Yet again, I'm the only high rank in a sea of beginners. Matchmaking just doesn't know what to do. Throw in a high rank in with a bunch of low ranks, with a killer that is too hard for them, but not hard enough for me, and it all averages out, right? Except it doesn't when 1/2 to 3/4 of you team gets killed at the start of the match. And if rank means nothing, then why is it then that when t25 comments 2,041 views last activity

Just curious what the general feelings are about challenges that require you to used locked characters. For example, the "Take Charge" challenge requires you to break generators with a skill the doctor has (overcharge). I am a new player, and unlike most, I actually read the EULA. But even armed with that knowledge I was unaware that using an in-game option (disconnecting) too much is bannable. Does anybody have a link to the gameplay rules? I'd like to read the fine print on things that are not allowed, like DCing. update Links to official rules, like the EULA, not a pinned forum post. DbD is currently the 22nd most played game on Steam. At time of posting, there are 33,641 active players (see screenshot). How many active players do there need to be to get fair matchmaking? I mean, does a game need to be in the top 10 most played games on steam? It would be nice to have an option to change the units of measurement in game from Metric to Imperial. For those of us that were never taught the metric system, saying something has a range of 40 Meters is like saying it has a range of 40 Dingle-bops.
