First of all I should mention I don't have the Pinhead DLC yet, waiting for a discount. This is all from my experiences facing the perk or watching people use it. Not on every killer but on killers like Bubba, Oni etc. Hex: Plaything sounds like a very strong perk. It works as a stealth perk that lets you get closer to survivors before they start running and usually gets you a free hit or a down13 comments 221 views last activity

According to its description, each time a teammate is hooked Fast Track gives 3% additional progression on your next great skill check on a generator. I know this stacks but I will use the default 3% for simplicity. My question is does this 3% get added on to the default 1% you get for hitting a great skill check for a total of 4% or do you only get the Fast Track bonus? Also, if I combine that3 comments 92 views last activity

When Frenzy ends, Legion goes in to fatigue for 4 seconds. This is really long of a stun and many people say it should be at least a second shorter. Here's my idea for it: When Legion's Frenzy ends, Legion goes in to fatigue for 4 seconds. Fatigue lasts for 0.5 seconds less for each unique survivor hit. This would make it so if Legion were to use his ability in a chase to catch up he would st4 comments 61 views last activity

It's a perk that gives 100% reliable information, where a generator will never get completed before you know it. It can trigger many times on a generator when combined with a regression perk and a mobility killer and gives these killers stealth each time. I feel it may be overperforming on killers like Blight/Nurse/Freddy and curious about the community opinion.8 comments 61 views last activity

So according to the TotH changes, there will be a new Survivor-Totem interaction called "Blessing" that concerns Boon totems. The only thing I can think this could be is that Boon totems will have to be manually "blessed" to a dull totem in a match, which will take some time. This is my theory at least, would be interested in hearing others.0 comments 31 views last activity

This game is full of problematic band-aids, when you makes changes to one it leads to more problems. For example, Mori's required a nerf, but doing so before keys was a mistake. Spirit and Nurse requires nerfs too, but doing so without buffing the whole killer roaster would be a mistake. In high MMR games they are the only killers who have a reliable fighting chance against survivors. If killers2 comments 41 views last activity

TLDR at the end. This isn't meant to be a troll post. I believe top tier survivors need a second objective and this could be a way to accomplish that. This is just an proposal and I'm curious on what people think about something like this. So here it is; instead of Noed being an hex perk, make it a base-kit effect after the last generator is finished that scales off of how many totems are lef3 comments 31 views last activity

Chains interrupt opening the box, which makes it impossible to open the box unless you are in a tight area where chains don't have much space to spawn, which is pretty difficult to find in some maps, and even then you need a bit of luck. Is there a better method for this?8 comments 181 views last activity

As a survivor I have been being matched with not very good survivors in my recent games. I want to believe MMR is working and this is because I haven't played much these last few months. I assumed it would get better as I play more but after a few games it was obvious that in a scenario where bad survivors face a bad killer, killer would nearly always get a 4k. So here's my question, how is a su11 comments 181 views last activity

Increase her Crouch movement speed from 90% to 100%. She still won't be able to catch up to survivors but she will be able to patrol with it much more efficiently. Increase her movement speed when she is dashing. Not duration, since that could make it too easy to get hits with in short loops. Movement speed makes it harder for the survivor to react and lets Pig use it in slightly longer loops.3 comments 31 views last activity

Decisive Strike in its current state isn't very abusable, a survivor can't progress the game without losing it and if a killer gets hit with a 59 second DS that means the survivor was useless for that whole minute... or they were being tunneled which is the point. Its effect on the other hand isn't nearly strong enough to stop tunneling, it only punishes it. Then there is the problem when a kill12 comments 151 views last activity

I have seen so many instances of a killer swinging at a pallet, getting stunned and then the survivor getting a late hit. This isn't because of weird hitboxes or either player having high ping, when a survivor drops the pallet instead of running their hitboxes get closer to the killer so the server usually thinks that hit lands when it doesn't in either players screen. What happens is: in the ki0 comments 51 views last activity

Going to keep it short, felt like doing this after Scott's video. The math part is boring so I'm not including that. 3 seconds of 150% speed gives a total of 4.2 meters of distance from the killer after 3 seconds of holding W. This basically means Sprint Burst, since Lithe and Balanced Landing have other factors like the distance you get from the window or lose from falling. Demo after the rework feels much better to play and a lot less dependent on Rat Liver (but it's one of his best addons). The thing is while he is a solid high B tier killer without addons, he needs Barb's Glasses to be able to have any lethality around pallets. He is not a killer that can play around the safer pallets and he is not a killer that can catch up easily after breaking a pallet. If one3 comments 41 views last activity

