This generally happens because a lot of people are only interested in asking questions that boil down to "when will you change X thing", which is a fine question to ask but that's the risk.
If they don't already happen to have something to share, you'll get a stock answer. They can't conjure up a satisfying answer to that kind of question if they aren't actively working on that thing.
I do wish more people understood this, it'd make everyone a lot less frustrated with Q&As.
yeah, but really just scrolling through the most upvoted questions - what do people expect?
Its pretty much just a wishlist for features and changes but slightly rephrased to be ‚questions‘. Which… completely valid to want those acknowledged but maybe don’t expect them to suddenly answer this question thats pretty much just Feedback that also has been asked the last couple of AMAs with the same expected answers to them..

If the people are not able to ask smart question, they should not expect smart answers. Asking questions where you already know that there will be no answer will just result in not getting an answer.
Though if I be fair the other questions they answer sometimes the answers already there "when's the ptb" *literally the date is on their twitter* when is blank that was revealed earlier "oh that was in the ptb if you check here" so its like asking a question when the answers already all around you.
I asked if there was a chance we could someday see the characters who were only brought in as cosplays - as legendary skins (obviously mentioning Shanoa /Simon Belmont etc). Kinda wishlisty, but its next to impossible to ask such a question here and ever expect an answer (they've never spoken to me directly through comments or posts here). Or even just enough to bring the idea to the table.
But, im pretty sure my question is burried at the bottom of the 10 million question pile by now as they let people put in their questions early. I've been waiting since the castlevania release nearly 2 years ago to ask such a thing and hope for a reply, as i work the night shift and they usualy start the questions while i have to sleep, and end them before i wake up. This time i was able to submit it in advance.
I hope i finally get the first reply in 2 years on that topic
Though from the above choices if it does get an answer, i'm likely getting "we have no plans to change this" or "this is working as intended"

The only thing I really want to know is will the big graphical overhaul kill off the game for low end PCs, Nintendo Switch and the other older consoles. My guess is that it will, but it would be nice for them to let us know well in advance. They must have an idea if the game will still run on these platforms by now, the only reason why they wouldn't tell us is to keep players spending money on the game.
I'd also like to know if the game even has a future on Nintendo (given that a Switch 2 version is apparently not in the works, afaik). But I don't think we will get an answer to either of these questions.
We can just pray that they will implement an option to disable this. Cause I guess more people will just use it to annoy people than actual people would take advantage of this. Most people still dont understand what the UI tell you to do, so why should we hope this would change now?
