Quick answer: Against Solos... Nope.. they can massacre everybody if they play right.
Against coordinated SWF's specialized on killer harrasment, things get a little rough indeed. Yet this doesn't apply to Nurses, Blights and Spirits.

I want competition. BHVR became too greedy for my taste and already build up a good amount of white knights to defend them even with the most dumb decisions from them.

The problem isn't the killers per se, cause they are wrecked against coordinated SWF's. The problem is solo q and the lack of ways to coordinate with your team. I suffer the same way as you do... But it's really a Solo thing..

Exactly. It's not like MMR doesn't work, it's how the rules applied aren't that good to determine your "skill".
Today I had another horrible day playing this game solo survivor. Like I escaped 3/20 times or so. And I always died with the most amount of points between my team.

My worst nightmare is waste all my progress on the game. Even though I never spend a single penny on this game cause I don't think it deserves, the amount of time spent to prestige my characters and all things I bought "for free" on the perks rift is too much for a bug to come and take for me.
There's a streamer I watch that Lost all the progress live due to a bug at the login screen and BHVR gave like 15 Million BP or so after a lot of time.

Nice story. Today I had 3 games on mother's dwelling with Wraith, one with trapper in RPD and played against iridescent SWF's with my newly bought Spirit with 1 addon.

Idk if they'll do anything about this. At this rate I think they might just try to refine MMR. I really want the pip system back cause at least I would earn some fair games at purple/red ranks, instead of the roulette I'm in now in low MMR.

I don't care about killer MMR cause for that role kills kinda are the main point even though I prefer to look at overall performance and pressure put into the match but for survivors escaping is such a bad way to see your "skill" that it baffles me how they spend so much time to put mmr as simple as a escape = Win. That at the end of the day is benefitting once again, coordinated SWF's. I can't even remember how many times I looped the killer, Just to die on my first hook to let the Clauddie who hide selfcaring all game escape.
And back then I really was pumped for MMR cause my silly brain thought it would help solo q players but in reality It made worse. I barely escaped 5/10 matches before in the old system, and now If I manage 1/10 depending on my day's luck, is too much...
Also, low mmr also brings the worst of both worlds.. killers who know How to play but got destroyed by a swf and are being matched with me and 3 other noobs, or killers who literally started playing and get destroyed (or at the worst case, start facecamping and tunneling everybody)

I think in general people wouldn't be bothered by NOED so much if they started to look for it as a team.
It's Just like when a killer has Ruin and it's literally just me looking for the totem before doing any gens.
But since I play solo, you can't expect things to Go as simple as a "look for totem, use BT and DS and things like that"

Welcome to low mmr hell. Where you either find one or two baby killers that literally are playing for the first time or you'll play against killers that know How to play but got destroyed by SWF's and then the game puts you against them so they can ease up a bit.
That's about it... Low mmr puts every type of killer against you, and if you're playing solo, there are also another chance of having 3 killers as well.

I'm low mmr and it took like 5 minutes today to find matches. Normally it takes 20 seconds at most.

What this game needs is at least a small radius bond and some kindred without seeing the killer to solo q's.
Then they need to rework everyone with that on mind.
At this rate either they do that or we continue with solo's being the guinea pigs until you reach high mmr and get destroyed by SWF's anyways.
Killers will be buffed when every single survivor team became Op.

I think Nurse should just have a small slowdown when passing through objects and debris in the map. Even if they buff the final lunge a bit.

Tunneling and camping in solo q is exactly why I don't believe this game is survivor sided. I literally had a game today where a pinhead facecamped everyone, and considering people don't know how to loop that well on low mmr, the game was over with people making 5k points while the killer makes 20 without effort.

Really? The strategy is pre drop pallets? Well, it makes sense but I never really noticed that in real time.
And to be fair I think I'll never will cause oni's will always get a hit on me, either by window vaults or small unsafe loops

It's way better than waiting in a 2 V 1 with 4/5 gens left. It's Just a matter of giving BP's to the killer mains so they won't cry about it.

Buff? I already suffer enough with him making a slugfest out of everybody with his power. I swear oni is one of the killers that I literally don't know how to loop cause every single one manages to hit that staff every single time in me. Even in tight corners

Variety. As in Genshin Impact you have Amber (in our case trapper), but you can have better characters other than this one that do the job way better 👁️👄👁️💧 it's the same for DBD

I agree since I'm a low mmr solo q but I don't know If you're trolling or not. Cause over here it seems like It is the "survivors Op paradise".
And about blight...yeah.. it's getting really,really obnoxious. I hate playing against him, every single Blight player is a tryhard that likes to show off How his sensibility is high by having a seizure after he downed you.

Yes. Only deafs might have a problem using her. Considering survivors Bloodmarks and noises literally bring her to you, a good Spirit won't fall for any trick with bloodmarks.
When I play against her it's either a matter of trying to bluff with her phasing if I'm healthy or dropping pallets at the moment she's trying to hit me when I'm hurt.
And today I had a game where I was in that map with bigass dead tree on the middle and I literally didn't had where to run, dead zones everywhere, this is where spirit shines. Her not being able to see survs it's not that big of a deal with good headphones and Bloodmarks Tracking.

Imo the worst offender of the map packs are the ones with excessive dead zones..other than that RPD for me is not that monstrosity that people claim to be. Is actually one of my favs as killer and surv.

The same for me..but expect people coming here saying that you are on the level you're supposed to...
For real though...If you're ended up on MMR low hell (some here say it doesn't exist), is Just a matter of luck or finding a swf to help you out...

I guess the only change possible for them without putting the mechanic itself on trash is by making Victor work only once and then go back to Charlotte. No Double camping/slugging anymore.
He downs a surv and then Charlotte takes place with Victor back again.
At least the player needs to move Charlotte back to a particular point if they want to slug/Camp the downed surv.

And even though I think I'm definitely in low mmr, this week I played against a supposed 13th Nurse in the world by claims on his stream...
So idk what's going on with mmr... I lost so much yet the quality of killers are way better than my average Solo Q team.. and I mean, literally people urban evading all the map

I'm doing that but the killer always end up over the vault and then I can't use it.... it's like he passes through myself with the invincibility from it and then end up on the vault blocking It.

Blight. Idk How people think that atrocity is fair. You literally bonk into a wall and go to a side of a map to another in less than 10 seconds.
You outrun everyone and considering survivors hitboxes, if you miss a lunge it's just because you are just a blight in training to became another Blight main #########.

In a game, where teamwork is the main focus, it boggles my mind that having the simple feature of a voice chat is YET to be implemented.. honestly..

At least I know that I'm low MMR Just by the amount of BS I've seen on my games on solo q. It's a whole New world actually, where killers feel overpowered.

I'm the unlucky type of guy that whenever I decide to pick DS, killers tend to not tunnel anyone. But as soon as I'm taking that perk out, every single killer seems to tunnel everyone.

Even a terrible one might help because of comms. The difference is that he can act more stealthly , prolonguing his Chase start, even if he's bad.
