It's not excessive, because most survivors do fine.
If you struggle with stealth killers, then consider running Spine Chill. The literal passive perk that practically counters stealth killers single-handedly unless they're smart enough to literally moon walk to each destination.
Then instead of looking around and paying attention, you can just look at the perk icon in the bottom right of your screen.
spine chill should give you an aura of the killer not just activate. Seems kinda weak in my opinion.
-
My TV is 4K. I can see fine with my one eye 😂
look all I’m saying is as invisible as they are plus no heart beat that might be excessive.

Maybe try using your eyes. Then you won't be "unaware" anymore.
Not even Wraith is 100% invisible in this game. You can even see Wraith's shimmer from across the map. If you get caught unaware by a stealth killer, that's not because the killer is OP. That's because you weren't paying attention to your surroundings.
I’m actually partially blind in one eye. So that’s offensive. Maybe try thinking about what you say before you post.

And the devs balance the game around people like him...
God this game really went to ######### didn't it?
You’re really lacking the concept that killers don’t need to get all 4 survivors every single time right? Some of the killers That I have seen (which are most often played 9 times out of 10 - which should be another sign something isn’t right) are capable of efficiently taking out all 4 survivors on a consistent basis. But okay.

I’m aware he’s not entirely invisible. But I’m telling you, in most cases, he’s invisible enough to make it too much. That’s a really bad counter argument by the way 😂 What else? The fact that he has a “delay” when he uncloaks? 😂😂😂😂 nonsense. I’ve played him and heard from other people that have played him that there’s something that allows him to uncloak and strike faster. Thats too much 😂 I can’t believe you guys defend this with every last breath because you want it the way it is. Who cares what everyone else thinks right

Doing the killer challenges was god damn painful, I might just skip the killer side of the tomes honestly. I don't belong in red ranks as killer, hell I don't even have 90% of the teachables there.
Playing as survivor has been super boring lately too. Matches are done within 3-5 minutes, and sometimes I won't even see the killer cause someone on my team will run him forever. So I just end up going from gen to gen cause what else am I gonna do?
not seeing the killer because someone’s looping him? I don’t see that happening in the average match 😂 often I see people going down and backing out. Interesting.

"Survivors don't come into a lobby to get slain"
It's dead by ######### daylight, not animal crossing. If you can't handle the possibility of being killed then this game, especially the survivor role, isn't a great choice.
i don’t mind getting killed. Except for getting killed by no fault of my own. I’m simply saying that certain abilities might be too excessive. Invisibility and no heartbeat allows one to sneak up on the unsuspecting survivor, yeah sure. But I think with how little one gets to play due to 2nd stage sacrifice insta kill and.. hook camping which accelerates that process i don’t think it’s a level playing field.. But sure... whatever 🤷♂️
-
I’m seeing a lot of people not bringing In toolboxes or items at all. Maybe people want to scavenge. Then again that takes time plus 5 gens and exit gates. This game really is about LB and RB interactions only for the survivors so lay off I’m trying to loot too 😂
-
I come in and see survivors backing out when doc shows up 😂 get the hell outta here it’s just too much. Killers should have to work a little harder. You guys are plenty fast, plenty of abilities to sneak up on unsuspecting victims. 5 gens is a lot of work plus exit gates 😂 surviving doesn’t need to be a thing for all 4 every game but neither does slaying all 4. Realistically 1/2 should slip through the cracks more often.

