We gonna live forever is trash again and no longer worth the perk slot.
I know I'm a killer main, so obvious bias, but I got use for it today. It got a teammate off the ground against a huntress. I was injured and he managed to take a prot hit that would've put me in the dying state.

They could create a character with a pepper spray perk, or even a new chest item, when the survivor is grabbed by the killer, they can throw pepper spray in the killer's eyes and escape.
respectfully, what would the counterplay to this be?

He can now use his power every 10 seconds, which means that every 10 seconds he will get a hit as long as he has someone in range. It's an easy to use easy to hit power. It also means that every 10 seconds he will have no terror radius… compare that to Ghostface's that has a power with 24 seconds cool-down. That's why he is braindead now. Before the change you could get hits from pallet campers but now you only need to spam his power everytime you can. And the worst thing is that they can't reduce this cool-down because after all he is a 4.4 killer and that would make him useless.
Scincerely, ty. This was a really good, well put perspective.

Chucky should be returned to his original state, the "free hit" complaints were exaggerated. It is comical to read the old comments that said that removing Chuchy's scramble was going to make him require more skill, it has been quite the opposite. Not only he has lost a lot of personality, but his gameplay has become braindead and spammy.
I wasn't playing the game for a couple months when chucky came out and had the "free hits," so I'm not able to judge to well on his old scamper. However, I'm being sincere because I would like to actually make a good rework suggestion, but what about Chucky now is more braindead, and what was the counterplay to the older dash?

They ruin the experience for everyone. Both sweaty killer lords or survivors… So yeah, you should consider completely removing map offerings. I'm pretty sure a lot of people want it too.
Honestly, I think map offerings, while extremely impactful, aren't the problem, it's the maps themselves. I'd rather players have control over the RNG, especially because I like to go on maps I'm bad at to git gud at them. Plus, it's more important Behavior Work towards fixing the issues with the maps then remove our control over them.

Knockout is an insanely unhealthy perk ever since its release and I honestly don't understand why the devs aren't reworking it. It encourages some of the worst gameplay (slug until bleedout) and is very unfair against soloq
I think the idea of it is to be a sort of stealth disorientation perk, so if the killer gets a down, and then goes for another survivor near a gen, they still have the element of surprise. That on it's own I'd say is okay. But I completely agree that it sucks cause it does encourage a slugging playstyle that isn't very effective against solo q.

Ah well I just use it as punishment for bad places to go down, as excampel I won't go away if I'm between a few progressed gens and have the hook there. Other than that I camp to the next hookstate if the survivors give themself too much time for the save.
In the endgame I also camp because there's nothing I could do anymore besides that.
Thanks man. This genuinely what I was looking for.

Do you mean camping as a tactic to win, endgame camps or people literally just camping in the basement without any reason just to annoy survivors? xD
I'm trying to get a general idea of different reasons people do this, because I want to make a video essay on the subject of camping/tunneling, and I wanted another perspective than my own.

Different strokes for different folks? One might ask why you think it was fun to make a thread like this? What purpose does it serve? It clearly exists only for you to pass judgement in a passive-aggressive way. Is that fun for you? What kind of emotional fulfilment do you get from it? What people find fun is what THEY find fun. Most people don't do things they don't find fun. The only question that seems new and out of place is your last one, where you ask if these people you don't understand, the ones who camp as you define it personally, want Behavior to give them more camping options.
A variation of this question comes up ALL THE TIME whenever someone wants to comment on a behavior they don't like but are trying to seem like they aren't commenting. I've seen this question asked for nearly every kind of tactic or strategy in DbD (as well as other games too). It doesn't work and we all know exactly what you mean and are saying. So my question to you, made even more plain, is do you find talking about how other people play the game fun?
I think you read into this wrong. I should have provided this context, I'm want to make a video essay on Camping/Tunneling, and wanted to know what aspect of it is fun for the killer, because I genuinely don't get it. I'm not judging people who do it, either for the meme of it, or for how effective it is. It's just a game, and people are trying to have fun. I sincerely just want to know, why do they want to do it?

I think some of it has been legit technical issues. Over the past two patches, I've been DC'd by the game way more than usual.
