I reported a bug on Freddy in August 2025. Bug Report After stop playing for quite a while I wanted to try Freddy again and he is still impossible to play. Dream snares do not work on PS4!!! No I don t want to report that bug on an external site and I don t want to sign in to another site just to be ignored again. I m am PS player and throwing snowballs is a terrible experience this year. I have to tap the event ability button twice to shoot a single snowball, while others constantly shoot them at me with a single tap. It is so slow that i barely hit moving targets unless someone is running in a straight line. I assume this comes from the toggled interaction behaviour I use to avoid holding buttons. At which distance are the footsteps of the killers audible for survivors? I read somewhere 8 meters, but at the same time there are killers with very loud footsteps (Dredge) and some are quiet (Myers). I enjoy to watch my games from a different view, but it became very hard in the last months to find any streamers on twitch (allthough there are many streamers online). It was once common to play against them and have a look on the games afterwards, but nowadays most of them don't use or hide their streamer names. SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I don't even know how to describe this bug/cheat. I played with Freddy on the Freddy Fazbear Map with every pallet on the map (I wasn't able to place one single pallet of my own and it looked like every pallet location was filled with a pallet.) SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Freddy's Dream Snares often cannot be activated. It seems completely random when it works and when it doesn't. I tried it several times in all possible variations. Most of the time, the action is simply canceled, regardless of whether the power is fully charged or not. As of today, DBD has become unplayable for me. But it's not because of my internet connection. Every single game lags so much that it's impossible to understand what's happening and apart from SWF groups, the lobbies are almost empty and don't fill up. I probably just played a 3 or 4 man SWF and moried one of them after the gates were open. After the animation, the survivor was still shown as downed even though he was already dead and the game continued briefly. Suddenly the match crashed and all 4 supposedly escaped while I got a disconnect message. Dear Developers I hope you realize that you could make a lot of money selling new Moris for the killers. In the customization area there is still a free space next to the charms where you could assign a Mori to the killer. Now that you can always mori the last survivor, this would be worth considering, as you see the animations more often. This thread is not meant to be a complaint, but to help me decide if I want to participate in the Christmas event this year or not. For the last two years I've only played DBD when there's an event going on and the Halloween event was the first one where I quit early before finishing the event tome. The last time I played DBD was at the Masquerade Event so I m not familiar with what happened in between. I can remember that I had always issues with the hitboxes and how the game decides what I hit and what not, but since I ve started playing again I had several cases where I scratched my head about the outcome of a hit. I just started today with the event. Played Surv and Killer and in both cases and in every match there are some weird endgame results. Example: Surv Match: 3 escaped. Me on thrid place with 40.000. Second place 42.000. Killer around 35.000. So far so good. But the first place had over 100.000BP and I can't remember that he did much. Platform: PS4 Pro Killer: Spirit Perks: Batteries Included/ Friends Till The End/ Play With Your Food/ Rancor After abandoning a chase to go for another survivor (but without commencing a chase with him) or to stack PWYF tokens and go for the same survivor again causes the game not to start a chase after comming out of a Phase Walk. Last couple of days I tried some new Perk-Combinations with M1 Killers (in low-, mid-MMR games I guess). Everytime I don't use a Oblivious or Undetactable Perk/Item Survivors start running the moment they hear/see the Terror Radius. They don't loop or take any risk. They just run straight from pallet to pallet to window (mostly with windows of opportunity) using haste-perks while the others keep1 comments 31 views last activity

The servers were never really stable, but now it's getting more and more ridiculous. The main problem for killer matches is that servers very often diconnect mid game. After ~5 minutes, matches suddenly crash after a huge lag. It's annoying but bearable. Still I'm pretty pissed when the game just crashed. But on the survivor side it's just atrocious. Something bothered me all the time about the ingame character model of Ellen Ripley. I think her eyes are waaay too big. She looks like a deer begging the hunter not to shoot her and that doesn t fit that character. Ripley is a badass and needs a determined look. Its so easy to earn BPs as a killer. Just do what you have to do and with a good offering you can get easily 40k BP in one game. With survivor I'm still struggling to get over 20k. In my last match I did 4 gens (alone), 2 unhooks, healed 2 other survs, escaped the killer 4 times, stunned him once and was hooked only once as last survivor and got 20k BP. 5k less than a guy who did only 1 gen and13 comments 301 views last activity

I think I lost today 20 games in a row mainly against Alien. And after the 10th loss I just gave up all my games after seeing the first surv being hooked after half a minute with no actual gen progress. I've played DBD for 5 years, mostly killer but started recently to participate as survivor too. I don t want to play SWF-easy-mode because I like the unpredictable and thrilling solo games. After the new patch I tried to start 5 matches. First one disconnected at start, then 3 times in a row a diconnection from server issue before getting into a lobby and after restarting the game another diconnection at the start. Is this intended to make players leave DBD and play other games? I played that nurse in the old days and she was nearly unplayable on the PS4 because of lags. Today I played the nurse again after years (because of daily ritual) and these were the most shallowed matches I've ever played. Did the nurse get some sort of autoaim? I recently reported lags with pallet drops and fps drops on killers to the devs but they didn t care and told me to ask the community. I'm playing on PS4 Pro and had actually a good year of decent gameplay without many lags and fps drops. But this has changed since I started playing again after pausing a month. PS4 was always a problematic platform with FPS drops and lags but it went better the last few years, but recently I encounter again much more of this annoying stuff especially in chases and when a lot of people are around. As survivor I checked my ping a couple of times (around 50ms) and even in the killer games I don t get any icons showing me a bad ping (only when hopping into a new lobby it st0 comments 11 views last activity

I hope you can explain this to me. Solo Surv game against the pig with first surv instantly quit after been hooked. We managed to repair 5 gens and gates were powered. The other two had a bear trap on their head (but got rid of it later) and suddenly the gates were opened, while the killer chased me. After unlocking all perks for all survs I'm always confused by the sheer amount of perks this game has to offer. Unfortunatly it looks like 90% are completly useless to me. They are made for swf special builds (I play only solo), they don t benefit my playstyle or they are just bad. Like I have no idea why I would ever use a perk like Visionary. I really like the anniversary gameplay mechanics. Especially getting rid of a dropped pallet while making the surv believe you want to circle it, is a lot of fun and gives the opportunity for a good mindgame. I hope we can see this mechanic also after the event, maybe by a perk that is similar to scourge hook: pain resonance. Like if you hook a surv for the first time on a scourge hook you get0 comments 21 views last activity

In the last 24h I got 3 times this host-diconnection-error as killer mid-game and now you ban me for 15 min because of just playing this game. Survivor gameplay is getting really boring over time. Before the bloodweb changed I mainly played killer but now I like to play both (prefer solo survivor over swf because it's more intense allthough it's very reliant on what kind of teammates you get).