By the time u down 1 guy, 1 or 2 gens have been done, maybe 3rd is getting close or done too.
If they wanted to kill dbd they are doing a good job.
You sound privileged. Honestly, even if you guys only get one guy that should be enough, you’re not looking at it from a standpoint that survivors should be able to actually survive Without needing all 4 to do it. 4/5 people in each lobby don’t want to come in and get slain. 2nd hook insta kills is a thing. Invisibility is a thing. No heartbeat is a thing. Killers can be really efficient. Too efficient. It’s just not fun. Doctor running around making everyone go insane giving up their position because he just has to push a button unless someone’s running calm spirit? A perk that’s specific to ONE character? That’s ridiculous. More nerfs please . How do you think the average survivor that has to plan guinea pig feels playing decoy for the killer to die and get hook camped until 2nd stage hits and insta killed without being able to struggle? Then gets the boot with 5K bloodpoints to show for it. 😔 this is what I spent money on? Privileged killers complaining about not being able to slay all 4 every game? Gens should be done faster if killers are hook camping. Give em a speed boost. That’ll teach them. It’s ridiculous. Someone’s always bound to get caught at some point so why give them just 1 stage to wait out and then insta killed 2nd stage of sacrifice? Frustrating sometimes as a survivor. Really is

Completely non enjoyable at this point and obviously the uproar since the announcement of this nerf, there have been tons of complaints. Are there plans to fix this? If not as im a paying customer you should feel obligated to tell me not to waste any more money on this product.

You say that a killer isn't entitled to a hook or a kill every game, but you're not entitled to survive every game. I play 99% solo and the only time I have a problem is when my team is overly altruistic or farming WGLF. If gens were done any faster there would be no point in playing, literally no point.
I hate the "git gud" trope we see a lot here, but it sounds like you're having a hard time adjusting from F13th, or you're just trolling and I'm taking the bait. Either way enjoy your time in the fog, and remember, perfect practice makes perfect!
I think they are entitled to survive at least half the time. Going into a game I am telling you this from the perspective of a lone survivor I can tell you more often than not 4 survivors are not handling 5 gens very well at all. 1 person makes it out IF we’re lucky 😂 killers are really efficient.
-
my vote is to weaken Doctor. Anything that gets a survivors position revealed that isn’t the survivors fault shouldn’t be in the game. Regardless of 1 perk that counters it, that’s just not enough. Wraith shouldn’t be invisible and heartbeats should ALWAYS be a thing. If you tamper with that you really ruin what hide and go seek is all about. The killer doesn’t always need to find someone particularly because ones life is extremely valuable being that upon 2nd hook, one dies immediately. Give survivors more of a chance. I really believe killers are frequently too efficient. I am aware of perks that counter certain killer abilities. But it is not enough for how people that play the killer behave.

Can you do well with wraith, yes. But why would you point out wraith out of the list of killers? Probably because he's used to playing with F2Ps who haven't purchased any DLCs (sounds like a rank 20 to me) "I’ve seen some pretty good wraiths. I think it’s just the fact that wraith has a tendency to get the jump on people too easy due to zero heartbeat and invisibility." No it just sounds like you're complete garbage dude.

"I think all killers definitely need their speed lowered a little." - What kind of suggestion is this. Yes let's reduce all killers speed to 105%, that would bring balance to the force.
Anyway, his opinion isn't even worth 2 cents
You’re a towel. A bronze towel. You know what, no, piss off man don’t insult me. You’re Just a sensitive killer main who’s mad because someone’s complaining about the obvious. Have you tried leaving your moms basement yet? No, Rank 1 killer is your life.
why am I Frequently still “looking for match” lmao I didn’t realize it takes an hour to find a game nowadays 😢 I get in there and first survivor knocked backs out which makes me not want to play. Why do people get knocked so fast idk... should really put that damn killer up on a mountain and make him work for his kills. You know, one time on a hook and insta death next time you’re hooked seems ridiculous. That’s not fair. Doctor - nerf that mf.... But like, if ones life is this valuable where you can only get hooked once you’d think evasion would come with better ease than pallet looping . Unbalanced.

