The few who use this perk know that it's already extremely good.
I'm not sure, without other perks injure boost is generally enough to dry out duration of this perk
-
I think 4k at 5gen might as well removed from statistics
I don't believe this is actually possible when survivor knows what they are doing

Start recording and report them. That’s all you can do. This situation is why I like Whispers. It greatly helps narrow down where they are. Iron Maiden helps by preventing them from using lockers to hide in. Playing Doctor and SM Myers makes this near impossible to do as well.
They really should just reduce the match limit to something like twenty five or thirty minutes. There’s no need to have a round go in for longer at all.
True esp with regression limit which severely reduce match time
-
You can report it if it took too long
-
I don't think it's that bad

There are some situations where there's most likely no chance and as I mentioned above, partly due to bad teammates letting not 1 but 2 teammates get to stage 2 cause they didn't unhook plus the killer was tunneling so we ended up losing one early and about to lose another due to their negligence. So yeah...kinda their fault in those situations and if anyone "threw" the match it was them.
"most likely" still isn't 100% if you play it out

They acknowledge the combo in a reddit ask me anything if I'm not mistaken. Will it be nerf tho? not sure
According to nightlight both perks remain in the 2% pick rate. I'm sure the sweaty 4man SWF is running it but most players just don't use it. If the pick rate was much higher I'm sure it wouldve already be on the chopping block.
And to be honest it's not the best thing sweaty SWF can bring
There is far far worse combo when it comes to team of four

There was a chance they tried to add another "skill factor" and "spice things up" through those

I think MLO event was pretty much hide and seek only game mode?
You can drop pallet but you can't slide it
-
I feel ultimately strongest method to play majority of 4.6 killers are pretty much only using power when it results in hit
I don't even think skill issue, most of time hitting survivor with power is just impossible
-
I feel even undying works better than this perk
-
I think those perks can just be buffed without being scourge hooks

So, then, in those situations why even stick around longer and waste your timewith no reward to show for it?
More like, why we have to waste everyone's matches for really really small benefit for myself
You still have a chance even if you feel it's absolute impossible, but if someone decide to just leave the match there will be no chance

Taking away their decision to end it instantly is forcing them, though.
The 4% is better than nothing in bad situations where it is actually needed to try to save your team and kobe is the only way out. If you've been in those situations enough times you'd know why it's important to let the 4% stay and taking that away from survivors would be unfair, it would be like removing another way survs could fight back, making them more defenseless.
Wicked only works in the basement so it's very situational. Deliverance is nice but it's not really worth a perk slot cause if you're the first to be hooked, you can't use it, or if someone else got the unhook, then even when you do get it, you're broken for a lengthy period of time. Again, super situational and eats an entire slot for a 1 time use.
Abuse luck? It's something survivors are given in the game. How can that be abused exactly?
Maximum luck stacking squad will have pretty much guaranteed escape on first hook
but it takes 4 man swf and decent effort I think

Yep. There are some situations especially in SoloQ where the match goes so bad so quickly due to camping/tunneling, bad teammates or the double whammy of both at once and survivors do not have the power to snowball the match in their favor like killers do. If you lose just 1 teammate too soon the match is killer sided. Lose 2? It's over unless one can loop decently and there's only 1 Gen left. There's no point in playing the rest of the match, it's a waste of time. But if you could still earn good blood points for just sticking it out, it would be a little more worth it. Currently it isn't.
If survivors are losing that bad, I think matches ends pretty quick anyway tho

I don't think it deserves nerfs, but it is still game ender when it activates
-
At least you know it when action has taken, right

So you agree then that Nurse needs a buff. 99.99% of the playerbase can’t play her at a high level.
Isn't it more like rework than a buff
I'm not sure if any buffs makes her usable for majority
