This is way too much. The main problem with Myers is the detriment of T1 not T3 lacking although that is sort of a problem.

Opression is a good perk especially paired with others like pop or surveillance. Coup De Grace is just not good and hoarder either.

Not if you back up. Also if you're switching to Victor survivors can't even kick him. So if you're well distanced and the survivor tries to kick Victor you switch and you should be able to hit them.

Well usually you should get there in time to down the survivor or injure assuming this mechanic is 15 seconds which is most probable and be better than what it is now. The only time this mechanic will not be as useful as the current one is if Charlotte is like across the map but in that situation just trick them into leaving locker and transfer to Victor and hit them. Easy as that.

The main build I see is Bbq, (effective chase perk either brutal strength, enduring, bamboozle, etc) and two passive gen regression perks like the popular ruin/undying/ I think this because you should at least have one chasing perk because Charlotte is an M1 killer and the passvive perk like ruin because Victor can't use any perks so a gen regression. perk that Charlotte has to use isn't the most effective idea. Bbq because of it being bbq

That's the point. To help new killers who can't loop properly against survivors with hundreds of hours who will destroy them. Maybe that's not what it was originally for but now that's its purpose and it helps new killers.

Honeslty. People who face camp actually enjoy face camping. Well it depends, there's many types of face camping but on of them is knowing you will face camp at 5 gens and love it.

I'm expecting Blight to be even lower than Nurse because he's harder to use and isn't the strongest killer not even close

Okay as insidious face camping is my main build for Bubba I'd just recommend your teammates repairing gens and leaving the one guy to die assuming he doesn't purposely die on hook; But don't think that will ruin the camper's joy if that's the reason they face camp.