Yes, killers have to be faster, because its the survivior that is in control of the chase path, and he can use vaults and pallets however he wants.
Are we really playing the same game? Looping is the only chase tactic because ITS THE MOST EFFECTIVE, and when first invented, it was so strong that loops had to be nerfed severly. If you dont like pallet looping then go play that F13 instead of whining about one of the weaker killers.
Stealth and survival are used BEFORE the killer finds you, or, if you are skilled enough, can also be used in a chase. But killers like Wraith are obviously the killers you shouldnt stealth against, because STEALTH focused killer obviously has better STEALTH than some survivior.
And countering Wraith is not hard, as soon as you see him decloak (or hear, then look for him), use his reduced speed while decloaking to gain distance, if you cant, then dodge his decloak lunge, and then just use Sprint Burst/Lithe/Balanced Landing/Pallet/Window/Head On to gain distance and then just behave like in a normal chase.
Yeah we’re talking about the same game. The game where the killer only has to worry about 4 survivors with limited retries and a lot of work to do. All I’m saying is they should definitely implement something to counter hook camping. Repair speed increase for all other survivors while killer is within a certain radius of hooked individual really doesn’t sound like a bad idea 🤔

I don’t agree with you that if gens were being done faster there would be no point. I mean, why does the killer have to get at least 1 person every game without trying just camping on the hook? How is it that all 4 survivors shouldn’t be allowed to survive sometimes? (Without killer intentionally allowing them or just being really bad 😂) killers are just too efficient a lot of the time lol
so... I’m saying it’s a penalty kinda thing. there wouldn’t be any point in playing if gens were done faster because you’re hook camping? 😂 I think it’s a reasonable penalty

While playing by myself with random people I am seeing that Killers are most often more efficient than survivors. 5 gens is either too much or slow the killers down just a tick. The maps aren’t even big enough for teleportation and doctors crazy shock ability that just reveals everyone’s position on the map with the push of a button, it’s just too easy to catch people and there’s not enough to do on survivor side besides push LB and RB on everything and run loops when you inevitably get caught working on a LOUD LENGTHY generator. How about 4 gens and 4 survivors. How about a repair speed boost for survivors working on gens while killers are camping hooks ruining someone’s game. Killers just don’t have pressure to get off hooked survivors. It’s too fun to be a killer and survivors are pretty much punching bags on a consistent basis. Survivors should be able to survive 50/50
-
calm spirit is not sufficient. I believe if you’re still or crouched it should ignore effects of doctors ability just like the hag traps and most other things. No way in hell a killer deserves to know where anyone’s at because he can 360 spam a button and the whole map lights up (a little exaggerated but that’s really what it feels like) I’m sorry that’s not fun for a game that’s basically cat and mouse, hide and seek, whatever you want to call it. Hide and seek feels more like spawn and die lol
-
Doctor does not need to know where everyone is at the push of a button man. What’s the point of hiding? What’s the point of even playing that’s not even fun 😞

- You can see Wraith when he is moving, he is just very hard to see.
- You can see AND hear him while he uncloaks.
- Killers have to be faster than surviviors, because surviviors can use vaults and pallets... And all the "derbis" helps surviviors not Killers, you just have to plan your route properly. You sound like someone who doesnt know how to loop and just runs in a straight line...
- If you watched any high rank matches of Wraith, then you would see how important bodyblocking is and how hard it is for Wraith to uncloak at a right time.
- And no, its not ridiculous, Killers attack range is the same as vault distance, just move 10 cm forward and killer cant hurt you. If you look at the length of their weapons, you will see that it makes sense. Also keep in mind that lags affect both sides, so sometimes you get hit through a window even though you were far enough, and sometimes the killer will hit the window frame because of bugged animation enchancement.
Okay I gotta stop you on number 3 when you say killers have to be faster than survivors. Not really if they’re starting to have abilities that can easily catch people off guard. They land first hit and it’s not like I can stun or defend myself so you just get chased down so easily. Pallet looping is stupid man and that’s not the only way people should be playing this kind of game 😂 that’s not fun as this game is already just a bunch of pushing RB and LB on everything so that’s the last thing I want to do. stealth and survival activities are a big part of what makes this game fun too, being able to supply up and defend yourself ... but the killer always HAS to find someone immediately right? Game won’t be fun for killers if they don’t find their first prey 5 seconds into spawning in right? Lmao. Whatever man. Oh and to comment on NUMBER 3 Killers can use vaults as well. They can in fact hit you through the window as your vaulting through even once you step foot on the other side. It’s happened so many times, so consistent. Very frustrating. I do realize you can see a hazy outline of Wraith but that’s not enough most of the time and even if that’s enough to make some kind of impact to top it off he’s got no heartbeat. Once he uncloaks not having enough time to strike is a horrible defense. He’s already got the jump and will catch you. In fact, he can use it to block you in a corner and beat you down. I’m sorry but there should be times when even the best killers can’t do anything to survivors. You know it’s bad when you go into a game and the killer is taking it easy on the survivors. I know that because he even sends a message afterwards telling me I felt like letting you guys live. Smh.... you felt like it? Sheesh...

