I love the idea of having whichever hex you are looking at light up to tell you which one it is as killer. I also agree noed needs a nerf but the exposed would kinda be pointless if the survivors just 99 exit gates.maybe have the speed boost be greater and remove the exposed all together? Replacing that with longer lunges would be cool
Amd lastly I dont really get the point of having the new hex changes. The lit and barely to mostly lit doesn't make sense to me. What would its purpose be? I mean I guess survivors could tell what level a hex perk is at if it uses tokens but why would that matter as they will most likely just clense it.

Yeah, lol, I know. I just enjoy watching someone who is enjoying the game instead of just making it an overly competitive environment. He's clearly very knowledgeable of the game though.
Agreed

There are no "op" killers. Sure nurse and spirit are strong, but does that mean it's impossible to escape vs them. Not at all, i think you just need to learn how to counter play.

I liked that they were espectful, but I think Tru3's attitude about incentivizing hooks is so narrow-minded and short-sighted.
Even if you do incentivize hooks, there's no reason for a killer to not push harder on the weak link, especially when the rest of the team is good. And even if you try for hooks, it's still better to get people out of the game quickly and put yourself in a strong position.
And I for one am getting sick of this prattling on about "skillful" gameplay and crutch perks. Mechanics exist in the game, people are going to use them, learn to play around them. If you find trying to counter such play boring, then this is the wrong game for you and you need to realize that and move on.
I see what you are saying, but i think tru3 was saying he wants hooks to reward the killer. Therefore reward a killer for playing more fair and not tunneling.

The new DS is far from strong, I can only see it working in about 10% of games if that. It’s gonna be a wasted perk slot but at the same time it might just be needed to have an obsession in the game
Oh no, the anti tunnel perk will now only work to prevent tunneling. What a waste of a perk slot.

That Tru3 doesn't enjoy life and Otz does. LOL he literally has to make compilation videos to show people that he's capable of smiling. Otz is fun and serious when he needs to be.
I don't think he hates living, tru3 is just very serious and analytical. When he plays builds for fun such as jump scare myers you can see he has a lot of joyful fun especially.

I really enjoyed the fact that they could get together and talk peacefully about the game, but this whole thing has shown the worst of both communities.
Yeah, luckily the majority of the community is respectful. I've seen only a few on both sides respond aggresively and rudely about the opposing views.

The game is going to be getting millions of new players. Did you not see the new teaser? Will smith/fresh prince/ blue genie is the new killer and survivor. Ahh that's hot

Selfcare would be too strong if it was base 16 seconds. Currently it is at 40 seconds i believe, this is a good time as it's balanced. Killers can hit multiple survivors for pressure. That waste the survivors time and hinders gen speed if they dont want to be one shot.
If the selfcare was changed to 16 seconds everyone would bring it, there would be no point in chasing multiple survivors before a down as they can heal too quickly. You would basiclly have a watered down we'll make it at all times for yourself.
Selfcare is fine as it is, it's purpose is better served as a combo perk rather then a slap it on with no thought because it's a straight upgrade.

My favorite killer to go against is billy, leatherface, and oni
My least favorite killers are trapper, legion, and stealth killers.
Favorite survivors to go against are dwight, ace, and feng.
Least favorite survivors to go against are p3 claudette, adam, nancy

It used to aggravate me when I saw someone hooked try to jump off when I get near them. If they don't succeed, I just spam the unhook animation a bit to annoy them back and then unhook them. If they succeed, I won't run across the map to rescue them the next time they're hooked.
Thats a good mindset to have.

I see a lot of people complaining about the ruin eing unable to be cleansed, and then thise same people saying tru3 bad, he think slugging bad, tru3 bad, he needs to get good. Maybe watch his video explaining his rules instead of getting a deflated ego.
His ruin change was just a rule he wanted for tournaments. He clearly explains this is because generator speeds are too fast. By leaving ruin up all game killers have incentive to proxy gens and chase survivirs away.
Also he wants to punish slugging, camping, and tunneling as those require little to no skill. A game over in 4 minutes withought ruin and a game with 2 chases is boring. This is a tournament wich is supposed to show skill.
By giving points for safe hooks, and fresh hooks it keeps the players playing a lot more skillfull. Wich makes sense as these rules are for a tournament, a common showcase of skill in most games. Currently you dont see that skill in dbd with the current tournament rules.

