I mean, they can't progress the game if you stay on your generators. They'll whittle down resources and you'll get free hits and maybe even downs. Committing a short while and getting a down and then popping their gen with PGTW is a good way to maintain the 3 gen, but don't commit to a chase for too long.
Not if your a non mobile killer on a huge map which is why their cutting map size best bet u have is to try to secure a 3 gen

I've been around long enough to know how survivor sided it was. I remember eating 4 DD before you can get the first hook sometimes.
That said, I think the NOED discussion is usually too extreme on both sides. I think it is a great perk for an end game build, but it is also a horrible crutch that can often aid lazy campers/tunnelers and punish solo survivors.
I've seen matches where the killer is face camping and the solo survivors play the recommended solution, rush gens. I hit every totem I could during it. Counted 4. Last gen pops. Killer has lost 3 chases since the 1 face camp death. He comes around the corner and scores a hit on me with NOED. Nobody is running BT, one player gets me off the hook, but we both gets dropped. Lazy killer gets 3 kills due to a crutch use of NOED.
That's why I do favor a hook limit to activate NOED and a totem counter for solo que.
Would like to see some protection capabilities for totems though. TotH is not enough.
Ur Right it can be used for lazy garbage killers but honestly at the end it's still just a totem and totem usually spawn right in the open

Patrol the 3 gens that are closest in proximity and don't get tunnel vision.
Ok u didn't explain the "while in chase scenario" u can't patrol and chase at the same time. If a legit good swf is what your going against then good luck my friend.

ruin was never hard to hit in my opinion, insta heals already got nerfed, gen rushing wouldn't be a thing if people knew how to patrol gens and infinites aren't a problem if you just leave the survivor and look for someone else

"Patrol gens" is what everybodys says Killers can't patrol every gen on the map In secs While in chase, can't patrol gens hooking a survivor. Then u say infinites wouldn't be a problem if u leave them alone? Yes let's let that person go so they can do a gen then while we start chasing that other person THEY ABUSE THE INFINITE AS WELL!! Everybody loves to abuse the infinites on some maps let killers get something going for them geez

People should be allowed to leave if someone else disconnects, rather than punishing the innocent as this garbage does now. That’s what good games with developers that care about their players do.
If someone dcs doesn't give u the right to dc right after

Decisive Strike should not activate it the Survivor is picked up in the Exit Gate or from a Locker. Those two features are what make it overpowered.
If it was just 60 seconds of the Killer having to pick you up normally, I think Decisive would be completely balanced.
I completely agree with u. That have about 60 secs to do a gen after being hooked and if we hit them u could try to slug but they might have unbreakable or team around.

Pretty much. Some killers are so intent on tunneling they’ll wait outside the locker for 60 seconds or eat the stun.
I’ve said it before but if people are finding DS this much of an issue then they’re tunneling. DS rarely affects me because I usually chase other survivors.
U don't know how many survivors can do the most toxic plays with ds it doesn't even have to be tunneling for them to get it off. U haven't seen the diliverence and ds plays at end game when doors are open or going for another save while ds is up.

Ruin is not dead. I prefer the new ruin as it saves me a TON of time. No need to kick gens, just keep pressuring them and I get rewarded. Seriously, it disappears no faster than old ruin, but it heavily rewards me for choosing to pressure a gen as opposed to focusing on one survivor.
As for the new changes, I think they are pretty healthy for the game.

I dont think anybody is saying killing god loops is an issue.
What people are saying is that killers have got a lot of what they wanted the past year. Toolboxes nerfed, god loops fixed, maps shrunk, instaheals nerfed.
Thats all great. It makes killer more enjoyable.
However now maybe something has to be done for survivor. Camp/tunnel:noed strategy needs to go. Its used in the vast majority of games and ruins the experience for many people. Likewise some killer add ons could be nerfed just like instaheals were (looking at you iri head + infantry belt)
First this game in its earlier stages was so survivor sided that it was just stupid but now they getting there crap together and finally nerfing some of the things that needed to be done. Killers r finally starting to see the light and now survivors r complaing I don't understand y people complain about noed when survivors have adrenaline that's gets them full HP off hook and its instant PLUS u get basically sprint burst cuz yea that's ok. But complain about a one hit totem perk that helps against adrenaline.
