  since the matchmaking change, I as a player (survivor) who played in rank 1-5 very difficult to get lobby (waiting time is much longer than before).

  I play in the SEA region (Indonesia), please do something.

  waited a long time but got the red ping lobby.

  I've played for almost 3k hours, so I can really feel a significant change between old matchmaking and the current one.

  Reports being sent to the support are being ignored, at least thats what I was told the last time
