The challenge "Out isn't an option" from the Crescendo tome is bugged and does not properly count. As seen in the screenshot attached, you can see all the survivors died. I think the reason I have not received it is because of linked BHVR account. I have previously played Bubba in the past, before linking my BHVR account . I have not played Bubba since linking BHVR account. But still, I have played Bubba well in the past, before linking accounts ever existed.
