  I created a BHVR account years ago. I linked my Steam account to it but haven't used it in years. Ever since they've introduced DbD stats I wanted to log in and see mine. I just can't remember the email address I've used. I contacted support but got absolutely no help "due to security concerns". I need to log in into the BHVR account in order to unlink my Steam account, I can't do it from Steam

• Getting matchmaking ban because of hackers

  I've encountered the same hacker 3 times today, each time resulting in me getting a matchmaking ban. I'm now locked for 15 minutes. I don't think it's fair. Could you maybe do something about players not getting penalties in such cases? I'm not even disconnecting, I just die on hook in the first couple of seconds, it's not something I can control. Cheers!

• Survivor challenge bug?

  What are we supposed to do as survivor in the "Show them what you got" challenge? It's not very clear. Am I supposed to use the highlighted vaults in a chase after I get an invitation? Or interact with those floating things while in chase? No matter what I do, the game registers no progress so I can't make any progress in the event tome. Could someone please clarify what needs to be done or wheth

  I wish there was an option for survivors to get away from other survivors they're randomly matched with and are being toxic towards their mates. I had multiple matches where one simply body blocked another survivor and matches where I've been blocked so I think such option that would allow you to kick/push out of your way another survivor in such situations (NOT the killer) would be welcome, sinc
