Because you created post to remove 2 anti-tunneling perks that don't do anything more.
Anyway sure. Remove OTR and base BT. But remove also DS and DH nerf, revert killer hit CD reduction, add after-hit speedup to what it was.
It's not totally healthy from the point of how the game will be played, but it would get us closer to fair 50% killrate (over full MMR spectrum) like it used to be. But I presume that's not what OP wants. He probably wants even easier games.
Where's the 2 perks that remove genrushing and slow the game's speed? i wonder

Lol. Tunneling is the act of focusing one survivor right after being unhooked, purposefully ignoring other survivors. At the start of the game, nobody's been hooked...
It's a pathetic strategy, cause it's litterally an easy 100% guaranteed 4 kills. Funnily enough, although it's officially not reportable, it technically also is abusing a gameplay mechanic to get a competitive advantage, which is reportable.
I put a huge part of the blame on the developpers, which have stated they agree that it is a problem and needs to be fixed, but are doing an absolutely pathetic job at fixing. But waiting for the day they finally show some effort to fix this, we can only try to play fair as a community.
Tunneling is game abusing
What is Genrushing? What's Body blocking? What's sabotaging? What's Tea bagging? these are game's objective yea?

Because there are two sides to this game that need to be give and take on issues. Take a look at VHS if you want to see what happens to an asym game that caters too hard to one side. Sub 1k players after having an insane amount of hype earlier this year. Survivors need to be able to have fun and recover from early hooks/camping or DBD runs the risk of becoming alt VHS.
I'm not saying base endurance is not annoying/abusable but it's a small price to pay to prevent DCS and keep survivors wanting to play and keep solo queue numbers up.
So keeping survivors in game is more important than having a killer got it

i mean if they do nothing for 80 seconds im okay with that
Body blocking you while you're trying to get a survivor that doesn't count as nothing

Unless they get in your way. In this case: M1 and forget.
Exactly wait for them to come to you so you can hit them and they just run away everyone happy and they just twerk at the exit gate nothing too important and end game chat they be like GG you're a great killer and all happy ending

"there's no balance or fairness in the game but you could at least make it look fair by doing this"
You want the devs to make the game FAIR and BALANCED by letting you tunnel survivors easily?
Genrushing is okay but killers doing their job is wrong?

I don't know man, tunnelling is such a vague term, the killer using lethal at the start of the match might as well be tunneling 🙄
Yea hitting survivors is tunneling simply walking counts as tunneling chasing someone is tunneling
I wonder why survivors are so innocent I mean yea we're the bad guys but damn why survivors are so innocent?

I most often try to get a hit onto the unhooked survivor asap, even when I have no intentions of tunneling them, just to get rid of any endurance. Some will try to bodyblock their friend and expect you to do some gymnastics to get around them and aren't ready for the consequences of being "robbed" of their protection immediately. Also, in my personal rule book if you body block you aren't protected by any moral obligations to not go after you, ie YOU yourself put you back on the menu and I am ready to eat up.
What is also interesting is how hellbend some survivors are to get value out of their endurance. Even when both could get away they will linger around and sometimes on purpose let you hit them before vaulting away, as if they wanna see "fufufu see, you fool? You can't hurt me! Fufufu", but in situations like these I think "jokes on you, fool" and keep pressuring them.
Exactly you're understanding me because you play killer possibly
You see Survivors actual goal and objective is to get you mad this is their true goal
As someone who been playing for a year Don't give them what they want never get mad I try that myself but Eh sometimes i get triggered with certain players and gameplays but yea They just wanna make fun of you so play as dirty as you can

You're not hitting survivors 5 times during a chase. You're hitting them, at most, 3 times. And that's if they manage to time the 0,5 Deadhard with a million latency, bugs, and hitbox issues this game has. You could push it and be hitting them, at most, 4 times if they happen to have MoM active in the 0,000000000000000000000000006% situations you manage to activate MoM without throwing the game first.
The "fun" aspect doesn't exist if you play Solo Q, so if you don't find killer fun, your only choice left is to look for a 4 premade SWF squad.
Good luck
Expected that you'd say something like

I would much rather be in this version of DBD vs the one we saw on the PTB where endurance effects truly stacked/chained together for 4+ hits. I honestly don't mind infinite endurance that turns off if you progress the game in any way.
If you as a killer want to take on that endurance/focus down one survivor then that's totally fine but you're gonna chew through an extra endurance state at the very least.
You see that's the problem why would we choose from bad and worse?

Otherwise you wouldn't notice off the record. It's either that or the survivor has been running around for some time being absolutely useless just to preserve the endurance
You're Stating that Tunneling is a very disgraceful act yet survivor mains and Possibly you would genrush and call it objective

@Hex_Ignored said:
Have you tried not tunneling? A foreign concept, I know, but you won't even notice off the record in that case
Also Have you tried not Genrushing or body blocking? It's also a foreign long lost concept But if you wouldn't genrush Killer mains could enjoy their game

@Bran said:
I wouldn't say removed, but put back to what it was before now.
They just made survivors a living tank i literally hit a survivor 5 times during a chase
Off the record-Free borrowed time-Dead hard
Does this game have any fun aspect in it?

How do you know i'm tunneling?

