  • It took 25 days to get one of my tickets "solved" (with ambigious "we will investigate"). On the other hand I had one ticket solved in a day (though it was easier to solve since it was harrasment report). The system is very inconsistent. Perhaps they don't have the manpower to do it efficiently.

I see this as an absolute win, killers can no longer hit survivors on hook and now I dont have to worry about. accidentally hitting the survivor on hook instead of the unhooker.

Agree. Don't see any problem. Hitting survivors on hooks is just BM anyway. And it is also very annoying to autoaim hit hooked survivors instead of unhooking survivors.

  • The map looks and feels great. But gameplay wise it does seem to be overwhelming and not fun to play on it's like haddonfield on steroids.

what you can do is click each survivors profile pre game and then after if needed just open steam overlay and you will have them..or just x them off if not needed

You can do that but first you have to always remember to do it and secondly what about when I play survivor and there is a cheater killer that needs to be reported?

This is being looked into, when I get more information I will let you know.

    Thank you!

If this is the case, the reporting system is absolutely broken, and the burden is on Behaviour to improve it. If you have to fill out a form in triplicate every time an incident happens, ain't no hackers getting dealt with in this game. Nobody is going to do a bunch of work to report someone.

Unfortunately this is how it works right now. This is the game that made me play with recording software on because report system isn't fleshed out.

One would assume that the in-game report function includes this information in what gets sent to Behaviour, along with relevant data to watch the match in their internal replay tool.

The in-game reporting system has to be enough. If you're putting an outsized evidence collection burden on the victimized player, it's not functional. The purpose of an in-game reporting system is that it does this type of heavy lifting, so that data related to player offenses make it to the CS team. That is the whole point of it.

Have you ever reported anyone? They specifically ask for proof. Just a description is never enough.

Can you not use the report button on the tally screen? I don't think I've ever needed to click on someone's profile to report them.

When you report cheaters or griefers you need to have some proof. You provide with support tickets where you write STEAM ID of offenders. Now that we can't do it we effectively can't report anything.

Sorry, but saying doing gens requires skill its a troll post for me. And no, im not a "clicky-clicky" survivor. In fact, i suck using the flashlight and im currently trying to learn it. And if giving my life to save my teammates isnt helpful, yeah, im useless.

I am pretty sure I explained myself. It doesn't take skill to hold m1 but it does take skill to know what gens to do and when. That's why we get people complaining "3 gen situations are impossible" "Freddy is OP and just negates any progress you've made with a single POP" "Legion is boring". Because they just mindlessly do gens without splitting up or doing safe gens first. And if you don't believe me then ask around or watch good survivors.

And giving your life to save teammates is useful as long as you win time for them. Because some people get chased and downed repeteadly turning the game into 1v3 very fast. (Not saying it's you)

So survivors' skill is not measured just by their ability to get chased.

  • Excuse me? Are you one of the clicky-clicky survivors that are not very helpful?

  • I think the game is mostly balanced. Keys, Moris and iri heads suck though. I would prefer if they buffed solo players and killers accordingly since you can't really nerf SWF. And SWF is very important for this game and helps to keep the big playerbase this game has.

  • I like helping my team. Doing gens and totems is not boring for me because that's my objective and playing with randoms it feels especially good to escape together. And doing gens actually takes skill believe it or not. You have to think which gens to do first, to be aware of 3 genning and sometimes change gens to complete the ones under the killer's nose while he is busy.

Chases are fun but if you play just to get chased you might want to change your attitude because I see people wanting to get chased and then suiciding on first hook out of frustration because they sometimes get downed very quickly.

  • I wish everyone arguing to get rid of DC, got DC and suicide on-first-hook-teammates.