It’s not about getting good man I thoroughly believe killers are too much in this game. It doesn’t feel like half the time I go in there by myself I’m getting out alive so that means somethings wrong. I’m seeing the same killers all of which are either invisible, no heartbeat or Doctor who just presses a button and everyone is going mad. No generators done. I just think survivors don’t need to get wrecked every game. I see the perks, I see what counters what. But I don’t think any counter should be reliant one any ONE perk and that’s it. For doctors ability, calm spirit or hiding in a locker? That’s IT?! If I’m hiding behind something he doesn’t deserve to know where I’m at. Unless I’m sprinting around I can understand.

How often have you played as a killer? As a survivor main who plays killer sometimes I can tell you that the game is not killer-sided. Play as a killer and have 2 gens pop before first hook and see how much fun it is. Asking for survivors to be as fast as killers is more than a little buff here or a little nerf there, that changes the entire dynamic of the game. Considering the fact that survivors get a warning well before the killer can even see them, the killer would never be able to catch up.
Also I disagree when you say that strategically out maneuvering the killer is not what horror games are about. Running away from a killer is a very large part of the horror genre in general, be it video games or movies. How much fun would it be if gens were done even faster, the killer couldn't catch you, and you could just hide the entire match?
You want to be a final girl, but you don't want to put in the work.
Yes running away from the killer is part of a survival horror game but it seems short lived most of the time as killer can get quick flanks and you can’t really stun or fight back to defend yourself before getting hooked the first time. Heaven forbid the game puts a one time use pocket knife in the chest to get away once you’re caught.

I see it that way playing from the perspective of the lone queued up survivor. But I’ve also played killer and I just felt bad.

I’ve played killer enough to know that having no heartbeat i.e Michael Myers (also insta killing on 2nd hook is ridiculous too) and invisibility is nonsense. Who cares if two gens pop on first hook, that’s the most ridiculous defense I’ve ever heard. Like I’ve said before killers should never be entitled to hook or kill anyone. That’s not how games should be. It is killer sided up the ass and if you don’t see that it’s because you’re either oblivious to The fact that squads Of 4 all randoms don’t have a chance most of the time. People back out when they go down and instantly other 3 are behind. The reason I say Killers are way too fast is because survivors have to go around obstacles a LOT and killers can easily cut them off. With such little amount of retries due to insta killing on 2nd hook , hook camping , invisibility , no heartbeat, killers Ability to keep up during chases making them hard to shake unless i pallet loop them? Stupid. I Am just saying it’s just not fun watching teammates get slain and back out before getting hooked and whatnot which really makes it unlikely other 5 gens will get done. I think encounters with killer are happening too fast. Put him on a hill or in a shack like Jason has to be in F13 lmao give me a pocket knife to stun his ass for grabbing me. Killers don’t need to feel entitled to get kills every game. Only way I ever see all 4 get out is if the killers going easy on us on purpose and that’s not right. Sorry, games definitely killer sided.

