Pretty sure you had more than 1 day to log in and get it, was usually 2-3 days.

Theres a massive gap between solo and swf imo, swf is easy mode for survivor while solo is hard mode. If you want a challenge its solo, if you want to play gen simulator its swf.
I like your post and ideas although and i might be wrong here but didnt the devs say a few months back that they couldnt see Kindred becoming a base perk.

I was putting up cakes every match but stopped tonight as my games have been utter garbage. I'll save them for another time.

Theres survivors during this event doing nothing but farming hook saves, killers may not see this but we do.
They dont touch gens or anything, they just Urban Evasion around waiting on that next hook. They save then its back to Urbanning around waiting for the next.
Sorry but im not giving them it, i'd rather move on to my next game were hopefully i get a better team of survivors who help out with everything.

Would be far to easy to facecamp 2 people and pip, you could just facecamp all the way to rank 1. Boring yes but it'd be very easy to do.
Pipping as survivor is already to easy, if you pipped on just surviving people would just bring in keys, hide and play for hatch.

I was against the dc penalty at first but tonight i played some killer.
1st game 1st down they dc.
2nd game 1st hook they dc.
3rd game 1st down they dc.
Im sorry if anyone disagrees but these people need punished, theyre just ruining games because theyre dogs**t at the game and getting downed easy.
Dc penalty needs to come back asap.

Dont kid yourself thinking its only killers that get toxic messages from survivors, im a survivor main and i get them daily from other survivors. I love it though.

I'd like a Ben Willis - Julie James chapter and the map could maybe be the hotel from the 2nd movie.
Would also love a vampire killer, could fly around as a bat then tramsform to vampire to attack. Kinda similar system to Wraiths cloaking - decloaking but bat to vampire to attack.
Surely Sidney Prescott gets added down the line as a purchasable survivor bit like Ash.
With cages in the game Chucky gets closer as he wouldnt have to pick up and hook survivors, still think hes to small to travel around though especially in corn maps. Not sure.

I like playing against Bubba, end of an era if facecamping chainsaw revving Leatherface is no more. A sad day for me.

I feel Billy was one of the most balanced killers in the game. Kinda strange that they've decided to touch him.
I will say this though, there was a lot of panty wetting on here when Freddy and Doc got changed, then people tried them and they were a lot better than before. 2 strong killers now.

Play whoever you like, aslong as you're having fun never mind what anyone says. If you enjoy Bubba play him, if you enjoy Trapper play him.

I want Mickey to be terrifying the whole game and not just at the start. Remove his terror radius completely.

Noed gives killers a second chance just like ds gives survivors a second chance. Just stop being dogs**t at the game and get on with it.

I'd have Myers and Leatherface as "enjoyable". I want Myers to never have a terror radius, ever. All you hear is his breathing. Be so much fun to go against.
I'd have Huntress in "why" because of the constant bs hatchet hits. Heat seeking hatchets that loop round corners and do somersaults.
Legion and Plague i find boring.

You sound fun. Also sounds like you're a terrible killer if you're chasing one survivor for 4 gens.
Red ranks are probably in there worst state ever littered with many players who belong at rank 8-10, easy pipping/playing a lot has flooded red ranks with average players.

I dont find anything in this game toxic so its hard to answer. Im mostly survivor and i laugh if a Ghostface tbags me or a Leatherface facecamps me. Thats funny to me, not toxic. Tunneling isnt toxic, just boring. Keys, flashlights arent toxic, just items to use in a game.
Biggest cry babies are definitely survivors though.

Im dreading the MMR change for most of the reasons the original poster says, i think its all wrong for DBD.
If you're good at the game it sounds like every game will be a sweatfest for both sides. Challenges, Archives, Adept achievements will all be tried with sweat gushing down your forehead.
Sometimes we want to just play chilled and thats why the old rank reset system was great imo. Red ranks back to 10ish and you just chilled ranking back up, having fun along the way.
Rocho i share all your concerns. I really hope DBD has thought this through, if people are sweating every game not having fun they're go elsewhere to find that fun.
I'd prefer the old ranking/rank reset system to come back.

