  • I heard you can't anymore – just wanted to know if that's a fact or not. I haven't played in a while. Before, some structures couldn't be used to avoid the whip, but windows, fence-high walls, etc. – could be.

  • I put in a ticket over a year ago that demonstrates that I can ONLY use Dead Hard when touching some kind of object – a car, a barrel, a wall, a rock – you name it.... I added in video footage over a minute long of me touching various objects to show that it is indeed active but if I'm in open space, it's nonexistent. The video was uploaded to YouTube and is unlisted so the views on it have to be

  • I play this game. It's got some good points and some good moments, but I cant for the life of me get over how it feels like I'm just being bent over repeatedly and there's not much I can do about it. People say to just treat it casually but I seriously don't know how. It's an online PvP game with core gameplay mechanics and perks that are always major topics of contention even if we are talking

  • I'm told DBD is night and day difference when your ping isn't averaging 80.

  • What do you call an online PVP game that includes a "team" aspect into it as a core mechanic, adds in additional abilities dedicated to teamwork and camaraderie, but breaks or is complained about if said team communicates with one another and is good at being what they were designed to be?

  • In the spirit of "Health" that's been talked about since the announcement of the new initiatives, why does the game still believe it's okay to have animations that are either misleading, optional, or outright broken? They dont pass the eye test a lot of the time. Part of DBD's character and longevity comes from its novelty and whimsical moments as seen in the hundreds of funny compilations of go

  • List of good survivors, killers, or skins that could be added. Let me know what you think! •The Last of Us Survivors - Ellie and Joel (same perks just different skins) Killer SKIN - Bloater (Trapper or Clown) •Berserk Survivors - Guts & Casca KIller - Griffith (duh) •GANTZ Survivors - Kato Masaru, Kei Kuruno, Reika Shimohira Killers - Nurarihyon Alien Boss (shape-s

  • I think you should be able to play a solo custom as a survivor with both bot teammates and killer. Right now you can only add bot survivors to play with, but you can't do the same with killers. You should be able to go into customs, load up perks you want to try or play against to practice and get better. You could have difficulty settings like passive, challenging, daunting, or nightmare that up

  • Kill/escape rates, killer happiness, survivor happiness, player count, balancing, etc. What do you think? Would DBD be healthier, the same, or more toxic in your opinion? The big caveat in a lot of conversations is SWF. The major difference is simply information. Being able to speak with friends and determine exactly what to do nex given specific circumstancet; something DBD doesn't want you to

  • ... and i love it. I noticed this a few days before Kaneki dropped, but everybody (including myself) have gravitated to using kindred nearly every game. I'm solo q and only began using it again by process of elimination co sideline other perks, but it seems like there is something bigger at play, perhaps to see our little quad-pus duo slinging their way across the map in 2.2 seconds 🧐…

  • I've played a few games against my Dragon King today and I have to say it's been a little odd. He's not necessarily OP because he can't down you with his power, but he IS a 'First Hit Demon'. You would be better off simply staying injured and pre-running, because otherwise you're just wasting time. If he looks at you, he's locking on to your cake and getting a piece, causing you to become stars

  • I would like to know if other people think killers need to be able to see if a survivor is broken even if its a survivor perk that inflicts it. I understand it's information and that alone can be your reasoning to further decide what to do, but is there more? Do you miss out on something because you don't have the info? Does it change how you play? I ask this with a few perks in mind. And want

  • Does the symbol show up when a survivor inflicts broken on themselves like no mither or deliverance?

  • I'm sure this has been spoken about before especially when thinking about the comp scene but I was thinking DBD needs a tournament section similar to Rocket League where you can sign up as solo or a team, be paired up with 4 other people (one signs up or is chosen as killer), and you matchmake against others teams in your bracket. You can have some general rules established like the comp scene

  • I played against a Doctor and it reignited the question I've always had... why are the animations so odd? His shock causes you to convulse throwing your head upwards and back down, but the effect of the animation lasts beyond that animation so it leads to a survivor violently clicking the drop button at a battle that doesn't show up until after you've been hit by that point. It's this weird gue

  • "ANOTHER QUALITY OF LIFE POST?! OMG GIVE IT A BREAK!" YOU'RE GONNA LISTEN AND YOU WILL LIKE IT! OR HATE IT! In all seriousness... Some of the changes are pretty good... but I believe there are more pressing issues. To me, you should be looking at primary QOL issues like hit detection, hit boxes of players and objects, map/tile RNG, server additions or upgrades, and the overall gameplay loop and

  • That's all really. Ping never under 70. Many games it's in the 80s or above facing killers with the same or worse.

  • Since DBD is in a Health first state right now... let's go ahead and add another server so I can get under 70 ping for once. I'm facing killers on a wide spectrum, some with advantages of a ping in the 20s, and some with a ping of 125. The hits I receive come from Mars. I don't really see a problem as killer where my hits don't connect, so I'm not sure if the whispers of hit validation is killer

  • I'm a self proclaimed fundamentalist. I often speak about individual pieces that make the whole and what core elements make the reality. With that being said, DBD is simply a ball of contradiction, or in other words: a series of unfortunate events. The recent announcement of the well awaited 'Project Health' is a much needed breath of fresh air for many but I can't help but see many core issues

  • I'm in Texas and my ping is never really under 60. Usually hovers around 62-75 and i get a wide range of killers that can have 24 and some that have 150. I get hit from miles away with the killer in a different map sometimes.

  • During this winter event I have been subject to killer-sided snowmen on multiple occasions! These dastardly villains block windows, pallets, and even door ways! They're like more nemesis zombies as they've gotten me killed literally more than 5 times at this point. They conveniently wander and even float in the air until it's time to stand still or spawn right where I'm looping. How fun and spook

  • I've thought about this for a while but I'd like to hear any downsides I'm not seeing... How would you feel if the game allowed a downed survivor to take an earlier leave than the 4 minutes (?) On the ground after they have been slugged? I think that would help with games where it feels like the survivors are holding on to another's ankles and dragging them underwater with them. I would say the c
