As someone who plays Beach Bum Claudette with red hair 24/7 I get tunneled for:
playing Claudette
playing Blendette (even though I literally never do)
being hard to see
not taking DS
taking DS
not taking borrowed time
taking borrowed time
being obsession
not being obsession
my name
stunning the killer with head on
having the killer realize my teammates are sandbagging and body blocking me so want the free kill
being left as the only survivor in the game because my teammates escaped via hatch and now the killer wants a kill (this literally happened so much I just stopped playing alone)
Personally I'm all for killers not being able to see names but on the other hand I don't see a point in changing it personally because I'm getting tunneled off the hook into the ground anyway. I have 400+ moris in my screenshots (excluding the Mikey ones I actually wanted) from killers who flat out tell me they have to get rid of me so they don't have to look for me.
Hell, if I see a Blendette with a flashlight in the lobby I'm just dodging anyway.
I've seen that movie before.

I've left the game a few times as killer just because I got lobbies of people way higher ranked who refused to do anything to finish the game and I couldn't actually kill them. So it was a promise of an infinite length game consisting of them just teabagging and taunting. Then the chat after I left was, "LOL GOTEM LOLOL"
It's one thing to just steamroll and win, but simply refusing to end the game because you're rank 2 and notice that you got a newbie killer should be the punishable action in this equation. (Yes, I know actually enforcing that fairly would be near impossible.)

Yeah, it's the other way around on PC.
Fairly often my rank 17 killer will get a lobby of "2, 4, 8, 15" or something similar. And it's not even a long queue, so it's clear that the matchmaking is doing this intentionally. Probably basing it off the lowest rank person in the group.
I suppose the only blessing is that when they realize I'm not going to kill them they spend so much time teabagging and clicking flashlights and goofing off that I still get a fair amount of BP. I guess.

Because the game is just built to allow for so much trolling once you know you're ahead.

As a new player, I can confidently say that the new player experience as a killer is basically,
-Be rank 20. Play other rank 20's mostly it seems? Must be some ceiling on matchmaking at first? Get a reasonable amount of survivor wins, 3k's, 4k's, generally believe things are normal.
-Get to rank 17. Join lobby, get looped and teabagged for 10 minutes, see that it was a SWF with at least one red rank and no one equal or below my rank.
-Join another lobby. Repeat.
-Repeat again.
-Repeat, but this time it's 3 Claudettes on Yamaoka who spam GGEZ.
-Start wondering if there's matchmaking at all or if it's just throwing me into the first lobby or if there's really so few people playing that this is the result.
-Realize that this is basically acting as a "Amuse everyone else at your expense" simulator and log off to do something less painful like, "Catch the Porcupine".
Ok, yes, I don't know what I'm doing yet. Need to git gud. All that jazz. But jeez. At least I learned I could dodge a lobby.
(The worst part is when you do "sorta" well so people act like you should be happy with it. Example: Just had a game with me at rank 17, survivors at 8, 8, 10, 10. Got one kill, and a total of 55k BP. Except I felt like it was just a joke the entire time. Only got the kill because of a lucky trap. Everyone else just teabagged at the exit. Yeah, ok, got points but it wasn't entertaining to anyone but them.)
