No, just two Survivors that Zzzzl is associated with.
“The strange vibrations led to a ruined castle where people and creatures dressed in elaborate suits and masks celebrated the Sweet Darkness. Another twisted realm created out of the waste of the abyss to entertain Zzzzl. She is quite impossible to understand, and heaven knows I've tried with every little bit I could find about her. Talbot writes about her in his notes. He believes she's one of the unknowns who went mad with the knowledge she possessed. According to him, she has no recollection of her past life or even her name. Barra described something similar. Same with Shelly, only Shelly refers to her as one of the guardians and believes she came from an advanced world much like my own. Baker, however, describes a powerful trickster who uses marooned survivors to collectively manifest her designs to impress or outdo The Entity, if that's even possible. He believed her realms existed outside the control of The Entity and could potentially poison the dimension if they were allowed to grow. Baker claims one or two victims contained the root of the memories being used to manifest her realm. Destroy the root, destroy the realm. I stared at these unsuspecting survivors and couldn't figure out who Zzzzl had chosen to manifest her design. I thought of hacking through them all, but then quickly realized that's probably why she lured me here, and I refused to give her the satisfaction. And so, I continued my journey through The Void with the sounds of a great party fading behind me.“Also because it states that she is one of the “unknowns”.
But this is just a guess by me. I’m not 100% sure.
We dont know much about The Unknowns (theyre unknown for a reason xD), but we do know theyre people who hold a lot of power and that knew about The Entity. I think they appeared in one tome cutscene painted in pillars. They are people from different realities which seem to want the power of The Entity or to fight against it and destroy it.

In the Anniversary 2024 event lore, Tryks is mentioned to be associated with two other Survivors???… Are Tryks, Mikaela, and Sable a trio coven???…
How did you come to that conclusion? Because Mikaela or Sable arent mentioned anywhere in the event's lore.

Hi guys,
I noticed with the new Vecna chapter that the entity is using "marks of the entity" or whatever they're calling it, in order to seal away the powers of ridiculously strong killers like Vecna and Dracula.
Do you guys think BHVR will have the lore-knowledge necessary to place this mark upon Dracula when he releases? In terms of feats and scaling, Dracula is just around as powerful as Vecna is in their respective lore. They are both multiversal+ level beings.
So, since Vecna had to have his powers largely sealed away, Dracula would have to have this as well.
I'm interested to see what people think about this, and then come back to the thread once the chapter is revealed to see whether the general consensus predicted BHVR's choice.
For me, not giving this mark to Dracula would be somewhat immersion-breaking considering the precedent that Vecna has set. If Dracula does not have this mark, what would stop him instantly killing all the survivors and destroying the entire realm that particular trial is taking place in?
If he is in Vecna's level then he's still no match for The Entity. The Entity exists out of time and space and is not a physical being like them, its more like a sentient dimension made out of auric cells which can destroy entire worlds if it wants to. Vecna is really powerful, but he's not a the level of the Entity, not even a little, since the entity can manipulate both time and space and once inside the realm it can manipulate life and death and even reality and fiction. Idk much about Dracula's lore or power, but as I said, if he's at the level of Vecna, then he can't do anything against a multiversal atemporal being like the entity.
As for the mark of the entity/mark of negation, that is used by the entity to nerf their powers DURING TRIALS, its not because they can fight it and defeat it or can destroy the realm. All that is inside of the realm is now under the control of The Entity, whether it likes it or not, since it is its own pocket dimension and is hence omnipotent in it, basically undefeatable as long as it desires. -

And also, where do killers go when they finish a trial?
Because survivors go to a campsite with a fire, but we do not know where the killers go, or if they are together or insolated.
You can find a lot of lore obviously in the tomes, where you can read the entries. The bad thing is that if you dont complete the challenges you wont get the memories (entries), so I suggest you go to DBDInfo which is a website that has all the lore registered just as it is in the tomes, even sometimes leaked tomes. If you want something more light and less text I'd recommend a youtuber called Pixel Bush which talks about the lore of all the characters in the game, even some of them that arent even playable and does his own analogies of their lores.