yeah, ok lol.
*calm spirit is nice but there has to be other ways besides a very specific perk to counter a very specific character 😂 sure less noise when in pain is cool but I think I need room for other things. If I’m sitting completely still behind a wall I shouldn’t get detected but somehow the doctor still makes you scream, the crows already have that part covered if you sit there too long. So I’m confused why it would be okay for anything else to reveal anyone’s position that’s trying to hide? I mean, does someone always have to go on a chase with the killer? Maybe if I could stun him more often or just slow the killer the hell down 😂 the maps really aren’t even big enough because I think there needs to be more generators.
*Lockers are too obvious most of the time and very sporadic. Adding let’s say, maybe hatches to hide in as well might make the killer spend a little more time looking for someone trying to hide.
*gen rush - 😂 I’m sorry there is no gen rush happening in most of these games. Although it is possible and I’ve seen it happen. But more often than not while playing with random people it doesn’t get done. I’ve gotten to my first gen and people are already dying. Why is he right next to me at the start of a match 😂 put the killer up on a hill or something lol

You're asking for the entire game to be changed. The whole point of the game is that killers are faster and as the survivor you have to strategically out maneuver them via looping and pallets. If they were the same speed then no one would ever get caught. The only way a killer could catch a survivor off guard is if they got rid of the terror radius and perks such as spine chill.
Do you want a game where you just run around faster than the killer, don't get caught, and win every game? This game is challenging for both killers and survivors, it wouldn't be fun if it was a win every time.
There would literally be no point in playing if the devs were to take your suggestions into consideration.
via looping and pallets? That’s not what survival horror games are about 😂 a survivors ability to survive is comprised mostly of stealth. Killer Abilities don’t need to bring anyone out of hiding. Your job as killer is to LOOK for them. Not light up the map with static that makes everyone scream 😂 lazy. I’m just saying it’s unbalanced. As a survivor that mostly plays with random people (and most people don’t come in as a team of 4) I feel there’s not enough communication and teamwork to really have 5 long noisy generators to complete because 90% of the time they don’t get done as I’ve been seeing in most of these games because killers mow people down so fast. People back out. How is that fun for 4/5 people of the lobby? My buddy even came in with me and noticed the unbalanced parts of the game as well. So, asking for a little nerf here or a buff there is asking them to change the game? Something has to give. Killers don’t need to get anyone absolutely. That has to be an option. Killers should never be made to feel entitled to any kills. Pressure on killers to protect their generators rather than them sitting on a hooked survivor and waiting until he bleeds out is a problem. They obviously feel too relaxed because, 3 people doing 5 generators isn’t really a priority anymore apparently. I think it’s fair to give more repair speed to those doing generators if killers don’t leave hooks as a way of creating pressure.
-
killers need to be slowed down too. It’s kinda ridiculous that they can keep up with survivors. F13, Jason’s really slow. Even if survivors can just be a tad bit faster (especially since they can’t really defend themselves other than DS - which requires you to get caught first 🤦🏽 Smh, And pallets which don’t really do much good. Although pallet looping is nice I really don’t think killers should be as fast as survivors since they have the ability to catch you off guard and have a pretty easy time cutting you off on chases.

I have to say the doctor is very overused right now and is very strong. Personally with his new play style there is no real drawbacks to him. He can both shock and smack players now without needing to switch modes. I still think there is a way to beat every killer but you just have to focus as the survivors. When someone gets hooked not everyone needs to fight to save that player and maybe focus on gens while 1 person focuses on the save. If the save is not possible and you have a camper then let him camp and waste his time and go do a gen in the mean time. Do not run up pull the poor player off the hook and then wonder why you both get knocked down. I do think the doctor needs some small tweaks and is way to overplayed and honestly out of the 13 to 15 times I played today I seen the doctor at least 10 times and the rest was legion. I stopped playing for the day because I got bored of Doctor killers. lol
You do know why the game has hook campers. Because there’s no real pressure on the killers to continue searching once they’ve found their first victim. I’ve seen survivors pull all kinds of dumb moves making rescue attempts on hooked survivors then they get re hooked and killed off when the killers standing right there. I think more pressure on killers to keep people off gens is a big deal. Bring it down to 4 gens or maybe give survivors a NICE repair speed boost while killer is near a hooked survivor.
-
I think all killers definitely need their speed lowered a little. They don’t need to be flying around the map laying people out. Something....even if it’s just ONE thing they add that helps survivability and evasion. Whether it’s 1) slower killers 2) something anti invisibility/no heartbeat 3) anti hook camping - I mean, come on we only practically have 2 hooks until dead not 3 because most of the time the entity kills me instantly 2nd time around. Let alone killers might as well watch you struggle if that doesn’t happen.

