the end, complaining about them does not do anything, Devs want to force them through, so just live with them.

How many times have you JUST made it over a vault in a chase and made the killer miss? How many times have you popped a gen in the killers face when he ALMOST could’ve grabbed you? How many times have you opened the gate RIGHT before the killer got to you? How many times have you cleansed a NOED RIGHT before the killer hit someone in the end game?

The point is this game is literally a game of SECONDS. So yeah, two seconds is a lot. Especially in a chase. Compounded by good survivors and multiplied by SWF.

  • Assuming no one is immortal, I would say Oni for obvious reasons.

Hey look, the 1000th post about how bad the trickster is. Really original

How do you think he is? Do you think he’s a good killer?

  • Complaining about a C tier Killer I see. Interesting

Nurse literally cannot catch up to survivors if she doesn't use her power (unless she uses an add-on that increases her base speed).

Yeah I am implying using the Iri

You need to take into account spirits and nurses passive "Survivor Disconnect" Power

Exactly why I give them the edge!

  • I was so excited for this Killer, and so disappointing. I love his look, the concept of his power, everything.

But to play as him hurts... Like raises my blood pressure and frustration hurts. Very un-enjoyable.

  • This is the first Killer I actually don't have fun playing as. He's probably a BLAST to go up against

  • I agree with everything you said OP, except the noises. I could live with them if he was actually any kind of tolerable to play as.

I am literally on my 7th game of 7 straight 0k - 1k's at R1 and I am... Well, not a 0k -1k average Killer main at all.

This is the FIRST Killer I have ever played where I will abandon a chase if the Survivor goes to a certain tile. His slowness, combined with the extra slow from pulling knives, combined with the ADDITIONAL slow from the CD is.... It just feels awful.

It's like playign Spirit or Nurse without using their abilities. This is the worst Killer to ever come out. Even OG Freddy could perform and caused some delay.

  • He has NO map pressure, NO loop game aside from lengthy T walls, and indoor map? laughable. I can see him being viable in Green to yellow rank at best.

It's called an opinion. People said blight was bad too and he wasn't.

Except Blight on paper IS good, then people learned him and it matched.

Trickster isn;t good even on paper. He is slow as hell, you have to LAND 8 blades, no map pressure, and are slowed even more when throwing. He is only tolerable when Showstopper is active.

    He is terrible

  • Man he is terribad. No map pressure, is slow as molasses, slows even more when throwing. He can be looped into oblivion even being ranged.

It's like his ability was designed while forgetting you still have to navigate loops.

    Almost unusable

  • Technically, it’s just moving up and down.

In actuality it’s a sign of bm, which is usually unwarranted, and even if you don’t mean it that way, that’s the way it’s perceived.

if the killer smacks someone on the hook a bunch, nods their head at you after a down, slugs you and stares at you/ camps your body, camps the hook, or tunnels unnecessarily then tbags are deserved imo. Especially at exit gates.

But If the killer is playing fair I think it’s unnecessary, and as a killer main if it’s done to me I will make sure they don’t get out. Unless they do it lure me into a god tier chase but that’s 1/100 matches. Play stupid games win stupid prizes. Plain and simple

  • Punctuation is your friend.

Also if Survs can run around and Sabo and take hits to make me drop them for a challenge, then Killers can do basement challenges. You can single handedly ruin the Killer's challenge by paying attention to what's happening and staying away from the basement.

  • This is why Dbd needs to have bots take over for DC’d survivors. That way stuff like this won’t happen and the team doesn’t get COMPLETLY screwed when someone dc’s early.

  • I also tend to think it might be playerbase as well. I have NO IDEA what the demographic is but DBD might not have a huge Indian player base. I imagine some people would like to play a character from their country/ ethnicity and this might drive sales of a particular region if they created a character based on it.

So if DBD has a 9,000 person playerbase in Russia and a 700 playerbase in India, making a Russian survivor would be where the money was (for now)

I’m all for diversity so I’m sure it’ll come although I think we’re going to see Russian very soon (for my reasoning above).