Technically a win for that survivor but 5 gens still up, team wiped out in 6mins. I would be leaving silently, wouldnt be EZing.

Think we'll have to be patient here, cant see them wasting man hours fixing matchmaking when there're about to scrap it. I do feel for new players who get cuffed with mm, good chance they're dropping the game if theyre having a bad experience early on.

Like ive said on another thread im a long time DBD player and i think ive used DS maybe twice possibly three times in all that time, ive just never ever got into it even when it was op before the newest changes to it.
If a killer doesnt catch me its a wasted perk slot, i'd rather use perks that help me not get caught.
Just my opinion but i see a lot of solo bad loopers use it and thats fine, use whatever perk you need to try survive. Its probably used a lot by swf bully squads also, that i dont like and understand killers frustration with that.
For me theres much better survivor perks in the game than DS, maybe some survivors are finally relizing it recently.

If im one of they survivors and you're camping with 5 gens up im bailing from that game and finding another. I dont need the bp as most characters are maxed or care about rank so im loosing nothing but time.
The reason i continue to play DBD is for fun and fun only. If i dont find it in your game i'll go find it in another.
People will say "ooh but your teammates". I've been a solo survivor main for over 3 years, ive been screwed over by teammates and also screwed over my teammates, comes with the territory of soloing.

Maybe the devs didnt mess up, they know there'll be 3-4 cakes per match, thats alot of bp players are making. We'll "bug" it so it doesnt stack but make it 140%, players still making bp but not as much as they would be if they stacked.

My guy, i had to sweat my ass off to get crowns on all my survivors. Killers chasing me with moris, devour, rancor, noed. Got them all but heres alot of killers out there not playing like you've described so survivors are doing needs must to get out with there crown.
Are maps really toxic? C'mon, really. Next you'll tell me pointing is toxic. C'mon. Toxic? No, not having that one.

Any salty messages i get on PS4 i hit them all with the same answer. "Sorry i dont ah speako da English". They dont usually reply.
Never argue with a salty gamer, you'll waste your time and still never agree.

I dont see alot of Leatherfaces. When i do see one i always expect an insidious Bubba or a player who just got wrecked in his last game coming to take out his frustration on the next set of survivors by facecamping them chainsaw revving.
Do gens, punish him. Dont be stupid and swarm the hook. Sacrifice one to get 3 out, simple.

Wouldnt really say its entitlement, during events i'd like to think gamers would come together and help each other get any rewards.
Its being nice, ive never once said no to a killer whos asked for help with a challenge. I help, i even let one rancor me recently. Its a game, help and be nice. Its not difficult.

I never play killer, well not never probably 95% survivor 5% killer.
Went in to get crowns on all my killers tonight, im rank 20. My plan was to get my crown and let everyone leave peacefully.
I did this but i couldnt believe how fast these rank 16 to rank 20 survivors were slamming gens. These are supposed to be the worst players but they slammed gens like they were going out of fashion.
Sure i wasnt pressuring them but i still didnt expect them to go so quickly. I got all my killer crowns very quickly. Find crown, stand at door, when last gen pops open door and force them to leave. Done it it no time.
I just couldnt believe how fast new and bad players were doing gens.
Ive nothing else to say except, please devs hurry up and fix the cakes. Gg.

I was excited for this chapter but its absolute garbage.
Gameplay on the new map is terrible and its getting force fed down our throats. Please put this back into normal rotation.
All im seeing is camping/tunneling PH, this is red ranks ffs.
New chapters are supposed to be exciting but this is the most bored ive been in DBD in 3 years.

I hope this is only a bug, as a survivor main i found getting the s**t beaten out of me on the hook funny. To make someone this angry they threw the game to beat me on hook was hilarious. Hope it comes back.
