  • Uhm - I've had a lot of "survivors" saying that them gen rushing me is a skill.

When it's not, at all. You just have simple knowledge of map layouts and know your timing with loops ( if you actually interact with the killer - most don't now ) and juking.

But instead I get people wanting to play Hide and Seek & DARE to call it skill.

I can agree that tunneling isn't a skill; it's just an easy out when you're either mad or don't have good pressure.

I used to never tunnel, slug, or camp as killer; ever since the update with crossplay.. as an Xbox player - I have to do WHATEVER I can to even think about getting these try hard challenges done so I can get the last Tome charm.

Once I get it I'm mostly done with the game; I love the way it plays but people can just obliterate your day so fast it makes me want to cry.

When a Survivor has a perk or map that can show them generator Auras, they should be able to see which generators are blocked by them being highlighted white just like Killers can. In the current version of the game, you'll see the generator auras all in red even when they're blocked.

It would be a nice buff to Visionary, Deja Vu and Maps because you could soft counter Corrupt Intervention and have an early telltale if the Killer is running perks like Thrilling Tremors and Dead Man's Switch.

    LOL.

Why? So you guys can sit at the inactive gen and never interact with the killer? No thanks.

Survivors already have enough power as it is. This past month because of locked in crossplay I get nothing but sweats.

I just want to have a good time playing but I can't anymore with everyone going freaking try hard all the time.

It's getting to the point of quitting and giving DbD a bad review based on it's playerbase, which is ridiculous.

You people should just grow up and think before you just play " the way you want ". Because more often than not, people aren't wanting to be chased - they just want to do gens and leave.

  • It's funny they did a graphics rework but most people on PC/Steam will just make it low anyway to make the game easy for them.

  • Keys, multiple of the same survivor, multiple toolboxes/flashlights sometimes, full team of bloody clothes with or without items.

It's hard to tell what you are dealing with on Xbox though, you can't see how toxic they are; just guess by the names and profile pics.

But it doesn't really matter in the end now thanks to crossplay - just want to versus my favorite YouTubers but instead I get stupid quick games because everyone only does gens and never wants to do chases.

I'm pretty close to just being done.

Survivors are just skins, and it was introduced with MMR because your individual killers had their own modifier on your MMR. They feared, and rightfully so, that people would cheat this by loading in as a killer they perform terribly as or never play, then switch to their main killer for easier games.

There are no unique survivor powers so there isn't really a reason to do it, since swapping perks isn't locked either.

Skins might as well be a form of power as well as items.

Ever heard of a Blendette? Someone could go fun Ash with the puppet to bloody Ace.

That's the point being made here, and I totally agree with it.

    Devs really are survivor sided.

So I love how people complain about hatch. Its a mechanic with a good use. "It rewards bad survivors." Ok so what if there is a 3 man swf who dc and one solo? Oh so you dont care about that person? And they gotta care about you. Hypocrisy. If it comes down to a hatch game, chances are you have enough points, deal with it. I love how just because a game goes in your favor you NEED that 4k.

You move faster so you have a higher chance of finding it. And you have hatch priority so that's a added bonus. And lets not forget if two survs are left and the hatch spawns just find it chances are they arent gonna rush that gen with 2 people. You complain for not getting the max points you can when hatch games usually result in 10k less points for surv than you and if you think survs are entitled because they don't want tunnelers And campers imagine wanting a 4k no matter what happens.

You have a choice to find it and when they get it you complain. Ik this isnt everyone but seriously everyone who does complain wants 4k that's selfish all they care about is their game and not the others. So keep in mind its a mechanic for a reason and has been balanced to soothe killers feelings. And most of the time you don't escape through the hatch, not everyone is monto and they say oh the doors spawn soooo far away. Then why do the doors always spawn 40 meters from each other when im the last one left?! If the doors are so survivor sided why is it so easy to kill the last person when the hatch is closed?!

It's funny to see you talking about the killer - like they're SUPPOSED to care about the survivors and what they think/want.

Ever since crossplay as killer I get nothing but gen rushed and tbagged.

Neither side is going to care about the other anymore apparently when it comes to the fun of the game.

Because no one tries to have fun anymore, they just want to win.

Personally I don't give a flying fudge about hatch, but I think people have right to complain.

  • I dunno if you were doing this but - I always have them against the exit while the wiggle.

Like where the Entity pops up for killer. They're forced out. They can't turn around or anything.

I tried being a good sport as killer the 2400 so hours Xbox keeps claiming I've played - and most of them were spent with toxic people that just wanted to escape and NEVER interact with the killer.

I understand immersion but this isn't Sword Art Online. You're not really going to die.

I do not blame you. I do not mind losing a game at all but please just respect each other. I actually hate when I play survivor and my teammates T-bag. Just take the win and be happy. =)

And killers don't spin wildly when you finally down someone; like this good person says - take the win and be happy. Not a rude person/troll. :P

  • I love how everyone's missing the big picture.

It's the fact that even after 2-3 kills the game either black pips you or you somehow derank because gens can get done in literally less than five minutes.

I love good games that actually last and not a bunch of survivors wiggling their way out by gen rushing and NEVER trying to interact with the killer.