Whiny killers That don’t like it when survivors complain they’re only surviving like 5% of the time because killers are getting too efficient and just wanna come in and slay all 4 survivors every game. That’s 1 person in your game having fun and 4 people not having fun. 1/5 isn’t really good for the game. Throw in Some hatches to hide in maybe. If killer wants to invest time searching hiding locations make it cost him because As of right now there’s too little /very obvious amounts of lockers in the game.
-
There’s not enough places to hide, the game has very little to do besides repair 5 LONG and NOISY generators. I think there needs to be more pressure on killers to not camp survivors on hooks. A perk or some kind of automatic repair speed boost the game gives people that are working on generators as Long as the killer is within a certain radius of a hooked survivor.
-
Like I’ve said before, killers shouldn’t feel entitled to get any kills during a match. I think it’s too easy. My friends have played killer and he says it’s too easy. I agree.

Did you... Did you just complain about a Wraith?
ABOUT A ######### WRAITH?
Wraith is literally one of top 5 worst killers. Yeah, Coxcombed Clapper Wraith can be pretty annoying, but this is an Iri addon, you rarely ever see that in game.
The most important ability while playing wraith is freaking BODYBLOCKING. Bodyblocking on a stealth killer. Otherwise you are not going to catch anyone because they will make it to a pallet/window before you uncloak.
I’ve seen some pretty good wraiths. I think it’s just the fact that wraith has a tendency to get the jump on people too easy due to zero heartbeat and invisibility. I’m sorry, was there a perk that allows me to see invisible killers at all times? No. It’s the concept that seems a little OP. Considering the fact that killers are fast enough to keep up with survivors and there are a lot of debris or trees that allow killers to quickly cut off survivors and finish them off. Jason in F13 is slow as hell and his teleports are predictable. What reason does this game have for killers being as fast as they are? Idk but it’s a bit much. Survivors aren’t getting through that window before wraith uncloaks that’s a lie. Killers can wack them as they’re vaulting through and even once they step foot on the other side, killers have range. So many times I’ve stepped foot on the other side of a window and a killer swings at the window from inside the room and lays me out. It’s ridiculous. Survivors need to be able to stun longer OR run faster. Pallets are not enough and windows are unreliable.
-
Not everyone has calm spirit. Not everything in the game needs to be so game changing if you don’t have ONE perk equipped.
-
Has nothing to do with dodging shocks, or being lazy survivors. How about don’t be a lazy killer and walk over there and see if he’s on the other side of that wall. Don’t just stand in one spot and 360 and light up the whole map with electricity .one should always be able to remain in hiding penalty free unless stumbled upon or by seeing and chasing. Why am I penalized for hiding? Stupid.
-
Regardless of killers saying “get good” or whatever else, that’s not the point. If im stagnant crouching somewhere, YOU SHOULD NEVER know where I am unless you check behind that wall over there, or on the other side of that pile of tires. Otherwise what’s the point? That’s nonsense.
-
There’s no reason why when I am crouched in hiding, that this killer uses a shock blast that gives away my position. How do you even counter that? BS man. I feel like I got hustled out of my money paying for a game where it’s unbalanced and I can’t do what I wanna do. I don’t want to play and die every game because killers kill off survivors with ease because they’re invisible or light up the whole map with static. That’s so boring. Please fix.

