There are GOOD doctors out there that time their shocks perfectly. Doctor can find people. Doctor can stall the game when getting people to tier 3. Doctor has the best 3 gen potential out of all the killers(camp gens in treatment mode). Force us on dedicated servers BOOM, worse-than-before hitboxes, keep us dealing with other core issues in the game.
