I ran into a SWF earlier today with a very obvious crossplay cheater + 3 other players who had lots of hours. In the chat after game, they claimed they didn't know the crossplay person and laughed at me for saying he was a cheater since "console players can't be cheaters. What's the point of this? Sometimes I see a 4-man SWF where a couple people have 5000+ hours and the last two have 10 hours, but it becomes very obvious that all are very experienced. Are people just getting tired of sweating at high MMR and trying to get paired with weaker killers? I am more curious about high MMR killers, but everyone can feel free to answer. I would guess high MMR would lead to more burnout and less time spent in the game. I know people with high pings can jump around on the map sometimes, but I ask because of a match I had last night. Guy's name was lag-related, something like "u laggin now," and I only noticed lag when I was about to down him. I hit him, and he fell on the ground a couple times in a row, and then he would be up, and I would be appear pretty far away and have to catch up to him again. A good chunk of my games today as survivor had the killer DC as soon as their totem was done or gens started to pop. It robs the survivor group of pips and eats up our offerings. The same can be said of survivors who DC or kill themselves on the first hook. It hurts the killer's chance of pipping and screws the survivor teammates over. I was grouped yesterday with a friend (who was also on voice chat with me) and two random survivors. Their names and red ready checks stayed on the screen while the offerings were displayed. My name disappeared. I ended up on the Rotten Fields map. The rest of the group was sent to Yamaoka's Estate. After two or three seconds or so of loading into the map, we were all disconnected. Sorry, I'm new, so not sure if this is a known issue. I saw the rank bug thread, but what i experienced today seems like a different issue. I was playing as survivor in a public match as Kate on the swamp map vs Pig. I was using sprint burst, DS, adrenaline, and kindred. Is there an easy way to transfer progress from one PC account to another? I've bought some killers on my account and leveled up survivors for my wife on her account. My wife stopped playing, so I would like to merge the accounts. I've been away from competitive gaming for several years now. I've played at the highest levels in a few games, so I'm not unfamiliar with antagonistic bantering and stuff that usually comes from young, emotionally reactive males engaged in competition.
