  Instead of the perks beings any and all change it do their could one of each type on the load out for example your running BBQ and chili you can't also run lethal pursuer since their both aura perks for example and the equivalent example for survivors is not being able to run eyes of belmount and still sight on the same load out since again they both specialize in aura. Even if it's just a limit
