  • 4-man SWF, of course. Boy, I wonder what they're up to? 🤣

  • (Controversial sounding title! We baitin' in here, boys.) We hear about matchmaking a lot here, I know. Still, I figured I'd throw out an anecdote about a recent experience I witnessed. I play mostly killer, my wife plays strictly only survivor. 100% survivor main, through and through. She didn't even try killer, because it's just not interesting to her. However, she was presented with a "Chas

  • Cross-posting from another thread: The whole "2 kills = balanced" thing is kinda weird. 2 kills is often a sign that the killer actually got outplayed pretty hard. Yeah, I know that sounds strange, but it's actually not too hard to still sneak in 1-2 endgame kills on a team that's knocking out gens and escaping fast. Or to knock out the weaker links later in the match. (Notice even the dea

  • So when a killer DC's, are survivor offerings supposed to disappear? How about when the game is cancelled upon someone leaving on the loading screen? Asking for a friend.

  • (Format blatantly stolen from Orion.) (I was 14, pipped up to 13! Yay, thanks team. Fear not, I'll be back to 16 soon. 4-man SWF, hence the extreme disparity in ranks. Last guy got hatch, who also happened to be the angel in chat.) Regarding the chat context: Yup, I camped the everliving crap out of Bill. Why? Because the second I downed him, Nancy came

  • Post-game chat. Sorry I didn't have a video of it happening. 😥 So last two people were Meg and Dwight. Dwight is hooked. Meg is injured and running for a BT unhook with me close behind. She gets there, unhook animations starts. I press attack, grab animation starts. Both animations go off! Meg is now on my shoulder in dying state and Dwight is un

  • So how does everyone handle this? I had always heard people say not to cleanse - or to rarely cleanse - and yet when I actually play Plague, I find that I'm extremely happy to see people just running around glowing green, coughing, vomiting, and broken. (And don't even get me started on Incense!) In fact, I'm almost disappointed when people cleanse often, because I feel obligated to head to

  • Click bait. Just kidding. (Ignore the weird ranks, it was a 4-man SWF) Seriously, though, it got to the point that I was moonwalking from one gen to another because I could tell they all had it after a few episodes of seeing everyone scatter off a gen when I was standing far away in a corn field. 🤣 Do people really like it that much? Been seeing it mo

  • So does anyone else think that these things by themselves are a source of a lot of hostility and bad behavior? Many of them just aren't realistic to do in a real game. At least not how you'd normally play. Killers end up having to camp or tunnel to secure the sillier ones, and many survivor ones are just improbable period without some kind of cooperation with the killer or screwing over your tea

  • Ok, so not a balance issue or a survivor complaint or anything.... ...but are some killer noises just way too damn much? Sound is such an important part of the game, and yet if you want to hear certain absurdly faint noises, you have to have your sound turned up so loud that other noises are utterly overwhelming. Just got Plague to try out, and holy hell that Corrupt Purge whispering sound is

  • So last night I had a game on Legion (literally my second(?) game, had only one perk and no addons) last night against a SWF that was just steamrolling me. I figured I had to try something, so when there were four gens left, I kinda "herded" them to the most distant one and then didn't chase them off of it, leaving three extremely defensible gens remaining. Figured it was my only hope since I was
