  my ideas build around an already implemented feature, the "unique hook" to be specific, aiming to make tunneling not so rewarding to even frustrated to do by killers make hook related perks only activate when it is an unique hook (eg. Pain res, BBQ, Pop Goes the Weasel) this method will significantly limit perks options for killer who favor in tunneling unique hooks will reset cooldown of k