I haven't had time to test this much so I'm just going to ask. After using his ability he gets a 2.5 second fatigue for ending his power and 3 second fatigue for getting a successful hit with it. I know the fatigue addons work on decreasing the first one, but do they also work on successful hits?1 comments 11 views last activity

We all know what tunneling is, if a killer targets you after you get unhooked to get you out of the game as quickly as possible it's tunneling. So here's something I have been thinking about, if a killer were to down you after you got unhooked and just slugged you on the ground until you got picked up would you call it tunneling?11 comments 141 views last activity

I really have a distaste for this perk. I have been using it again with Corrupt for a few days and while in half of my matches it helps me a lot, many times I had 2 gens pop while I spend time kicking a generator even when I was being very efficient. I am not going out of my way to use it but that 4-5 seconds you spend going to a generator and kicking it always feels like such a time waste. It sl3 comments 101 views last activity

I would like to emphasize how good this midchapter is since we haven't had this much improvements in a singe patch in a long time and most of these are things people have been asking for many years. Demogorgon, a killer who needed an addon pass for so long finally got it. He is now also less dependent on Rat Liver which is awesome. A couple more objects now have collision, some only do so when I look down but that is fine. On the other hand a lot of the old objects still have no collision, the cars in Autohaven/Springwood/MacMillian or the benches in Ormond/Haddonfield are some that comes to my mind right now, I also remember sliding through one of the fences in Ormond which I never had a problem colliding with in the past.2 comments 71 views last activity

First of all, the intention of this post is to get more survivors to bring DS again since it's just resulting in more boring matches in my games. I either choose to tunnel survivors which ends the games too quickly, or it turns into much harder matches for me because each of them having an extra perk to help them. This is an exploit. Using this exploit allows Blights to do 180 turns to get hits that don't feel fair sometimes, I completely agree with that. But Blights normal turn rate feels like it would only allow around a 30 degree turn when swinging, without being able to flick even a little bit you might not be able to hit a survivor who just turned around a corner and it could make him too easy to spi2 comments 31 views last activity

The more I used this perk the more I realized it is not a chase perk as you would first assume. The problem with it is that it doesn't matter if you have the perk or not, by the time you break the pallet the survivor will have gotten enough distance to get to safety.... but which pallet they are running to is where this perk shines. After dropping a pallet, good survivors never run to the closes4 comments 91 views last activity

What do you think if survivors couldn't stay on a generator until last second and Sprint Burst to safety, if they couldn't just erase their mistakes on a loop by pressing a button with Dead Hard. Do you think removing or nerfing them would be an unnecessarily big nerf to survivor or do you think that it would incentivize proper looping and playing safer? Or do you only have a problem with a spec18 comments 131 views last activity

Because we all know killers queues will go up to 2 hours after the DS nerf. I will be in that queue to play with my beloved Bliit and his fixed spine but if you are actually sane I wouldn't make plans to play killer for a few days after the update.21 comments 451 views last activity

I've done this suggestion a while ago, but I think in the games current state this would be an even better change. Especially with Tru3 mentioning it a couple days ago too I think more people will consider this. Currently, unless a survivor is playing with potato teammates, hook timers have no purpose other than to give the killer the option to camp. Think about it, if there wasn't a 1 minute t12 comments 71 views last activity

Here's an idea to put in the "fixing gens" box of ideas. When survivors start repairing a generator their repair speeds are slower but the more they stay on the generator the faster it becomes, making them take around 80 seconds if they just stay on it the whole time but much longer if they have to let go and come back to it later. This rewards killers pressuring survivors off generators and doe2 comments 182 views last activity

Game map got reworked and there are around 25 pallets on the map, 15-20 of which are completely safe. Asylum got some breakable walls that barely fix the god windows, the main building still has multiple god pallets and they added a whole tile with nearly no collision. (there also is a Blight collision bug where you bump in to literal grass). Hit Validation basically went out the window with su0 comments 21 views last activity