Obviously with your last statement, I already know that you won't actually listen to anything anyone will say. So I'm aware that this is falling on deaf ears:
In the times that the Killer is guessing, the survivor is also guessing. When the killer attempts to mindgame, you're guessing if the survivor is going to double back or not. At the same exact moment, once the killer's stain is gone from sight, the survivor is also guessing. Likewise, when the Huntress' hatchet winds up, you're guessing when she is going to release, guessing when Billy is going to fully charge his saw, etc.
Stridor Spirit removes pretty much all of the guesswork from the Killer's side. That's the part that people are complaining about.
What about iron will? That makes it near impossible to hear survivors while phasing, not to mention the countless no noise bugs for survivors that havr been in the game for years.
-
I think ghostface, wraith, and doctor are a lot better then you give them credit for.
Doctor can find and start a chase faster then any other killer. Not to mention he is anti loop.
Wraith is strong when you injure veryone with anti healing perks. And then sneak up and down unsuspecting survivors.
Same thing with ghostface, use his stealth to get free hits and keep everyone injured.

That's not what he is talking about. The flashlight doesn't shine where you point it to. It's literally bugged
I just aim to the left where I want to and get the blind every time. I didn't even realize it was a bug i just thought they changed the flashlight aiming.

Yeah that would be a nice qol change for console.
I play on xbox as a killer main. Sending 4 ggs to each survivor can get tedious.
-
Getting a 4k everygame in red ranks is not always possible. I do very well 90% but occasionally there is a really good 4 man swf when im not a viable killer like clown or deathslinger and cant do much. If you lose to a good team dont feel bad. Odds are there wasnt much you could do as gens are just too quick.
-
Survivor: deadhard, decisive strike, windows of oppertunity, inner strength.
Killer: bbq and chilli, nurses calling, pop goes the weasel, sloppy butcher.
For survivor I enjoy being chased but if I need to I will just do gens. I never bm
For killer I like to injure everyone and apply a lot of pressure. I don't enjoy tunneling or camping.

Do you have logs for that session?
No its on xbox. I should have mentioned that sorry.

I agree with your whole list. It would be nice for every perk to be viable. A small qol change to these perks to make them a little stronger would be awesome.

Yeah there wasn't much you could do, it is on them for swarming the basement with a bubba. It would be pretty daft for you to see them and go to the other end of the map.
In future I wouldn't recommend messaging people that dc or at the very least I wouldn't message them when they accuse you of doing something that was caused by them.
Yeah I won't in the future.

The person on hook was always within your terrorradius, means you were proxy camping, but that doesn't mean that you did anything wrong. In this case you had no reason to go away from that area, and chased ppl so you did nothing wrong
Or at least so far...
Secondly
What is wrong with you? You cry about salty survivors even though you provoked it, thats like complaining about beeing bitten by a dog after you stabbed it
Why TF do you text them, provoke such a conversation and then complain about not being able to live with the answer?
I message everyone I play against I like to say gg. If they dc'd due to connection errors then I get that. But if its due to a ragequit then i genuinely want to know what made them feel that way.
-
I play all killers and dont really have a main. For survivor it's really just who you like playing as. I chose david for deadhard, and ace as my second for his swag. I still play other survivors though such as dwight, nea, nancy, Steve, and claudette.
-
Imo ds is strong . I dont see it op as a anti tunnel perk. However it is really annoying to get ds after you have hooked two other people. At that point it's not tunneling yet you get punished. Ds should really become unactive after another survivor is hooked.
-
Yes ds is still meta. Imo if you dont bring it its kinda your fault if you get tunneled. There's really no reason not to bring ds. Its a good solid perk that is useful even if you dont have to use it in a game.
-
You aren't understanding the whole point of ds. Dont expect to use ds in a match. Just by one person bringing it it does it's job. Ds gives the killer the incentive to not pick you up . If they do then they get stunned. If anything ds needs a nerf.
Its silly to be punished as killer for downing too quickly. You can hook one person. Then hook another. Then another. And back to the original person you hooked and pick them up at 59 seconds.
Ds should become unactive after you have been hooked and another survivor that has it becomes hooked. The point of ds is anti tunnel. If your not being tunneled i.e. someone else is hooked it isnt tunneling.
-
Swf would be able to exploit this. All they would have to do is get a certain ammount of gens done, into a three gen situation. Then one dcs and boom exit gates are powered. Also what about the killer suffering? If survivors get a whole gen done from one dc then killers need to recieve score towards hooking a survivor three times. The majority of the time if one or more survivors dc, the best that killer can hope for is a black pip.
-
Seems to me since leatherface can force you to drop a pallet or youll be chainsawed with most loops he's now "op". Just dont be greedy around loops. You shouldn't be able to loop one pallet forever, leatherface is strong but fair.
-
Imo spirit. Billy can be fun, but spirit just feels strong to play. Especially with a good build like prayerbeads, ruin, and surveillance. She just has a ton of map preassure and information. Not to mention great for gen grabs and stopping loops from going on too long.

The only thing that bothers me about it, is the way that he wipes the blade, for some reason that totally freaks me out.
The way he wipes his blade is a reference to scream because the two ghostfaces wipes their blade that way at the end of the movie.
