Endless matches against the same killer? Talk about a recipe for monotony. The ‘go next’ problem has been a hot topic in the community, and maybe it’s time for the developers to take notice and shake things up. Variety is the spice of gaming, after all!
yea thats because the ghoul just got release. just mind-blowing when a new killer is released and people complain about facing that same killer, yea cause a lot of people want to either try him and/or love them to where the killer becomes part of the rotation. Just because you get sick of going against the same killer is no excuse to "go next".

They nerfed Prove because they didn't like the idea of perks giving BP bonuses.
Look what happened to BBQ, WGLF and Distressing to name a few.
All of which were perks that incentiviced a different playstyle, and offered a significant BP bonus.
BBQ incentiviced spreading hooks.
WGLF incentiviced going for saves and taking hits for your team.
Distressing was more a wildcard, but the larger terror radius opened up for some interesting builds.
And Prove Thyself incentiviced teamwork, with a double co-op BP bonus on gen repairing.yea it killed me that they took away the BP stack increase from BBQ and WGLF. Honestly BBQ's BP stack for hooking each survivor for the 1st time kind of was a shadow "anti-tunnel" perk since any of us killers that use that perk wanted to get those 4 stacks and get loads of BP even if all 4 escaped. Wish they'd bring it back

Being good at the game makes no difference here. Just saying.
it really does

Nerfing killers wont make you better at the game, just saying

Well, it was put in there for a reason, thanks to Skull Merchant and Knight players abusing 3-gen setups.
Personally, I think it is a good change, and it is possible to play around it.But I do understand the frustration it has caused for some players, since it affects all killers.
thats why you're suppose to spread your gens out. its not abuse, its preparing for worst case scenario which would be the endgame power-struggle. I think people say its abuse because they're unable to lure the killer away for teammates to complete last gen but the killer is too smart for that
-
(bad change) STBFL the reduce speed is okay but not being able to use M2 on obsession without losing stack was pretty BS
-
I find it pretty fun in spite that i main killer, find it less stressful and survivor has more loadouts you can have fun with

So your saying you can't without gen regression, great, whats next killer perk? Maybe Pain res again? Ur so skilled…
I certainly hope you do matches perkless

It needs a buff I won’t argue that. So does COB or OC. When they nerfed those together it was a mistake. Only should have been when USED together instead of killing 2 perks in 1 patch update.
Eruption, surge, and undone need love. Especially eruption. Your gen kicks will be over before you know it especially if used with surge.
except for the Gen kick nerf, until they remove that im afraid we will always have a gen kick problem but thats just my opinion.

It’s still a valid perk. If it were so weak like some people claim it wouldn’t be one of the most used gen perks used right now.
Can’t be that bad if people are slotting it.
actually yea it can. If the question being asked was: "If its such a weak perk then why do killers use it?"
Simple, because using a weak gen regression is better than none or better put "its better than nothing". sad to say all killer's gen regression perks have all been gutted if not to the ground

It's 20% of current progress, you need to hook survivor and find gen with enough progress to kick it within 45 seconds.
It's just weak. Even Eruption is better than that.
Pop has time limit, requirement and regression is not that good compare to other perks. Make it maximum regression and that would be worth to use.
Pop used to take out a set amount of 25secs before the "current amount" nerf. They need to revert it back

arachnophobia maybe?
-
Killer-sided, meanwhile SM got gutted to the ground. Killer-sided, riiiiight.

The argument actually doesn't fall apart and is, in fact, bolstered when looking at the survivor equivalents. You mention it yourself, DS and OTR deactivate in endgame because the perks - which are otherwise fair and reasonable, at least disregarding bodyblocking with OTR - provide far too much value in the endgame specifically.
The argument could easily be made that having access to strong slowdown perks after someone's died is the same. The perks are reasonable and fair on their own, but if someone dies early, they're far too impactful.
It's not about whether a perk can be used while tunnelling, it's about how much more effective it is after someone's tunnelled out. The whole point of tunnelling someone out is that it heavily affects generator efficiency for the survivor team, because a 3v1 benefits the killer very heavily if it happens early enough, so something that harms generator efficiency even more in a very direct way becomes questionable.
It's not the only thing to fix tunnelling, obviously, and I'm not even necessarily saying it absolutely has to happen myself, but I think it's a very reasonable pitch that warrants legitimate conversation. Killers tunnelling someone out and then also getting Pain Res and Grim Embrace is a pretty obviously overwhelming advantage.
yeah but you're still saying that the killer should be punished for doing good. just because tunneling exists, doesnt mean a perk should be nerf'd

I think killers should be able to kick gens infinitely, however after eight times it only regresses gens, removing the -5% instant regression
a much better idea than what it is now.

We went from an Aura reading power creep to a Totem power creep. Only a matter of time before we enter an anti-heal power creep.
they want to remove all killer perks, prolly addons too