OTR and BT( base or perk) endurance do not stack
The Point Is the whole endurance is broken and it shouldn't be gained this easily

Not to say that every killer is playing super sweaty, but lately when I load up the game it always has blood point incentives for survivor. We're talking 100% blood point incentive. With that kind of incentive and BBQ being nerfed, I definitely don't want to be playing killer. But maybe I should because every single match is just tunnel after tunnel after tunnel.
I'm a casual DBD player at best, but SBMM puts me into matches that I clearly don't belong in. Can we please have the bots already, because this #########'s getting old.
Agreed They're indirectly demanding you to be survivor or let's say your mental health forces you to play survivor because we all know even the people who disagree. we all know that there's no balance in this game There's no Fun It's only a Delusional Self Made Competition that wants to ruin your game as a killer main Specially with the recent Updates that Gave the survivors free borrowed time and saving them a perk slot

It's as the title says, and this can be applied to a lot of other games too, but right now it's just dbd.
When it comes to survivors defining skill is a little more difficult since it's a team based experience, but when it comes to killer you are a single individual. When it comes to survivor, and when it comes to killer, and you're losing every match or you're not winning chases, what is the issue?
Is it you? Or is it the game?
Obviously there's other situations where this applies so feel free to include them
Skill issue is for when the game's Balanced
Survivors don't need to do anything there are 5 gens 4 people They can do a gen under than 30 seconds and they'll tea bag you for not being able to kill the entire team under 1 minute
So it's only game issue there's no skill issue to begin with i literally hit a survivor 5 times during a chase and didn't die you tell me Is this skill issue?

Bloodlust should have never been a thing to begin with. It exclusively rewards the potatoes. Full stop.
It's as if we gave potato survivors permanent Hope. These forums would explode with killer mains crying.
Bloodlust shouldn't exist so you can go infinite loop? Killer mains crying? So if someone complains about the thing that you think is right it's crying?

@lav3 said:
Especially, faster bloodlust and reduced sprinting time after getting hit.
Faster kicking speed, reduced successful m1 hit cooldown, 2.5% generator regress after kicking, additional 10 seconds while repairing gen were mostly ok for me but I think others don't feel necessary personally.
Bloodlust was a counter mechanic against infinite loops, weak killer's secondary power and a thing to make killers bearable in certain connected loops.
Nowadays most maps are reworked, many pallets are weaker, more fair, less and some maps have huge deadzones.
I wouldn't say bloodlust should be utterly deleted but faster? I don't think it was necessary thing to do.
It is not a strange thing that many people use Dead Hard still, to consume bloodlust.
Reduced sprinting time is very easy to recognize when versing either Nurse or Blight.
Maybe other strong killers who have decent chase ability.
Paired with reduced m1 hit cooldown, sometimes it is impossible to run away from loops you're in after getting hit.
Not enough time and distance for other loops for sure.
I still think weak killers should be buffed individually and maps should be looked at.
Chases are what make survivors not play generator repair simulator game.
Now because survivors have weaker chase, they have to crank harder on generators.
Is this what BHVR really wanted? Always sticking on generators?
And please don't deny these buffs literally feel like nothing. Buffs were too numerous.
No there are many more like you who don't bother learning the game and keep saying Nerf killers so Killer mains can't enjoy their game and you can tea bag at the end of the game
Also whatever they added they gave you a free Borrowed time idk what you're complaining about

Wesker-Nemesis these 2 need to be more unique
After all we're talking about resident evil a game that when you think of horror it's the only thing you can picture
nemesis is really bad atm Wesker's hitbox is still small sometimes i just literally run through the survivors and nothing happens
Nemesis's power is really bad you can't count on zombies at all people can counter your tentacle with crouching so this makes him even worse than Trapper or Legion
At least legion can injure people

Ok, we have the survivors rulebook, now lets try to codify the killers one.
- No killing before two gens are done
- No camping and tunneling by default. The survivors can unlock this features if desired by simple actions detailed later
- Always go for the unhooker and let the unhooked survivors run away
- Unless the unhooked survivor bodyblocks; then they void their protection for some powerplay and are fair game to down again
- Tunneling protection can be politely renounced by any survivor by t-bagging after every vault or palette stun or by using flashlight macros
- Flashlight clicking to gain our attention are rude and shall be ignored, other survivors also want to be entertained
- Every survivor has the right to ask for a private camping session, idealy in the basement, simply by being as obnoxious and rude as possible for at least three consecutive instances
- Should you encounter original survivors in default clothes who play very unefficient and fall for every trick, scare them senseless, but also whiff a couple of times. Neophytes must be protecc
- Everything is fair game when you are down to two gens remaining
- The rule of 2 times 2: if at two gens remaining exactly two survivors remain, they may ask for mercy by taking up a penitent position and offering their items as payment. The killer is under no obligation to grant this mercy, but it is strongly encouraged
- It is strongly encouraged to give the last survivor the hatch, unless they politely renounced their protective rights earlier that match. It is allowed to assert dominance first and down the survivor in order to rollplay a legit win
- If you are within 2 pips of grading up or are pursuing a tome challenge, all other rules are void
Camp-Tunnel-hitting-chasing-walking-standing idle
It doesn't matter Survivors cry no matter how you play
Camping and tunneling are blasphomy but Genrush-Tea bag-Body block- Using Broken perks are totally fine ofc it's fine
This is the reason that this game can't get back the players who left the ones who actually care about the gameplay and some fancy eye catching skins
As for myself There's no rulebook Kill at any cost this is the game's about And the Killer must kill obviously It's written on the name KILLER
So instead of making a rulebook Play like an actual killer would in the situation
