• Instead of nerfing gen speed we should buff base kit gen regression first

  My idea is to buff base kit gen regression first to see if it works make the regression charge 0.5 instead of 0.25 and if it good overall against gen speed stuff not stake hyperfocus nerf that pls but actual gen speed stuff like deja, toolboxes, etc we can keep it that way but if its still a issue you can do slight number changes on the perks and keep going from there.
