Idk man, this post might become obsolete since according to another post Knight is being deleted/s
Which Post?
-
A build for knight on every map? Probably DMS, Pain res, Corrupt, and surge. Map of the realm to make sure guards always hunt from audio or visual detection and torch for undetectable to confuse swfs or very experienced solo queue survivors.

was not expecting myers to be there hopefully it comes with cosmetics too
Same. I'd love a kills mask

I read your other post about Knight and it gave me some ideas. Wouldn't it be cool if knight received some sort of temp buffs if guards completed task they were summoned for?

I wouldn't agree on the Tattered Tabard one. I wish there were more options to make the knight a set-up killer who can control a map effectively. There will be more reason if the Tabard makes the patrol time much longer and provides some more features with strategical potential
Idk. I think it's just a silly add-on since we can summon other guards whenever and guards aren't that great alone anyway.
But I did add more to some suggestion changes cuz Knight really does feel like a powerless killer sometimes against players who know how to counter his guards
-
I just want healing Poultice left alone tbh. But the patrol add-ons need to go which are like 3 if I remember correctly. Jailer's chimes and 2 outta 4 of the brown ones that boost the guards for doing nothing
-
Can Jailer's chimes be changed please 🙏

His vault speed and hinder needs to be nerfed just slightly
Heck no
-
Darn. Well if that's the case then it could use a buff then but until I find out the timing behind it all, I just can't help but feel it did help summon the guard faster for a Roxbury hit xD

I mean a Deadlock for like 3 seconds? I think calling that even a mini Deadlock is an extreme stretch. Also there's a very high cost in what you're giving up for that, not just in what the perk offers. Like that isn't even giving a fraction of the value you're getting from say Call to Arms or Town Watches Torch.
I use healing Poultice with call to arms. I personally like the add-on as is.
3 seconds of gen stopping is enough time to get Jailer to chase away another survivor because assassin doesn't disappear while Jailer is out because he's damaging a gen and the aura from assassin allows you to flank better or go after any other survivor if they were doubling up on a gen
-
As for sharpened Mount I think it's actually enough time to secure a double hit on someone who got unhooked and sorta ever so slightly stopping Hex's from being destroyed. time stamp 3:11 https://youtu.be/NXwF3KryaYs?si=EXyaJJfEPjWq3eoo
-
I love healing Poultice. I get value from it a lot. Picture it like no where to hide and deadlock in one on a mini legion.
You can use assassin to damage the gen, preventing survivors from immediately jumping back on the generator to stop the regression like they can with Carnifex, then since their aura is revealed, you can immediately switch to jailer and send him off to attack a survivor

These sound like mostly good changes. They seem pretty minor though like they wouldn’t affect
much. The Call to Arms one would be pretty impactful though. Did you see the Knight post I put here recently? Had some changes on topics you were touching on as well. I felt they buffed some of those aspects you were wanting addressed more heavily.I'll check out your post

I think tru3ta1ent said it best for Knight.
Knight is like survivor main that designed Spirit's power. They looked how spirit's power is uncounterable and then designed spirit that has 3+ counter-plays and 3+ drawbacks on everything.
But that example doesn't make sense because you're not supposed to play knight like spirit. His power is to put split pressure, punish pre dropping, and zone survivors into really panicky situations to force mistakes with noise to get the guards attention imo, no?

They've tweeted about this, you might have to contact the support:

I've made a report and nothing yet 😭 should I make a bug report post on the forums or should I keep waiting?

Thank you for the knight buffs. He feels viable now. Just wish if the window/pallet manipulation stays, then the flag buffs of endurance and haste be removed or make it simply just remove blindness if the fag is captured. please 🥺

This is just a rant thread.
Ahem -
I used to like playing both Survivor and Killer, but lately… it just hasn't been fun to be a survivor. Barring the obvious toxic play styles, you really can't tell how OP a killer is until you've faced them several times as a survivor. And boy, does it like putting me in matches against the worst of the bunch. And even if I'm put against a killer I like facing, it spawns me basically next to them. Make no mistake, I never give up, at least not until I'm the final two and dead on hook - at least then my death can maybe get the last survivor the hatch - but still. It's just not fun anymore.
I'd offer suggestions to fix the experience, but to be frank? No one, especially killer mains, would like them. And it's not like BHVR cares, they've already made this game so unbelievably killer sided.
I've actually been enjoying survivor more lately. Pub and with friends. Only time matches suck are against nurse, trickster, & Oni players because I don't like those killers when I'm playing against them. I struggle 😔
-
I hope so. That would be so nice

I'm not trying to just be mean to everyone in the UI design team, but this one ain't it. It looks weird not only because we're not used to it but because it's more complicated than what we had. Search bar is too big and the tab in one place don't look clean at all and I don't think "just get used to it" is a good logic for this subject. No one liked in the PTB and nothing was done to change it.
What do you guys think?
I like it. To me it feels more organized and not so overly big like before. It also feels a bit easier to find characters compared to before and for the future dlc's to come, they'll fit in more in the character Menu.

Bringing every items to corners with this triggers Frank / Weaves 3rd hidden effect: slowdown
i could be usefull sitting on gens but nooo i gotta waste precious time bringing crap to corners
aaaand then theres the peeps that really dont know yet what to do against this. yeah.
not a huge fan eitherDoesn't distortion counter the aura? You could take that with you and it'll be permanently dealt with once moved away to a corner. I like to think of it as the same thing as if I was healing a team mate (time wise), no?
-
Tip: Don't bring items or place items in comp corners.

That would be awesome! Though the tall, pointy hat will probably make it hard for him to loop effectively, as you'll be able to see him over most loops xD.
True but I wouldn't mind if I looked that awesome 😎

But Behavior, if you do wish to do a full rework of Map Of The Realm, I'd suggest make it like Zanshin Tactics set at a range of 8 or 10 meters

Or something
