All you are doing is showing that you haven't seen this same post being made unironically about sadako and the kill rates about 2 weeks ago.

This is just a remodeled copy pasta and nothing to take seriously. The headline alone makes it obvious to frequent forum users.

Edit: Look it's even back on the front page:

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/358848/i-was-100-right-about-sadako-and-you-all-were-100-wrong

I know you're trying to ridicule this post, yes. But the difference you are missing is that Sadako's killrate is a genuine statistical aberration, it shows that there's something we're missing. In contrast, the Nurse stats are perfectly where we'd expect them to be, provided we read the numbers correctly. A joke post does not mean nothing serious, in this case you are trying to make it look like the stats are contradictory even though they aren't, and the "Nurse is weak according to stats" thing is a common fallacy we've seen commonly on this forum after BHVR published the stats.

  • Nurse has the highest pickrate at high MMR while maintaining a steady 60% killrate. It's only at low MMR that she has the lowest killrate, and still her killrate is close to 50% so even bad Nurse are still winning half of their matches, you'd have to be insane to call that F-tier

Sorry to say, you think you're doing a smart satirical post but all you're doing is really show that you didn't read the stats well

Then please don't play this game. If you do not have the patience or fortitude to follow basic team etiquette, this is not the game for you.

You're not the only person looking to relax or have fun. You immediately screw over 3 other people's game if you DC or self-kill.

I highly disagree; this game shouldn't be won at a 50/50 chance; this game is much more complex than that. It is a skill game, and folks should understand that.

"I disagree with you, therefore you should not play this game"

Guess what, we BOTH bought the game, and your definition of "etiquette" is not a universal one that everyone agrees to. Maybe your definition of etiquette says that you shouldn't DC, but someone else's etiquette says that the killer should not facecamp, or pick Midwich+Startstruck+Nurse, etc, so from their perspective, the killer broke the etiquette first, and the survivor who DC'd only broke it in retaliation.

You'll probably reply something along the lines of "But tunneling/camping are fine strategies" well guess what, suiciding on hook is also a fine strategy, at least BHVR confirmed that it's not reportable.

  • That's the result of BHVR leaving soloQ in a miserable state for this long, casual players leave as they have no business playing a "game" where they get bullied 90% of the time, so only the sweaty survivors remain, and as they face more and more sweaty survivors, killers become sweaty as well. Does not help that the game promotes cheap playstyles like camping/tunneling. Just look at player numbers, the playerbase has dropped -40% compared to June.

This game has never been balanced, instead the developers somehow rely on the players being nice to each other, which never works in the long run.

9/10 games? Why does everyone on this forum resort to unbelievable hyperbole to illustrate their point? Is it because the game's demographic skews younger?

You cannot force killers to play with you. Going AFK is their equivalent to survivors giving up on hook. Do the gens and leave. It's not a big deal and it's not half as endemic as how you're trying to portray it.

In low MMR it seems to be very common. Ironically my first ever game of DBD was against an AFK killer, and for weeks I would commonly get 2-3 AFK killers in a row, until the MMR climbed.

It is clear that the extent of this has become ridiculous. In the first day of the hardcore survivor series, Ayrun played against at least 3 bot killers and also a bunch of farmers. It was happening often enough that they had to add a rule to the ruleset to not count wins in these cases.

I don't know why this forum defends AFK/bot killers. Are you using a bot yourself? I can't see any other reasonable explanation why someone would defend something so selfish. AFK killers waste the time and electricity of 4 players just so they can farm a negligible amount of shards, they also skew the matchmaking and give easy wins to low MMR survivors who then get stomped in most of their other matches. They are abusing the system and this should be considered the same way as cheaters.
