Legion is broken. He is the easiest and most braindead Killer, still he is not OP.
He cannot be buffed or nerfed. So yeah, I guess you will not get a clear answer about your question.
Hmm so I think I get you... So his kit is not OP or UP but rather just doesn't fit in/belong in the game at all?

But that's the issue @Orion . All the killer has to do is not pick you back up for 60 seconds. Alas a good chunk of DBD player's don't wanna pick you up if the killer leaves because ether they're on a gen. Being chased ETC ETC. So you get screwed ether way. That's why I'm suggesting a different way to keep it fair to both survivors and killer's without it returning to a annoyance for them.
A good fix could perhaps be that the 60 seconds is counted only while you are alive and then stops once downed so if a killers downs you at 59 seconds the DS would be locked in no matter how long you spend in the downed state.

The vomit range is good in my opinion. If they lowered it she would be bullied way too easily. The thing I've found is that it's actually really easy to dodge once you learn how it works. The projectile actually takes a good moment to travel and so at distance it's very easy to read and dodge. I think this is another case of something that doesn't always feel good to be victim to as a survivor but definitely not something that should be changed.

I know it’s still PTB and early... but I was going to level clown next, should i wait since plague is kind of similar?
Eh might as well wait it out and see if you like her , and if not you can put even more points into clown.

Alot of people saying they don't care about his opinion but then berate the guy. Seriously? Abit toxic guys! He didn't make any conclusive decisions on his stream he thought she may be weak but still hadn't figured her out yet and then after figuring her out is enjoying her and is giving high praise. He's a streamer, just a guy playing a game saying what he thinks it's not as if he made a highly edited video saying plague is trash or anything he was just spitballing his thoughts.

She is better than huntress, its a top tier killer, if u dont see that, u need to play her more.
Top Tiers: Nurse, Spirit, Hillbilly, Plague, Huntress, Michael
Fair enough if you think that. I personally disagree that she's better than huntress but I certainly see that she has the capability to be a high tier character. Again the issue I'm trying to convey is about timing using her kit takes a lot of it, clearly she's supposed to take a lot of the survivors as well but with the insta heal that just isn't the case and her momentum is lost nine times out of ten against any survivor with an ounce of capability. it's a lot of time, effort and efficiency for little reward aka a damage puke that granted is powerful but still easily countered by any half capable survivor due to it's limited time and audio que though I want to clarify that I think this is the way it should work I just don't think survivors should be given an auto heal. So pressure is not high. Personally I've played games now as a survivor where I've been injured and decided to infect my self for an easy heal... In my opinion it's simply not fun play.
I also want to quickly say that I'm not simply screaming reeeeee underpowered, in my first few games I actually thought wow she's very powerful but the moment as a survivor you learn how she plays she became very under powered because the insta heal mechanic is so abusable and that doesn't even get into the fact that most high rank players simply ignore the effects and continue to complete generators knowing that a quick and easy heal is available for them when they so choose. That one insta heal mechanic is what tips her balance to favour survivors and put her in a lower tier for me and if it were removed or at least say healed 50% instead I think she'd be far more viable.
Still don't think she'd be better than huntress though

At the cost of giving killer a powerful ability to ''insta-down'' survivors within range.
It insta downs?

Remove insta heal and I'd have no problems!

Not every killer is gonna be top tier. That doesn't mean they're inherently bad though. Either practice with her to actually improve or quit whining and move on to a crutch killer.
Agreed, though I feel that two low tier killers releasing one after the other is a shame would be nice to have a decent killer to mix up the meta. I think if they remove the insta heal from the fountains she would become mid-upper mid tier which would be a good place for her.

Fingers crossed it stays this way!

Don't you just hate when facts keeping putting the lie to this statement.
Free escape, this isn't true because free means getting something for nothing and in your control. - The survivors have to power at least 2 gens in order to get the hatch to spawn. The other 3 survivors must die for the last person to get a chance at the hatch. The last person has to make an escape without getting hit/grabbed/downed etc.
To be free after that point the survivor would also have to be able to go to the hatch and not be able to be hit/downed/mori'd/grabbed by the killer in any way shape or form.
For all those reasons the hatch at that point isn't free and that is a fact because the reasons listed above.
Now if someone does nothing all match and just hides and camps the hatch and jumps in yes that's a free hatch escape. You could argue that technically they did do something which is evade you the entire match to get to that point.
The very definition of free is to get something for nothing, to have something be in your control. To receive something of value with no expense or effort.
Free definitions::
adjective:
1.not under the control or in the power of another; able to act or be done as one wishes.
Meaning you could walk to the hatch and jump in in full view of the killer and never be touched and thus escape.
adverb:
2.without cost or payment.
I think it's free because most killers are so bored of the long crappy end game at this point that they hardly even bother trying to protect the hatch I play both sides and 90% of the time killers don't even bother with properly protecting the hatch. That or you could slug which depending on the map can be equally long and boring. Most of the time I consider the game over after the 3 kills and would rather jump into the next game and have fun rather than look for/stand at the hatch for the upwards of 10 minutes. Getting 2 gens is ridiculously easy and requires no effort first gen is a given and by the time you've hooked one or two survivors the next gen is guaranteed to be done (unless your playing rank 20) so yes the hatch is pretty free. I think your arguing semantics here the statement that it's free is obviously slight hyperbole, yes technically you have to do something to hatch escape but it's ridiculously easy non the less. As a survivor I always feel a little dirty everytime I escape via hatch after the killer had a really good game and that's why I think killers have to accept 3k as a win because otherwise the salt would become too much for them to bear!