Hardly disagree on the end there, there are plenty of killers that can bypass the entity restraints and kill without a offering. So there's the hatch and the Vigo's things.
Killing a surv by other means than hooking is not bypassing the entity, those actions produce emotions that are also beneficial to it, you have the thrill of the hunt and joy the killers get while killing a surv without hooking and then you get the despair and hopelessness of the survs at the time of their dying. As for hatch, it was created by Vigo, but the entity left it there because it can act as a beacon of hope or a last resort for them to escape, meaning that it's also beneficial because it gets emotions out of its creation.

Most gods are omnipotent within their realms, but the entity have shown so sign of being even remotely as powerful outside of it, since even the process of snatching away a normal human takes some time and in plenty of cases could have been avoided by a human with previous knowledge.
Nor it its omnipotent if it needs feeding to survive.
Vecna is a full god. Not in the christian sense but in the greek or nordic sense of gods.
Vecna held the entity at bay with little effort until he willingly allowed the entity to take it.
This is completely canon.
being omnipotent is being really or all powerful, you can be omnipotent and need sustainance . Also the entity, as mentioned in the lore entries, has destroyed entire worlds outside of his realm, this happened in terra dark where he destroyed and took a world by plaguing it with giant monster spiders. As I said in my other post, I recommend watching Pixel Bush video about as he can explain it better than I do and he's a huge DND nerd. Vecna cannot be compare to the Entity as the Entity is the equivalent of Ao, the maximum deity and the creator of the universe of DND. It's the best comparison we can do since it is the most similar thing to the entity and in the DND world Vecna has nothing to do against it. Adding to the fact, Ao, if Im not mistaken, isnt a multiversal being like the Entity, it only has power over his own universe, while the Entity can have control over entire realities because it is out of time and space.

With her power unreastrained, he is a literal deity that should theoretically be able to fight the entity one to one. So, unrestrained, he would be considerably more powerful than all the other killers combined.
But, as the developer said, to prevent him from leaving the realm or rebel, he has a "mark of negation" that keeps his powers in check.
So, it would entirely depend on how restrained or not it is.
Vecna cannot be compared to the entity. The Entity is a multiversal omnipotent deity out of time and space that can do whatever it wants literally, while Vecna, while being probably the strongest killer lore-wise, is just lich hungry for power at the level of a demigod. Even in his lore Vecna says that he had never seen an evil as great as the entity. If you dont believe me, then I recommend watching Pixel Bush's video about him explaining how he chewed more than he could swallow, since he is a huge DND nerd and does a really good analogy and powerscaling of him and The Entity. The mark of negation is only to nerf him DURING TRIALS, as the Entity feeds of emotions and possibly want the trials to be as long and exciting as they can be to have more food. Otherwise, Vecna still has nothing to do against the entity, once youre inside his realm, its all lost for you and youre just his puppet, no matter who you are.