I earned my kills by normal tactics and I will not apologize for using allowed ways to kills. Its not my problem that survivors consider almost everything as "dirty". You will get verbaly attacked by almost everything - camping, tunneling, slugging, NOED, playing certain killers that are considered "OP" by survivors, so killer are forbidden to play all of this because survivors dont like it? I dont like survivor perks like BT, DS or Adrenalin and its not fun for me to play against it so its considered as "dirty" perks? Then all honorable survivors should stop use it but I see these perks every game and I must deal with that.
Wait wait, what?!?? the perks you listed off were DECISIVE STRIKE (the ability for a survivor to escape your grasp basically only if the killer is HOOK CAMPING -60 seconds after hook at most, practically a one time thing) . ADRENALINE (which helps survivors get away from you) . BORROWED TIME (which lets the survivor take another hit from these killers that have been gifted the speed they need to keep up with them) I mean, That’s just the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. All survivors are trying to do is survive. You’re lucky that’s all they can do and not kill the killer. Check out Friday 13th Jason getting put down (takes teamwork but can be done). KILLERS SHOULD NOT FEEL ENTITLED TO GETTING ANY KILLS AT ALL.

People shoud realize finally that camping, tunneling and other styles of gameplay are not bannable or against rules and not even reason for such a behavior. Some ppl have intelligence of rocking horse as I see. There should be profanity filter ingame that immediately ban such kind of players regardless on report button.
No it’s not nor should it lead to a ban. Maybe just be penalized for it somehow in-game. Maybe A perk or a temporary effect that causes survivors to repair generators faster if killer is under a certain distance away from a hooked survivor. (I’ll take note of that idea actually, it sounds like a good one :D). All applicable Variables (repair speed and distance from survivor) playing out in favor of survivors (speed percentage gets bigger over time but distance remains same). Because Pressure needs to be placed on killers to not camp or tunnel. it just kinda ruins the game for people looking to survive more often or to just get more chances in general at surviving since someone getting caught by the killer within the first 5 seconds of spawning in almost seems unavoidable on a consistent basis. Certain combinations seem a little excessive such as no heartbeat while being invisible. Sure the rest of the team can work on gens while you’re camping somebody on a hook but people kind of want to actually get back to playing the game of “hide and seek someone else”. I mean, let’s be honest. Is it really that serious? Besides, that’s an inexperienced and lazy thing to do that ruins the game for someone. Whatever though right, why care. Gotta have that one kill maybe two before all the others skip out the exit doors, huh? Thank you oh heavenly entity for the gift of kindred 🙌🏼 I knew there was goodness in your heart to let us see this killers bad mannered and foolish intent to waste an unfortunate souls valuable time playing a game they paid good money for from afar whilst repairing this generator at an about an inch and hour.

Eeeh thats why we want to disable it?
But in all seriousness, this "auto aim" does not help you hit surviviors as a killer. It only helps you miss.
lol wait killers miss? That’s a first. I’ve juked them them on the run before hooking tight turns on them 180 spin around but sometimes I swear they’re looking the opposite direction when They swing and they somehow still land the hit. also when I vault through a window, get two feet on the ground on the other side, how is it that the killers only need to walk up to the window and smack the window to hurt you? That range.... oh my.... I noticed windows slow you down a little as you go through them, whether you’re running at full speed or not. I definitely notice it. So what’s the point of them if you’re in a chase? Break a line of sight after gaining distance? Okay . But the Killer should have to step through to the other side before being able to land a hit on you not just swing at the window and any unfortunate soul that happens to pass by or just be in the General vicinity of other side of a window gets slammed into the ground. Is THAT just some Auto aim nonsense? Or am I the only seeing that? Seems kinda broken to me.

Besides in Friday 13th you can actually kill the killer or stun lock him. This game, stun almost has little effect. The most productive stun is the 5 second one you can cause from decisive strike. Stuns in this game mostly don’t give ample time to escape. You leave tracks when you run and bleed so you’re just Going to get chased again.

