You can just report for hostage on basement since killers just do ez ways to get 2 kills instead of 1 i do agree about the basement

I like Hybrid Panda and gave him the benefit of doubt to watch the video. First thing he says is he doesn't really like Legion or play Legion. On one hand that is good because it means he's got sort of fresh eyes for this. On the other hand its bad because he's also got none of the experience with previous Legion to really understand what is and isn't hurting with these upcoming changes.
The games he gets into aren't really that good either. The survivors for the most part aren't particularly good with the second game where he 4k's having one person go afk another person choosing to die to EGC and the two that were actually somewhat playing being also really bad. The first game he got one actual kill and then the other person that died chose to die to EGC when they could have escaped and the other two hatch'd right in front of him. So from the games he put up for people to see he didn't really do that well.
He talks about the issues bothering him that people have already expressed.
- Power recharge is long.
- Missed hit penalty is a bit steep
- Basic hits draining power
- Deep Wounds not really being an issue outside of a 10sec mend.
- Stun is really harsh.
There are other issues that Legion's got that he doesn't have to deal with as the survivors weren't good enough to actually cause them to happen. From this video what you can take away from it is that from the perspective of a person who openly admits that didn't play Legion as they didn't ever really mesh with the killer's play style and never really played them past initial release is that now that they've sat down and played Legion on ptb now they enjoy what he's doing now. Which is what he's always been capable of doing and Legion players who weren't playing like potatoes have been doing the entire time. The only difference is Legion doesn't have reliable pressure with Deep Wounds as it poses no threat to your life. If you run Iri Button it especially stops posing any threats.

Legion its balance fam if you dont see the dev stream that they are trying to see what buff it need so that be middle but for now its balance and not toxic and cancer try to defend nobody cares about youre opinion like you said to @Speshul_Kitten if you dont like the change you need to get used to it

as a player that plays alot survivor ill say the things needs to change
1.- the end game collapse its 3 minutes its too much it would be fine if its 1:30 minutes
2.- the time to open a gates its 15s it shouldnt be change make the same as usual 20s or 25s and buff remember me also with wake up buff
3.-something to make the survivor directly open the gate if a killer close the hatch make so at 2 or 3s you can open it like if its a cooldown or something
4.- killer that opens gates the hell they didint put no animation i hope they do it in the future or soon

the thing about legion its that hes cancer with no counterplay and exploits now with the new changes hes good he could get some buff but hes going in the right track i dont use MoM since i dont like it

you know what its funny that they fix the vacuum on survivors but not on killer
theres 2 vacuums on killers
1.-pick up survivor you can pick up a survivor and the survivor goes vacuum mode and get grab by the killer this needs to fix
2.- vacuum hook killers still do vacuum while hooking a survivor they should do similar thing to survivor that you need to be close and then you can hook
and dude you think that survivors are OP? ok seems that you didint see some patches cuz they buff killers and nerf survivors until prove thyself got buffed the window block that survivor can still vault thats a bug soon they will fix that the end game was created for only 1 thing and thats hatch standoff thats it yeah 3 minutes its alot i probably change it to 1:30 minutes for the end game and make the gates 20s to open and not 15s and thats it

yes it was a bug but youre words that youre saying its that you want to use ff and can search the locker theres no penalty on him if you go on the locker tell me what killer can search with theyre powers on

And yes. With right add-ons (literally only cd) he's kinda good. Other than that (and maybe iri button) other add-ons feel useless
you have addons that CAN be stack to get less cooldown so yeah but i dont really get why you want this to be remove so that he can grab you while using ff without a stun so i dont really now what youre saying

camping its been an issue since launch and they did a fix in the ptb but they didint put it cuz ppl abuse it but yeah they should do something about camping killers that are camping are just noobs that just want 1 kill

perks:
1.-fight back: this perk can be use 1 time per trial if the killer have a survivor on hes shoulder and activated it make an animation that punch the killer face that stun him by 3/4/4.5s (you need to be close to activate this perk)

adredaline and noed will activated when the gens are finish maybe its intended for noed and adredaline but rancor will be op if you can simple close the hatch and kill the survivor

I do like the boost points it give more bp i dont know whats the problem with that since killer get alot more bp than survivor and with bbq its like having double BP event and the end game dosent mean that needs to be on killers favor they did put it so survivors dont staying near exit door forever but i do think that 3 minutes its alot maybe 2 minutes its ok

Survivor main who hates Legion? Well, all you need to do is make him miss twice and noi more moon walking... He'll be slower so he can't just do normal killer but instead has to use Feral vFrenzy
You just want legion to be neally similar way than right now why you want to hit the same guy over and over again its cancer thats why they didint put it the only thing they need to buff its the vault speed and thats it hes power meant to hit all survivors and not the same guy

The ptb its not fine its very ez on survivors this ptb its on survivor side the only thing they need to change its make remember me the same it was or a tiny buff piggy i do understand about rbt on the end game cuz some ppl are cheese on her but now she need a buff make so she can see the survivor aura when they finish getting off a RBT or make hes ambush attack a bit faster engame for 3 minutes its too long make it 2 minutes or 1 and half minute i will say that legion hes ok but he could have a tiny buff on vaulting speed ans he will be balance
