My (AHK) script works only while Dead by Daylight is the active window. Pressing the Down Arrow sends Escape and waits up to 5 seconds for the “Leave Lobby” confirmation window. It presses Enter only after recognizing the confirmation message. The script then waits for the survivor lobby to load, detects the Play button, adds a randomized delay, moves the cursor onto the button, and performs a short mouse click. Afterward, it returns the cursor to its previous position. The script requires AutoHotkey v2 and is configured for 2560×1440 resolution in borderless mode.

I'm pretty sure that you have to accept with the terms of service that you don't use any external programs or scripts to manipulate the game in any way. I assume that counts as such.
