  Goats are my favourite animals ever, so a while back, I went around looking for goat related charms in-game and saw there were 3 I got a while ago in a rift.   SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: In the in game perk screen desperate measure shows 14% whereas it used to be 20% before the latest update.   Desperate measure returned to 14% from 20% since the walking dead patch No announcements about reversion were made so I made this post in case it is an oversight To recreate? Just go in the in game perks menu and see it for yourself
