This is driving me insane I keep only getting survivors with less than a 100 hours with Billy but when playing Pig I go against team with a combined hour of 3000-4000 a lot of time…

There is individual MMR that is also mixed in with your regular MMR, my guess is you win enough on Pig that some of your lobbies on killers you don't play much end up with "High MMR" lobbies. Also remember most swfs are genuinely 3-4 friends who got back home from work, I tend to find them less sweaty than solo queue. (Unless its a death squad)
All people have no mmr atm so you are more likely to face diverse groups of players I have one game of squad switching to flashlight last second (they were bad just wanted to be toxic) and next game I had players who died at 5 gens. Same with solo q. One game I have team that does nothing, last 5s in a chase and second game I have team who manage to hold killer and do gens quickly.
Also SWF tend to be extremely altruistic and tend to play around much more than good solos
you might be getting backfilled from a dodging killer, lobby dodging needs fixed
Atm could be the mmr rework. Going to take a while to even out. But even before that, i was seeing a weird amount of baby sub 1k hour teams on my mains prestige 100 demo for instance that I play and win a lot vs getting sweaty ttv swfs vs killers I've barely played or am distinctly mid with

thats funny you mention this as a "conspiracy theory" making fun of people for stating the obvious, there are unlocker tools and discord servers that sell such tools where they are both internal editions, external & rage mode that allow you to see which perks survivors are running, which killer it is, which killer perks they are running, their hidden name too if they enabled privacy mode that is bypassed too on a hacker.
There is also a mode to choose which killer prefrence you want to play againts and excluded so yeah.
I know that such tools existed for some time, but i have no idea if they still exist and work today.
they do still exist and work today, they are being supplied on a site i cant name but one has four letters in the name the other one is named by the dbd killer name but i wont name which so i dont promote hacks, they are also supplying HWID spoofers.
Crazy, that this still works today, thought they secured their server communication by now.
Does mmr take loadout into account now?
If not, then what "tier" the killer, your playing as, should not make a difference, right?
The only thing I could see being the case is you playing more lower tier killers, resulting in you getting better at playing them, resulting in you winning more as lower tier killers, resulting in your mmr on these killers being higher than on higher tier killers that you play less often.

The only thing I could see being the case is you playing more lower tier killers,It's one of those without gameplay and a large sample size kind of hard to say anything definitively, but could just be the same level of survivor strength, but against a strong killer they feel weak, against a weak killer they feel strong.
My lobbies have been weird lately, mostly getting two survivors that are quite good and two survivors that are absolutely clueless. I'm hoping it will work itself out in time.
The MMR rework has been a complete failure so far, even though some forum user insist it's based on past data, it's very obviously not.
For killer mains is extremely successful. They get to bash new players and solo players. Take a look like 50+ streamers have 100+ win in row on killers in this new mmr system. It wont ever be good, simply turned off or everyone declared as high mmr by doing bare minimum. Anyway end result is that you get survivor constantly that dont want to do gens generally does nothing