  • Time. And guides. And time. And YouTube videos. And time.

Seriously don’t expect to get decent until around 250+ hours minimum. 500+ to be good IMO. Stay patient and keep trying and learn how to counter loops, when to abandon, when to focus on gens, when to camp, when to slug etc. This forum could write a book on what you’re asking. Just watch the 1,000’s of hours on YouTube

  • I think it would be too strong if it did that. It would have to have like a 60 second timer or tokens (3 max?). It would be a superpowered Detectives Hunch but at least Detectives hunch has a requirement (gen pop) even though you don’t have to do the requirement.

I would love to see all the crap perks get buffed so we saw more variety

nope you cant hide trap in indoor map that mean you cant catch survivor with trap and if you catch them its not becausr you have amazing trap placement its because the survivor are awful

But good Trappers don’t use traps to catch unsuspecting Survivors just walking around, they use traps to end chases quickly. A good trapper will place traps in running lanes and loop paths regardless if they’re in the open or not. Unless an injured survivor has dead hard they can’t do much except walk into it or let you down them.

font get me wrong if you CAN hide it I think it’s obvious to do so, but I have had great games on Leary’s, Hawkins, and Even Midwitch by placing traps where I know survivors will run once I start a chase, and then funnel them into them

People that complain about Hag being a camping killer are just as wrong in the same way. A hag using her traps to proxy hooks is a bag hag. A hag who places her traps in loop paths and lanes, and using the camera snap to screw with vaults and timing are the good ones

See this is funny to me first off im not even going to bother reading this giant message. Only reason for you to have wrote that much is if i rubbed you the wrong way. Hope you enjoyed the time tp write that lol.

Are you serious dude? You come here whining and want solutions and this guy writes a huge professional explanation and you deliberately ignore it. Are you 16 years old? I hope you keep getting camped

In the state of the game today with survivors being so nerfed and oppressed, killer 1-shot perks are grossly unbalanced. If survivors are unable to have second chance perks to advance their game then perks like Dragon's Grip and NOED and others need to go. I played against a silent bell wraith with Dragon's Grip and it felt cheap as hell and I quit the game for the day to play a different game. The devs do need to recognize that they are creating an extremely unbalanced game where one side gets free reign and the other side has no options. Killer is way too easy and it is not fun playing either side. No wonder killrates are extravagant when killers have such strong perks and addons and survivors have little to work with.

The devs know better than to take anything you post seriously. They know you are here for one purpose, to troll and rile up one side. Dragons grip.... Let’s hit Monstrous Shrine next

What do you want them to do exactly? Sony and Microsoft won't allow it because they'll lose money. what is bhvr supposed to do about that?

You would be surprised what things that are "not allowed" can happen with the right push.

Also, Behaviour owns the game, not MS or Sony. They also own the servers that house the progression data. They can make it happen if they really wanted to.

Working at a Fortune 500 company, trust me when I say that things that "aren't allowed" or "won't be possible" can be allowed and anything is possible regardless of what people say.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/230842/tunneling-ds-and-bt-fix

    Hey there buddy

That change to Ds would ruin it. Its change that is coming up is good enough.

Maybe not allow it in the end game collapse, but the rest is fine.

    Basekit would also be fine,imo.

The issue with proximity based BT is that some killers can deal with Range rather easily, deathslinger and huntress to name two. You couldnt be consistent with this.

Finally, if you made Ds basekit, either ruin, tinkerer or another gen regression perk would need to be basekit. Otherwise, it would be unbalanced. Gen rushing (when a gen is done in under 4 mins) I come across a bit (and I'm playing nurse, I can't pressure much more than I'm already doing, I'm not a god nurse but I've 200ish hours on her so I'm mediocre at her.) As tunneling is the killer playing efficiently, and no body enjoys being tunneled, people also don't like gen rushing, and therefore they should be base kit.

    Just my opinion.

I never said DS would be basekit at all though... did you... did you read my suggestion? Lol