Has to be the worst realm for killers all around. I'll try to describe the problems the best I can.
1.- (REALLY STRONG BUILDINGS) / This map feels like it has 3 main buildings. First off we have the school, which can spawn 2 god pallets and a fairly strong pallet at the end of the corridor, not only that but its outside area is also crazy strong. You can do an infinite to 4.4 killers in there if you use the outside window efficiently. Moreover, the basement area is horrible also. A god pallet spawns there 100% of the time and if basement doesnt spawn there its really diffivult even impossible in some situations to hooks survivors. Secondly, we have the house of pain, extremely strong building that can spawn 2 god windows and a god pallet in the basement floor of the building. Its an easy infinite loop for 4.4 killers and a extremely strong loop for 4.6, even ranged ones like slinger or huntress. Lastly, we have the 2 story house, which can spawn up to 3 extremely strong windows and a god pallet on the upper floor. This building might is insanely strong and horrible for killers if the survs are good players and loopers, as an example, in one recent stream of Skermz he looped a Nemesis for 6mins straight in that house because even if one window was blocked you could wait the timer out by utilizing the other ones, making it basically a reusable infinite all around for good players. A map with 3 main buildings as strong these ones cant exist.
2.- (STRONG FILLER LOOPS AND CONNECTIVITY) / Another problem of this realm is the big amount of filler, yet really safe pallets that gives the survs all kinds of possibilities to loop and keep connecting loopsand tiles. This is obviously a very serious problem since we got 3 extremely strong main buildings as I mentioned above. From my own experience, I got matches where the survs got 3 filler pallets, which were really save for them, connected into shack and then into the 2 story house thanks to the distance you get when throwing down shack pallet. Connectivity is an important part of looping, but it cannot be this strong, especially when the map's building by themselves could be looped for mins and mins.
3.- (IT HAS FIVE VARIATIONS) / I dont think I really need to explain this one. I dont understand how such an awful realm with awful map design can have 5 variations, each one worse than the last.
4.- (MAP SIZE AND GEN DISTRIBUTION) / The map size of all variations is abhorrent, really big maps with little dead zones, only in the edges of the map, but extremely crowded of loops in the middle. Map size should be reduced. Another important aspect I'd like to point out is the gen distribution, which is also horrible. As surv, since the gen spawns tend to be always the same they're easy to find for them, but for killer is a nightmare defending them, since you have to go upper or lower floors in the buildings or walk a long distance to get to some of them, only for them to be surrounded by insanely safe loops where survs can buy even more time. Gen distribution and map size is something that should go always tied together, in this case both of them are horrible.
5.- (FENCES AND BUSHES) / The fences and bush walls on this map seem to have no end, they're so bad that for 4.4 killers they can be used as infinites and because this items are usually close to the main buildings, they can just connect them, making it extremely difficult for killer to catch up or do something in general.
I hope my summary highlighted in a satisfactory way the HUGE flaws this map/realm has. For those who dont want to read it entirely, basically too much connectivity, god windows and pallets all around the map, 3 EXTREMELY strong main buildings, map size is huge, gen distribution is horrible and fences and bush walls are too long.
Hope this can help the devs to improve this map and PLEASE, delete the 5 variants, no need to have that.

I started playing Dredge again, and normally during Nightfall, you hear the darkness and souls that formed the Dredge screaming out and it rapidly gets more intense as Nightfall starts to end (both as a way to amplify the feeling Nightfall creates but also to act as an indicator for Nightfall ending).
But I started to notice that when you swing and hit/down a Survivor, youll hear the souls chanting. Which makes me question, if they are in such agony, why do they chant on the Dredge when someone is getting closer to death?
In Dredge's Mori, the Survivors are consumed by the darkness entirely and removed from the normal realm. Perhaps the souls are chanting out because despite their misery, they want more people to join them?
Perhaps such a small detail is a bit more morbid the more you think about it.
Idk, what do yall think about it?
Dredge forms his body from the things it can get like the doll skin suggests. Most likely when a living being is assimilated by him, they dont lose anything, they're still alive, just being deformed little by little until Dredge consumes them completely, so most likely their groans and screams are them suffering and wanting that to end

When I say weird, I mean more specifically the version of Chucky that went into the fog combined with his skins plus Tiffany.
The Chucky we have in game is intended to be specifically the Chucky from Child's play 2 right after he has a box of good guy's dropped on him.
First thing, his weapon. In Child's play 2, I do believe he was weilding his signature voodoo knife and not a kitchen knife. Though in his trailer, he is seen grabbing the first viable weapon we see so it's possible the knife didn't come with. Then there's the existence of Tiffany and the implication that she was dragged into the realm alongside Chucky and Chucky"s stitched skin which is also from Curse of Chucky and almost a decade or two after the events of Child's Play 2 and before Child's play 3.
I don't know. Maybe I'm just slow and maybe it's just the mundane answer of its the Entity making things smooth, possible and convincing for the Lakeshore Strangler to thrive without confusing things with how much it bends time
Skins dont have to come from the same universe, especially the ones that are licensed. Remember that the Entity is a multiversal being, so there could perfectly be thousands of Chuckys inside the realm (which makes sense since WE, the players, are the ones controlling them). So stitched Chucky and Tiff could've been taken from another universe (following Chuckys lore they 100% have been taken from another universe, since he's taken in Child's Play 2, which wouldnt let the future events of Seed of Chucky take place)