I feel you haven't been playing DbD for too long, which is absolutely fine. When I first started, I also thought killers were extremely OP (compared to F13 at least) until I realized they weren't.
Not all killers rely on speed the way that you think. Plus, survivors have windows and pallets to use to their advantage. The longer the killer takes chasing someone, gives the rest of the team the opportunity to work on gens and get stuff done.
On F13 on the other hand, as a survivor, you can't do anything until you actually go around the map and explore, open drawers, search for batteries/petrol so you could finally work on objectives.
Also, another huge difference between DbD and F13 is that on F13 the killer's power progress with time (the longer the match, the stronger the killer gets so there are a lot of potential to snowball at the end game) and you're allowed to kill people as soon as you grab them, unless they have pocket knife or if they are saved by other survivors.
On DbD, killer's powers do not progress unless you use add-ons for your weapons or use certain perks (and even so the benefits are very subtle) and to kill someone, you have to hook the same person 3 times.
I could spend hours talking about the difference between both games but that would not be productive.
I think you should play killer more often. Not only you will realized how difficult the role is but also it can improve your skills as survivor.
what you’re saying is true to an extent. Maybe I haven’t played long. But I have played as wraith and after that experience I felt being invisible without a heartbeat indicating my arrival is a bit too much. Gives you a good scare though 😂 but still, after being hit, pallets aren’t enough sometimes. And windows, don’t get me started on those death traps. They slow you down for a moment and then you Can still get whacked by the killer through the window. So many times I’ve vaulted through a window, my feet hit the ground on the other side and then the killer swings at the window and lands a hit from inside the room I just vaulted out of. So all those do is MAYBE give you a chance of breaking lines of sight. But not really. Doctor doesn’t need to be able to spam shock waves that give away everyone’s position either. Put a lengthy cool down on that. Games like this are supposed to be all about being stealthy. I can see what you mean by people working on gens while one acts as a distraction, but I’ve been in so many games where no gens get done because players want to save the guy on the hook and the killer just camps the hook. Team of 4 communicating when that happens seems almost necessary 100% of the time you play as a survivor. There’s almost no pressure for killers to hunt the other survivors and keep them off generators. Some people that do that as killer have No respect for other players time. One Guy had the nerve to tell me “I was teaching you a lesson” by watching me writhe and squirm on the ground last alive 😂 that Becomes frustrating. There should be a suicide option for that lol get the match over with, sheesh. but Killers have the capability of being too efficient sometimes. Maybe throw some hatches in there to hide in because lockers seem obvious most of the time. Some Maps also seem a bit small. You can’t cram all those time consuming generators and a killer in a small place and incorporate a stealth element to your game with all the other unavoidable killer abilities that reveal your position at the same time. So the Killer being in your face as soon as you spawn in seems ridiculous. Wait times can also be ridiculous to play due to host crashes or lack of people playing (maybe?) just to finally load in and get chased right away. People back out after going down. That’s a problem. You shouldn’t have to use an offering every time you want to spawn furthest away from the killer. Make him hunt for his kills.
-
Besides, you whiny killers only have 4 survivors to worry about. Jason in Friday 13th has more survivors on his plate and counter all the different ways they can escape
-
if anything killers need a nerf. Why should you be able to choose someone like Wraith who is invisible AND doesn’t give off a heartbeat? Nonsense. All killers should give a heartbeat or some indication they’re coming to give survivor a chance to hide. Whether It be seeing your aura while looking your direction, heartbeat, whatever. Killers have too much speed too in my opinion. Friday 13th Jason relies on powers not speed. So why the hell are killers so damn fast in this game? Invisible too? Can move about with no audio cue? Get outtaaaa here. That’s not fun, would be one thing if you can get away easily but surviving shouldn’t be about abusing pallets or juking the killer all the damn time. Stealth is a huge element and needs to remain that way. Get caught , penalty of death sure! But to get caught because killers are totally undetectable - ridiculous and unfair.
-
He was legit right in my face as soon as I spawn in. Then you get Tunnel camped 😂 nahhh that’s bs. I’m sorry you gotta fix that. Put the killer somewhere off the map. Make him come down from the top of a hill or something lol

Bwahahahahaha, map is "too small". Bwahahahaha
Yeah some of them are. At least in the sense that I shouldn’t encounter the killer 5 seconds into the game after using an offering that spawns me the farthest away from the killer 😂
