  • It's not you. I also can play like 5 killer games max before I'm drained for the day to play the game. Especially when you face swf bully squads.

  • No, the first guy who DC's still gets a penalty. And then they maybe can get 4 times a 5 minute ban.

I have nearly 0 interest in checking those streams. There's been one exception where a survivor was exceptionally kind to a really poor performance of mine, so I viewed his site and gave a compliment to them. Otherwise, it's not that I see them in a negative way; I just have no real desire to.

Same. Most TTV names have only like 5 viewers anyway.

We know Switch is getting cross progression with PC platforms, but what about PS and Xbox? Any updates on them?

I mostly play DBD on console but just bought a gaming laptop and want to play both platforms. I just do not want to buy all the characters/DLCs again and have to go through the grind.

Out of my curiousity, what gaming laptop did you get?

  • I can imagine. That really is a undeserved death. I always try to save someone who kept the killer busy for a good while.

  • It was funny when they said "Billy is in a good place, he is fine as is" and then straight up nerfed him with mostly garbage add ons and a stupid, unnecessary cooldown just for the sake of it.

So since then I'm sceptical about every killer rework they're doing.

  • Does leaving someone on the hook when gates are open, when they did nothing the whole game (not talking about new players, experienced players with prestige 3 clothing), and escaping yourself count too?

Other than that, not on purpose. Sometimes a good play (in my head at least) goes wrong, but that's not on purpose.

I hate survivors who just won’t leave. They feel the need to rub it in the other player’s face. It’s very unsportsmanlike. We need more killers pulling stuff like this to punish survivors for not just leaving. Instead of staying to mock

I hate that too with a passion. I never go to the doors when they don't leave, I don't give them the satisfaction of seeing them teabag in a safe spot or fake giving me a hit at the exit gates. F those people.

  • People will blame everything on others, even when it's their own fault. If the killer is AFk, just leave when you can. Sometimes the killer is fake AFK, like in this example.

  • I'm curious to see the power of the killer and who they're adding for survivor(s).

Other then that, I don't play RE and never have, so I'm not super excited or something.

  • Nobody knows... It's tied to the MMR system, but why not already release it for now. The grind is terrible anyway so those BP come in handy.

  • It's always funny when survivors blame their own faults on the killer.

    "You camped!"

No, I didn't, I didn't got the chance to even leave the area before you hookbombed the hooked survivor...

The double standards in this game are really annoying.

  • Sorry I bump my post, but yesterday it got buried because of the PTB patch nodes that released just before that.

I really like ya'lls opinions on this though!

When I see TTV I check to see if they're online and if they are I dodge when I'm playing either survivor or killer.

Every experience I've had with a TTV so far has been them being toxic and talking crap about me even when I've gone out of my way to help them as a teammate.

Not worth the haste to play with people like that and have them and their viewers talking trash about you for no reason.

I can understand why you dodge, but why do you check their stream if you can already know people will talk smack either way. I think most people (even no-streamers) talk smack about others, only they talk that online in a stream mostly nobody watches.

As killer I usually dodge TTV because they are always annoying trying to get "content" for their stream. The "normal" TTV's I can count on one hand, who are positive. Most of the time they're not even good and completely ignore objectives and try to bait you as killer.

The one time I didnt see in time there is a TTV, I mostly ignore them. They will follow you everywhere, desperate to get some content off off you lol.

  • Isn't it funny that they have a few community managers, but you never even see them on this forum anymore? Maybe once in a blue moon you see one pop in here to answer a non-important thread, but that's it.

These community managers were way more active, but now they are non-existent.

Note: Nothing personal against the person behind the title. It's just an observation from my end.

The amount of rank 17-20 players I’ve come across tonight has been painful.

The number of games done in minutes due to just low levelled team mates, camping low rank killers or full red tanks bullying a 20.

Do not put this system into the game or else it’ll ruin it for new players for quiet a while

Well, I just got a game where high ranks were just trolling and doing nothing the whole game because they want to decrease their mmr level to get games where they can just steamroll the killer. So that's a new thing with MMR.

  • Nice, good job!

Maybe I need to play some as well then. But on the other hand, it's no rush, because if this system gets online for real, this might be the case for every killer since they have separate MMR's.

Technically Saloon also has that one room which benefits the killer by leaving the walls standing.

But 99/100 survivors dont ever go there unless there is a totem spawned there. So that room basicly does nothing for you.

  • Yeah, Autohaven is extremely dark. I need to walk to the TV when I play these maps, since I can't see anything when playing these maps. Wish there was a way to make the brightness up a bit in console version of this game.

  • Sorry OP, but you really sound entitled. "I did a lot of work, I DESERVE to escape".

    No, you don't.

  • Okay thanks for all your answers. This makes me more relaxed knowing it's in the rules to do this :D

  • I can feel your feelings. I also have it with this game sometimes.

First I got really frustrated and wanted to quit forever, but like you said, the game is quite addicting. I can have a really good day and the next day is straight up garbage on both killer and survivor.

Now I say to myself: I don't care about anyone anymore. I play the game like how I want and other people play it how they want. We both paid for the game. If they want to tunnel, go for it. I just let go of struggle and find another game. Pips don't mean anything anymore to me. And if I want to tunnel and camp an annoying person, I go for it as well.

I have to say, that mindset helped me a lot. I feel more relaxed when playing. Maybe this advice helps you as well. Just don't give two cents anymore and play for your own fun, you're not entitled to make the game fun for others because a portion of the players don't play for your fun as well.

And if they go out of their way to send you rude messages, just get it back at them by reporting them to Sony. I found out they are really quick with responding on reports and most of the time they take action on the other person. If they are really rude, they get a point on their reports and after a few points they are banned from PSN. I always do that when people message me with stupid and rude messages. I don't care about that anymore if they get banned or not.