Let's take a break from complaining about how bad this update was and look at the kinda new mechanic, Red Glyphs. Currently after throwing an Antidote bottle the cloud stays inactive for 2.5 seconds and then stays active for 7.5 seconds. In a catch up scenario the Antidote bottle only helps if the survivor and the killer will be running in a straight line for like 15-20 meters, if Clown were to catch up or the survivor took a turn before that the Antidote would be pretty useless which makes them tile and ma0 comments 11 views last activity

Contrary to popular belief leaving a survivor on hook until they are about to stage up to slam on gens is not a good strategy. That only works against camping killers since you will be getting more gens done before the inevitable trade, but against any killer who plays well and pressures gens you risk another person going on hook before the rescue and the whole team now having to stop doing gens.6 comments 161 views last activity

Here's a comparison of his height to Spirit and Hags height. None of these images are scaled up or down, you can compare the background if you wish. The low camera of Blight is a bug, not a bad "design". I just want my boy to be able to see anything in the corn or in the swamp, is this too much to ask.24 comments 551 views last activity

It's a common strategy to put "Console Speed" to 100% and use Q and E to turn left and right at max speed with Billy/Oni, but the setting for this is shared with survivor, so if you are someone who plays both sides you have to change this each time you play Billy/Oni and each time you go back to survivor or it messes you up when you use E for anything. This should be separate for killer and survi0 comments 1 views last activity

I am a Spirit main, a pretty good one too. I wanted to make a post for people struggling against Spirit, about ways to play around her. First of all, the elephant in the room: Injured sounds. I find this the only unfair thing about Spirit. If an injured survivor doesn't have Iron Will, the Spirit may as well see them while phasing and nothing much would change. I'm gonna use Ruin as an example because come on, it is what everyone is thinking about. People keep saying that since Ruin can't respawn again and again anymore Undying is dead or nerfed heavily but it is just not true. To put this simply I will use situations to explain it. Lets name the 5 totems A B C D E and say Undying spawns on A and Ruin spawns in B. First Case: B (Ruin) is found first.28 comments 231 views last activity

If a Nurse blinks on the hatch the same time a survivor reaches it both of them block each other from interacting with it. I have seen this happen twice and it leads to either an old school hatch standoff or one of them moving and the other winning.0 comments 11 views last activity

You may be a killer who depends on Bloodlust to get hits, and like it or not there is a chance bloodlust might be decreased or removed from the game in the future. In that case don't you think it's better to get used to playing without it now when everyone else is also gonna be new to it than in the future when many survivors have already adapted their builds to there being no bloodlust. First of all, this is not a suggestion but more of an idea for discussion. There is already a mechanic that automatically kills survivors if everyone else is on a hook or dead. So what if the hook timers were removed all together. Survivors would still die after 3 hooks. There would still be a hurry to unhook because if you leave a teammate on a hook long enough for the killer to hook someone el12 comments 161 views last activity

Pop Goes to Weasel is a tool to trade in chase pressure for gen pressure (more about this below), so unless the killer has a tool to catch up and get hits swiftly or unless the killer has enough pressure to not even let a single survivor work on a generator, using Pop may lose you more generator progress than it gives. For people who aren't familiar with it, the way Pop works is you need to hoo10 comments 131 views last activity

This is not a top priority issue but a change to this perk has been requested for years now. A couple of perks get tweaked nearly every patch (for example 4 perks are getting changed this update) so a change to this perk wouldn't be a hinder to any updates. So here is the problem: The killer equivalent of this perk is Barbecue & Chilli, but compared to it WGLF lacks in many aspects. First of7 comments 111 views last activity

With the upcoming hit registration changes the "VPN Killers" should not be a thing anymore. So it would be really nice to have the ability to choose which region we want to play in like a lot of other games. In my case, Im in an area where I get very similar ping from servers in EU and Asia but playing in EU servers are a lot more enjoyable because more people are actually speaking in English.0 comments 51 views last activity

Last dev update suggests that in this PTB hit validations are done server-side. To put it more simply, no more unfair hits on the survivors side but killers with bad connections may have problems hitting survivors. Has anyone felt a difference regarding this in the PTB? If you were downed with a flashlight, you could give it to your teammate in a rough situation so they could maybe get a flashlight save. Or a medkit so they could heal you faster (even a not-so-insta heal maybe). Just an idea.8 comments 132 views last activity
