You'd think at 10 BUCKS for a COSMETIC (a virtual ware, virtual as in you are paying REAL MONEY for PIXELS because they look pretty) they'd at least give you some freedom to mix and match however you feel like. But nope, long live capitalism

Match making is now done in the background. As you play you gain and lose points for the good and bad things you do. This point system is what is now used for matchmaking. So you will be matched up with other players at or around your current skill level. This could be a rank 20 or a rank one.... It all is based off how you perform in the actual game... The more you play the better your matchmaking will be. You do not have access to see what your matchmaking ranking is so just play the best you can.

They should give survivors more objectives aside from the gens.
Last Year handles it well where there are like 3 objectives to do one after another.

Take their advice and play another game. Last Year was on steam for a free weekend and honestly it was so much fun. A fresh breath of air. Spare yourself the frustration and play a game that will not inevitably bring you to a mental asylum.

When a Killer dcs survivors get the full escape points.
If a survivor dcs the killer should get the points for a full three hook sacrifice to be fair.

How about no more windows for survivors? Sounds fair? Or take away palettes?
You keep taking away killers core powers so why not take away survivors core defenses? Survivors except their perks are all the same and therefore don't require much skill to master. You play one you can play them all.
Killers all have their own powers and disadventages. Maybe survivors should have some too?
And gtfo with calling me Killer main. I play both sides and see how entitled survivors are and how survivor sided this game is.

I personally think the new ruin shouldn't be a hex or a perk rather a standard. Gens that aren't worked on regress back to 0.

Jfc have you not read the update log? It only talks about the benefits for survivors and that the killer has to do more etc. If that is not biased then you should get some glasses.
I play both and can say that it is a very survivor favoured game no matter how you twist and turn it. There is no way with how the game works to make it balanced.

The game is out almost 5 years now. There is no game in existance i can think of that only got worse the longer it 'flourished'
They keep mopping up their own messes, spilling bigger ones everywhere. It's like cleaning the floor with a dirty, wet cloth. It just smears and causes more problems.
I personally think they do not care. If a game is not perfect after release i can understand, but leaving core game functions that aren't even gameplay unattended for 4 years, gradually making them worse makes the developers look like a team of incompetent, moneyhungry twats.

The problem with that is all aspects of horror will eventually fade once the individual players get use to it. You cant really find any horror game/movie/book/ect that still is able to hold that same feeling once you're on your 10th playthrough/viewing/reading/ect.
Then you've never played one of the classics.
Silent Hill for example.

It's nice that they're fixing the challenges. My only problem is as stated before, why didn't they just listen to the feedback the first time? They're giving themselves more work. And does it really need a public outcry every damn time so that they move on to actually fix things?

I really hope they make it fair though.
i myself rarely dc (Just like a few Youtubers i might dc if some complete and utter bs happens)
But sometimes, especially recently the game has been absolutely horrible, dcing me randomly mid game, or when I play killer it dc'd every survivor at once (This happened like 5 matches in a row so it's not oh they dcd cuz of the killer) (And no my internet is perfectly fine thank you)
So I hope, they make it that if you, yourself go and dc, meaning pressing the leave game button or whatever it's called- you get a ban for however long.
Otherwise, imagine another one of these fallouts that happened recently to everyone, but being dcd- boom thousands of people banned for nothing.

Usually i hit like 8/10 if i focus
but i noticed that lots of things influence that result.
-Doctor skillchecks make me sometimes confused
-literally had a too cold room, my hands were freezing ergo my reaction was a bit off (heat yer rooms guys or at least try to have warm hands for max reaction skill✌️)
-im not concentrating
those are my main points why i dont hit ruin. Usually in solo im the only one pushing through to get the gens done because i can't be arsed to look for the totem.
especially since 8/10 games have ruin in them.

The problem is, I played like 10 matches earlier and 6 of them were vs spirits. Not good ones, mind you- Now everyone tries to get a play before the nerf but still. Im not feeling like sweating my ass off for 3 hours just because everyone wants to play spirit
