Game crashes whenever I play as the knight or against the knight never had this problem when he first came out now I'm having issues

The game used to give me a short noise notification while im tabbed out when a match loaded in. I had ran out of an addon, in this case it was The Cannibal's Iridescent Flesh. I bought one from the web and joined a game, but when it loaded in, I didn't have the Iri Flesh equipped, only the accompanying Speed Limiter addon. I played a game today as PH, and when i used my punishment of the damned and downed a survivor, the survivors weren't tormented at all. The other bug is with the anniversary power as a killer, i got the invitation and then load the power, but when I had bloodlust, I couldn't One hit the survivor.

In the past, when I finished loading into a match, it would play audio to let me know when to tab back in. Over the recent patches, something changed and this no longer happens.
