I never understand what these posts mean by; save bloodpoints. Do you mean just the easiest way to finish it, or the fastest. Would the best way not be just to do every challenge? Is this taking into account items or add ons needed to do some of the challenges.
Sorry if this was confusing, hopefully someone can clear this up for me.

Also sounds like Starstruck.
It definitely could be, but I meant infectious fright. Good suggestion though

I have one,
When one falls, those nearby are soon to fall as well.

As much as I love basement Bubba, I feel like it could be a fair report in unsportsmanlike conduct. With the new chase mechanics and granted you are running insidious the survivors have no way to get chaser emblem points resulting in a depip or black pip. Unless you are actively chasing them out of the basement they would never pip from these games.

@MandyTalk Switched from Xbox One X to Xbox One Series X recently and have the same problem on both sides.
Already made a thread about it: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/221334/lightning-sfx-on-rewoked-maps-causes-massive-fps-drops-on-xbox-one-series-x
The problem might be the new lighting effects intruduced back in 4.2.0
And it's not just generators, also fire barrels and other bigger light sources (esp. on Badham) are causing massive fps drops.
Thank you, I've been trying to figure out what causes this. Hopefully it can be optimized in upcoming patches.
-
How long did it end up taking?

That's pretty sad. I am using a 3-generations old video card and a junk CPU on PC and I don't have that problem.
The thing is, is that I dont think its the console running dbd. Rather I think its an optimization bug that causes the game to lag around finished gens. Because it runs fine around non-complete gens and gets laggier the more progress the gen has.
-
It's not a bug, it's a feature ;)

Get more sleep... reducing gen speed by 75%?
fixing 7 gens out of 7? Killer can just stand in front of one gen
No killer would want to sabotage the game like that. Obviously this won't happen.

Im sorry am I misunderstanding something? What do you mean by save bloodpoints, I understand this is the most efficient route to get the end, however this is not to get the most bloodpoints is it.

stupidest idea ever.
12 hour ban because the game crashes? 12 hour ban because power cut?
no thanks.
plus who would intentionally vote there players out? that would literally make it harder for themselves
no offence but this is one of the stupidest posts i’ve ever seen on this forum
That's not very nice, Im sorry I thought it would be a good idea

Likely they would not want to sabotage their own trail for no reason
Then the need for a vote in the first place is unnecesary since following your own logic, nobody would want to vote out a teammate for any reason!
And in a game where players report you just for being a killer...
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/UQVMHK0X88FK/20201028024614-1.jpg
...you want to make us belive they will refrain for voting a teammate just because they all are reasonable?
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/9KDBARQV99A5/20201015233008-1.jpg
Right!!!
Then the system will work perfectly. It does not need to be used every game. Btw when your teammate said to save pallets and you had iri evader emblem, you could still have used every pallet on the map to get it and screwed over your team

I really don't like this idea of voting players out. The point of being a survivor is that you can choose to help your team or not, it's not compulsory to help the other survivors - why should someone get voted out for playing the game the way they want to, within the rules of the game? That doesn't make any sense to me.
It is very unlikely that a survivor would be voted out for no reason. Because they need 3 votes to be out. A teammate would not vote out another survivor randomly as it would ruin their chances of winning. It could also be possible to make it unable to vote someone out after 5 min of a trial

you don't took a hit while the killer is carring me, you get voted!
you do bones(or boxes) instead of gens, you get voted!
you don't allow me to heal you as I unhook you, you get voted!
you (un)intentionally sandbag me, you get voted!
you drop early the god palet in the killers's shack, you get voted
you hide in a closet as the killer hook me, you get voted
you unhook me while in the killer's terror radius, you get voted
you bring the killer to the gen I was repairing, you get voted
Or you do the opposite of all above, you get voted
The 2 other players in the trial would all have to agree and vote as well. Likely they would not want to sabotage their own trail for no reason.

It will give an even bigger sense of disappointment to solo players, giving randoms the opportunity to kick you for 12 hours just because.
That is why players will be motivated to play better and appeal to their team, thus creating a healthy playing field and experience for everyone.

It doesn't make it any better.
This would allow players to have control over their matches. It will give a new sense of respect to this game.

Worst idea ever.
Great to get voted out as a solo player because of scummy swf.
No thanks, pass.
If you read the post it says it would not work when playing with friends, only solo

I think Movement speed reduction and the cast time required for dream snares are good ideas. I'd rather dream snares be limited use not reusable without having to be placed again. I don't know about the lunge however.
Players tend to complain about Freddy's lunge range as it always seems to hit them from much further than intended distances. This change would stop the complaining and make everybody happy

Personally I don't think he needs touched. I actually really like his current form.
I feel like Freddy players get hate often and people seem to dislike playing against him. Just the other day a survivor DCed when she saw I was playing Freddy.

@Kebek said:
This feels like a new acount of someone who doesn't play much freddy if any. Like, his lunge is the same as all other lunges and you other changes are equally bad.
Only thing he might need are some small number nerfs to see how they affect him but nothing as major as your changes.
I have a few hundred hours on console and go against/play a decent bit of Freddy. Recently joined the forums. I feel if the changes suggested were implemented they would make everybody happy.

As deathslinger it is probably really annoying to get a bunch of hate
