This question is asked frequently, yes. But I think it isn't addressed enough. My order would go like this: 1: Legion. The broken cooldowns and other major things. Only reason is in this spot (even though I don't play him) is because it is much more frequently seen than #2. Ok so i started playing huntress yesterday. I took down a SWF team of rank 4-9s, fair game and all, no camps. In end game chat, they were all salty and #########, saying I was facecamping the meg.
