Release of a patch (almost) always is 3 weeks after the PTB becomes public to the players, so two weeks from tomorrow which is April 26th.

Absolutely, I think if a killer stomps a totem it should kill the survivors perk altogether for that trial and not allow them to just go and re-boon the same totem or instantly just go boon another. I've had situations playing as a survivor where killers have decided to drop a chase entirely to snuff a boon, only to have another pop up in 15 seconds, it's ridiculous. If they just deleted Circle of Healing then boons would be one of my favorite new mechanics they've added over the years.

Hard tie between Resident Evil and Silent Hill for me. I'd looooove to see DBD's take on James' and Heather's lore just because I'm practically drooling for more SH material, but I think a Resident Evil tome would be easier in terms of sheer expectations to meet.
Depicting James Sunderland in the correct way is a very tough thing to do and I'd like to see them try to pull it off, It's very easy to glorify him too much, and it's just as easy to make him seem like a straight up villain, the original Silent Hill 2 does a good job of balancing that grey area for the most part and I can see why the toughness of getting that correct would out-right drive away BHVR from covering him. They've dropped the ball on a character like this before in form of The Nurse, where in her tome she's just straight up evil, which I can appreciate but it doesn't do her original character they created 5 years ago justice.

Unfortunately for you, Jason Voorhees has not been added to this game as of this writing, so knowing how to play hockey does not impact your skills as a DBD player (yet).

I honestly wish Raccoon City itself was the map instead of the police department, it's such a tease to be able to see the buildings and such in the background, I've always been a sucker for dense urban horror and it's a reason I've always been an advocate for Candyman to get added to the game, because I know he would come with an urban Cabrini Green map. I would honestly just block off the staircase in the library like how in the 4th Survivor mode in RE2 Remake blocks off certain areas in the RPD the game doesn't want you to go too and that would basically fix all legitimate issues with the map for me, because as it stands right now most of the problems people have with it is that they get lost and confused and to fix that more people should just play on it more and learn the layout instead of just DCing every-time they see it on their screen (Or play Resident Evil 2 Remake lol).

For me, the Feng Min players are always the dullest tools in the shed, always farm on the hook without Borrowed Time, Always drops a pallet on your fallen body as you're trying to fish for a pallet save, they always unintentionally sandbag people who are doing good in chase, etc. These days I legitimately just dodge lobbies with two or more Feng Min players (Sounds like a bit much but I'm not gonna suffer through a ten minute match with two idiots)

Wow, that's actually an extremely hard question. For me, the only viable option is Silent Hill because the Heather in DBD is 3 years older than the Heather in Silent Hill 3 and it would be nice to see in detail what she was up too for those 3 years. As for the other options the one I'd want the LEAST has to be The Ghost Face because I know for a FACT they would give out too much information about his backstory and ruin his whole mystique. Plus they'd make him a tragic character who had a father who beat him or something which always grinds my gears, It instantly turns me off when a game tries to get you to feel bad for a character who's killed dozens of people. I prefer more one-dimensional evil characters like Michael Myers who are just evil for the sake of being evil (Unless we're talking about the god-awful Rob Zombie remake where they gave him a Jason Voorhees-esc backstory where he has an abusive Step-Dad and a mom who's a stripper)

I'd recommend just trying to get as many points as you can and doing enough to at-least not lose a pip.

Spine Chill
-Cuts the balls off all stealth killers and basically reduces most of them to M1 Killers
-The extra speed boost on actions while a killer is coming for you can help in situations like a 1v1 endgame situation where you have to open a exit gate with the hatch closed
-Allows you time to gain distance when you realize a killer is coming for you while you're on a generator, totem, etc.

In my opinion, The Cannibal has to be the worst designed due to the fact they didn't take into the account the fact that he can just face-camp and have a guaranteed kill unless someone wants to do a trade or The Cannibal player simply isn't that bright all things considered. I think The Onyro is a pleasant switch-up in the killer pool, because it's the first non-anti-loop killer we've gotten in nearly 3 years (The last was Ghostface)

I can never envision Ghost Face wearing the glacial outfit but I suppose if an eldritich being told you to wear something, you wear it. As for the frozen gear comment, I'm sure The Entity makes it so they don't get cold (Like how it probably makes it so the killers no longer need to eat or drink).

This Ghostface was a hacker too since he teleported multiple times right in front of me. It used to be a bug but I'm pretty sure that nowadays you can only get 2 killers as a result of hacking.
That is true. It is 100% impossible to get two killers and having no hacking involved as of this patch, but lord knows what bugs in the future could come and allow that to happen in the future without foul play involved.

I'll tell you one thing I've learned over the years, punishing players for deciding to play with friends is the absolute easiest way to kill your game fast. Take of that what you will
-
I had a game with two killers where the second killer (Trickster) was a hacker and legitimately flew me to the moon on Autohaven (I believe that was the map), Then he put me and the two other survivors on top of a building where the killer couldn't get us, then just threw knives at the killer below for a couple minutes and flew us all into the exit gate area.

I do think this could help her position on the tier-list because as of right now with the Mid-Chapter patch PTB with The Legion and The Ghost Face changes, there is a serious discussion to be made on her being the worst killer in the game (Not that she's bad or anything, but she doesn't do anything other killers can do better.) But in my opinion Myers definitely has to take the cake for worst killer currently.

Thrill of the Hunt lost all value to me as a legitimate perk when they removed the loud noise notification, nowadays I just use it when I'm farming bloodpoints alongside Distressing and Barbeque and Chili.

I used to despise Midwich back it first came out because I used to be so lost on the map and not know where I was at, but then I played it enough to where I knew the layout and could traverse the map easily. When the RE chapter came out, I LOVED RPD because I knew the exact layout off the bat because the Remake of RE2 forces you to the learn the police station layout like the back of your hand and I knew where to go too on the map and how to get places.

I'm actually having more fun playing solo recently than Survive With Friends, I don't know why and can't explain it (Maybe it's the fact I've been getting really good teammates recently and killers who don't just face-camp the first guy to death and then give up after when they've realized they blew the entire game to do that.)
-
That's a very loaded question, due to the fact that there's a new killer added every 3 months which could possibly fit my playstyle more, but as of right now if you were to put a gun to my head and asked me to choose, I'd have to choose James Sunderland for survivor, and Nemesis for killer. Survivors are just skins basically and all of them play the same and James is one of my favorite video game characters of all time, and I basically force myself to play Nemesis due to how much of a RE fan I am but overtime I think I've gained a form of Stockholm Syndrome (?) where I legitimately enjoy playing him now.
