I've been playing Freddy quite a bit and he excels at protecting generators, but I found that stacking Gen protecting perks was boring and slow for both sides. I recently realized that using an endgame build is way more fun and works quite well on Freddy. Black box with blood warden makes for some funny moments. I don't stress about Gens being done quickly anymore and have fun with the chases I get into. All of those chases give stacks and make me more effective in the endgame. It doesn't even matter to me if the survivors all end up escaping which is great. What matters is that I still have way more fun with this new build overall and I find that to be more important.

Same. I play on Xbox Series X and all of my survivor and killer characters have white eyes and black lines on their face. This is a weird and creepy bug.

I don't really agree with this. Trickster has the potential to down your really fast or really slow depending on the positioning of the survivor, which is his counterplay. If you make him 115%, that removes his counterplay since he can out-position a survivor easily and be overwhelming. However, a buff he could use is no recoil so the shots are more about your aim and how you position yourself relative to the survivor (the recoil can also be harder to manage for console players). Or allow Trickster to keep his main event until he wants to use it. These buff ideas still give him counterplay but also give him control over his power.

In my opinion, those addons are balanced since they also slow him down faster, especially noticeable at long loops. Trickster's counterplay is your own positioning and the way you run loops. He is really good at taking down survivors in the open if they position themselves poorly compared to other ranged killers, but he is also really bad at running loops compared to other ranged killers unless you drop a pallet or vault a window in his face. That's exactly why positioning and line of sight is a counter to him. Plus he is already weak enough due to his lack of 1v4 and a good survivor can out-position his 1v1 if they know which loop to use. A good Trickster knows how to catch you off guard to out-position you but you can also prepare for this since that is his counterplay. I also play him just fine on console but I know the older generation consoles have a harder time due to BHVR.

Old Freddy was the original reason I got the game. His playstyle was very unique and felt like it embodied his character. I miss it so much.

I play on the Xbox Series X and don't notice any frame rate drops and lag spikes. I also didn't notice this when I used to play on the original Xbox One but hey maybe an update they released recently broke that experience on the Xbox One after I had switched.

I used to main Old Freddy because I liked the movies (and still main New Freddy for the same reason) but I didn't like his power too much. Wall hacks and insane slowdown was annoying to survivors and the dream transition and skillcheck fails having to repeat that dream transition was annoying to Freddy players. The New Freddy is more fun to play in my opinion, feels more like a dream demon, and doesn't slow down gameplay much for either side (and at least his add on changes will confirm that too and make him a bit less overwhelmingly oppressive to face against). Hopefully he will be more fun for survivors to face as well in the coming update.

I'm actually starting to main Legion, but I honestly feel like it's too easy at times because of my build.
This is probably off topic but could I ask you what your build for Legion is? I've been wanting to play them but am unsure what build works on them.

I run Prove Thyself and We're Gonna Live Together for blood points usually in every game. Same reason I use Barbecue and Chili in all my killer games. Although I normally run those survivor perks with Botany Knowledge and Kindred or Leader and Open-Handed so honestly I think I just like using team-based perks more than anything else.

Jesus, you research things on a smartphone?
A lot of us console players have smartphones and laptops we do research on. It isn't hard to use them and find the same information

I never had any framedrops or sensitivity problems when I played on the original xbox one. I know that frame rate is limited on console though.
I noticed a significant improvement in frame rate when I got the xbox series x. Haven't experienced any frame drops on that console either though. There is way smoother gameplay on the new consoles so I understand in that aspect how pc players would have an advantage on last gen consoles. The new gen consoles hold up well against pc tho in DBD.
In terms of sensitivity, I suppose I probably have no problems with it because I play on really high sensitivity due to me being used to that playstyle in other games. I never get spun as killer and looping or 360s are pretty easy on that sensitivity.