Aside from the obvious that is that the killer cant talk to them and also that the killers are not watching them all the time like it is shown in the lobby screen, the survs can talk to each other perfectly fine

me and a couple of Clown main were fiddling thing early today and here what we found:
Fixed Issues:
-Floating knife
-he can look down (just a little bit but not a whole lot. However, further testing will be needed)
-his holding the bottle while walking got fixed. (However, when you stop, there seem to be an animation where he leans back as if has ready to throw something, which it may or may not be a bug. I personaly don't find it an issue)
Two things that need to be fixed (I will be making a seperate bug report tomorrow)
-Clown does not have gas indicator: High level Clown players like my self can tell which bottles where holding by looking at the icon. However, after speaking to a few Clown main, this might be a bit problematic for newer players.
-Clown can change the bottle's effect after throwing it: If you throw a yellow and quickly change to your purple, the yellow that you threw will turn into pink, if that make sense.
Yep, some of those happened to me. The most infuriating is the one the changed the trayectory of the bottles, dont know if it's still ingame. As for the midair changing of bottles, honestly I'd keep that as a little buff to clown, that way you can do some interesting mindgames in some cases.
-
Yeah this has been in the game for almost 2 months now. Clown as of now it's unplayable due to the arch of his bottles changing due to the bug.
-
Not being able to not rotate Xeno has been in the game since his ptb, although it's weird because you can rotate him in the shop, but not in the lobby so most probably is a bug. As for the hooks, that's a feature for some reason specified in the patch notes. Don't know why they would do such an inconsistency no other killer has.
-
@DEMONANCE said:
that's just a visual bug tho it doesn't hurt anyone.
the thing i want fixed is how his guards turn around pallets if they're dropped in their face instead of phasing through them like they should and the fact they don't choose the shortest route to Survivors so they could be basically right next to them yet they don't hit em.
Just so you know, I've reported that bug like 3 times and they still didn't fix it, so don't expect them to fix it soon, probably will happen the same it happened to tuning carburator guide, 2 years bugged, so don't get your hopes up about them fixing it.

I mean understandable, i just thought because it’s a robot, you could expose it or atleast attempt some kind of strategy against it. Because it’s also hard to pinpoint Singularities strength compared to other real world animatronics because a lot of them currently aren’t very durable, but this one’s from the future.
judging singularity is such an awkward cookie because he only killed 2 people from direct attacks, his other 7 kills weren’t even physical attacks.
I think in his lore they say that he's made out of a material that is more resistant and lightweight than anything on Earth, so I dont think he could be easily diassembled

What goal do they achieve by escaping the killer, what's the point of the trials, why not just bleed out and die every single trial, because they'll still be in the realm regardless if they win or lose, is the endless trials a part of the lore, or is that just a game aspect, if its lore, yeah, there's no point to survive at all, you achieve nothing, it's just endless work you'll be put through, if there is a point, I wanna know, why hasn't that part of the lore been revealed yet
The trials are part of the lore, the thing is that everytime a surv is killed or survives, the Entity just transports them to the campfire, regenerates his bodies at full health without wounds and wipes out their memories of the trials and what happens in them. So basically, they think they`re in a new place everytime they wake up in the campfire. Although it is mentioned in the lore that sometimes the memories of their past trials leak into their brains, that's why some survs may be aware of the nighmare their living, We also have confirmed that some survs found a way to escape the trials, but are still trapped in the Entity's realm, wandering for a way out that they won't find.

Same happening to me, hope they fix it because I just stand there afk and when I notice half of my corrupt intervention has already run out with 2 gens popped😂

I think the problem with SM lore is that they tried to approach all her motives for killing and her way of clothing in a way that didnt linked them together and didnt explain them good enough. Its not only her liking to manga/anime and the feeling on wanting to be the best one always, but also the abandonment of her father that pushed some kind of self-failed feeling in her, making her kind of obsessed with being the best so she could make her father proud and show him that leaving them was an error and utilizing his creations in a way to make it more appealing to that feeling towards him. I think this aspect its not touched enough in the lore and is a fundamental key part that links the previous mentioned aspects, her liking to manga, impulsed by her father creations and the way he does things and how she dresses resembling his father's character. If they had put the eye on this topic I think the lore could've made more sense
